The open floor plan of the living area makes it easy for groups to spend quality time together. Kick back on the comfy couches and watch a favorite movie or the big game in the airy great room. The kitchen is open to the living area and boasts all the comforts of home and more. Granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and all the plates, pots and pans, and cutlery you need are right here, along with seating for 4 at the oversized island. Easily serve group dinners at the beachy-yet-elegant dining set with seating for 6.

Front-and-back, Rosie by the Sea is easy on the eyes and endowed with plenty of comforts to make your stay a memorable one.
Unwind on the breezy screened-in porch, perfect for keeping bugs out while letting the outside in. The quaint front and backyards are beautifully landscaped and offer plenty of greenery. The home also has a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach, and ample parking both in the garage and the driveway.

House has enough room and space for everyone to come together or find solitude. Nice and spacious kitchen, furniture, garage use and outdoor shower to rinse sand off. The only maintenance report we put in was over a door handle and it was fixed same day.

This rental was so luxurious and relaxing at the same time! I truly am recommending this specific home and the Blue Swell rental company to all my family and friends. The ease of it all through them was exactly what you would want and more, the short walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches, and quiet comfy neighborhood the stunning home is nestled in was beyond perfect for a vacation. We felt like celebrities, and it made for a beautiful memory for my entire family, we already can't wait to come back! 🌊💙

We had a lovely stay at Rosie by the Sea. The house was clean when we arrived and the rental company was responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen had full amentities and was very nice - we cooked all our meals and had no trouble. The beach was a quick walk down the street which we had no problems doing with a 3 year old and 5 month old. Only very small things to note: bring your own hand soap and we didn't see a grill. Bring your own beach gear, wagon, toys, and games. Check out is at 10am and cleaner stopped by briefly at 9:30 to make sure we were leaving soon so plan accordingly. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home was super cute and only a quick 2 block walk from the beach! It’s much larger than it appears on the photos and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. I would definitely book again!

House was just as pictured and very spacious. Loved the back porch! I felt the kitchen and the living area floors could have been cleaner. There were several sticky spots, but other than that house was very clean. Location was perfect for us.

It is a very short walk to the beach and public beach access is right near the end of Rose Lane. Very quiet area and the beach is not too crowded there. We would rent it again.

We had a great time in this awesome home! It was very clean, had a great open layout and a nice screened in porch. We slept 8 comfortably but needed a little more sitting space in the living room for all 8 to be comfy. We will definitely stay here again!

The neighbors were precious and very welcoming. I can jot say enough about the staff at Blue Swell. They were friendly, accommodating, and prompt. I am from PCB and have many yearly visits and until something changes I plan on Using Blue Swell exclusively in the future. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe we were the first group to stay in the house after it was refurbished. It is a really nice setup, with a lot of luxury touches, and several just weird issues. The house features an awesome great room with a luxury kitchen, dining room, and living room combined in a large open space. It is impressive and loved it!However:1: There are a plethora of light switches, but no labeling. We had many switches that appeared to do nothing. Other switches just did not work at all. Some stitches had dimmers, and others (like overhead lighting, did not. That would have been very handy.) The switch to the dining table area did not work, so we ate dinner in the shadows of the rest of the great room. We requested that get fixed, and it never was fixed during our 5-day stay.2: Awesome luxury touches! The master bath was done very nicely. The other bath had an awesome sink, but a cheap one-piece, plastic bath. Further, it had a cheap shower curtain holder that fell down and was impossible to get re-installed. Lastly, both bathrooms had the most obnoxious fan I have ever encountered in a luxury house. They were LOUD and inefficient! Why they would not spend a couple of bucks more for a better fan is beyond me. Trust me, when the fan is on, it can be heard everywhere in the house. 3: We had a beeping fire alarm all night. It started around 1:00 am, and I had no way to reach the fire alarm to stop the noise. This drove us nuts. They sent a very nice man to replace it in the morning. Why weren't all the batteries replaced during the remodel?4: We were charged $400 for a broken sink in the master bath that we did not break! We left everything in pristine condition and were told we broke it. The reality is it spontaneously shattered into a million pieces, as these nice tempered glass sinks are known to do. I provided proof that these spontaneous events happen (google it, and you will see), yet we were still charged $4
