Fabulous 50th getaway

Spotlessly clean! Great location Comfortable facilities Onsite parking & right next to supermarket. Would book again

Ok place to stay within easy walk to city centre.

Easy walk to city centre. Did the job for the work trip.

Instructions to the front door need to be clearer especially when arriving in the dark. Needs more kitchen utensils. No mattress or pillow protectors in main bedroom. No pillow protectors in second room. Didn’t notice this until check out.

Very good

There were essentials such as salt, sugar, tea as well as bathroom stuff and washing detergent present in the apartment. It is a very nice touch!

I was not sure about recycling: there were no instructions about that. It was written in the guest book that it was attached at the end but it was not. Moreover links sent via booking messages required one drive app or one drive account to be accessed.

As in most holiday rentals the kitchen equipment was a bit naff! We didn't eat out as we were hiking in the day so cooked in the evening - a few more homely essentials needed!!! Knife set - kitchen roll - foil - etc

Superb

The apartment was really good. Large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. Location was good.

The outer door did not lock properly and was very loose. From the outside you wonder what you will find when you enter the building as it isn't very attractive.

Great space for a week away

space and layout was great. everything was fully equipped.

there were lots of flies even though the flat seemed v clean and the entrance lobby was very messy and untidy. the front lobby door in the entrance did not lock v well

Lovely stay

The flat is a 15-20 walk from the Carlisle train station but took a cab since we had luggage. The flat itself was very nice and comfortable. It had a nice kitchen, the living room was a good size and the bedrooms had comfy beds and the rooms themselves were very roomy. There is a Sainsbury 5 minutes away which was convenient and the castle was a 10 minute walk. Overall, i would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if I'm ever in Carlisle.

Could not figure out how to use the dryer part of the washer but as a Yank, I seem to have that problem at all English homes LOL

Comfortable, quiet in a good location

A nice ground floor apartment less than five minutes walk from the city centre and two minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, reasonably well equipped and in a very quiet location. Would recommend

The stay was actually very good . The apartment was spacious and the decor was fresh & trendy . we were also in walk

spacious lounge area, comfortable beds, close to were we needed to be very central.

one of the guests found a used pregnancy stick in a cupboard under their bathroom sink . there was still parts of the fridge that needed cleaned properly & the glass table were the tv sits on was very dusty ! coming into the entrance of the flat , there was lots of debris eg a large empty tv box & other rubbish . There was also towels in the washing machine & the washing machine was switched on so we weren’t sure if they had already washed or still to be washed .

Disappointments aside, we would recommend and would book again.

Good location, especially as we were travelling by public transport. Generous size of overall accommodation.

I booked this accommodation especially because it was advertised as ground floor as I was travelling with a 94-year-old relative with mobility issues, and I am currently on crutches. I was therefore disappointed to find on arrival that there is a particularly high step and door trim to navigate, making it difficult to enter the property. It would have been helpful to have this mentioned "for info" as this would have been a major issue had we arrived in the dark. A grab rail attached to the door frame would have been excellent. Key access was easy. We were disappointed with the automated heating, too warm in the day and quite cold during the night. Disappointments aside, we would recommend and would book again. Lastly, one item missing that is a "can't be without" for me is kitchen roll.

Good facilities and perfect location only 5 minutes from where we were working. Contacted agent any answered all my questions I asked about. Would recommend other people to stay here. And when we are working up in Carlisle would use this apartment again if available.
