Air con units, please!!!

Friendly staff Nice modern rooms. Good location

Food options are very limited. Difficult even to get a coffee.No diet soft drinks at all. They really need to improve the menu option, especially for dinner. Take them ages to execute something.Waited almost an hour for a dessert and ice cream.Staff need to be better trained to cater for European/US customers. Extremely hot.Breakfast is out in the sun, not a single fan or cooler unit.I could not enjoy the food because I was constantly sweating like a pig.

Relaxing stay in a convenient and luxurious hotel.

Room decor is very high end. One of the best hotels I've stayed in the Caribbean. Very new.

Fort Young is ideally located, making connections to activities on the sea or land very easy.

The breakfast was delicious and well balanced. Options to suit every dietary requirement were available. This is most welcomed with families who have various food allergies .

I'm hard pressed to find something.

Paradise, Magic, at Peace

I really enjoyed the staff and how pleasant and helpful they were, I loved the view facing onto the sea it was just beautiful being there.

The only thing was there was no evening entertainment or things to do in the Hotel throughout the days.

Les prix et la piscine fermée. L’hôtesse de l’accueil à notre arrivée n’était pas très sympathique

Lieu sympa et personnel accueillant.

J aime bien y aller! Dans l ensemble on passe un bon moment et le personnel est accueillant. Une magnifique vue sur Scott head…

Seul bémol: Nous avons demandé du savon et une serviette en plus car nous étions trois. Nous ne les avons pas eu malgré nos relances.

There were issues with the wifi. The blow dryer was affixed to the wall and not powerful enough.

Nice hotel but still in construction - service should be revised especially breakfast and poolbar

- breakfast way too expensive !! 25€ and you have to pay an extra money to get some WATER!! Pâtisserie isn’t fresh as fruit .. only one juice available .. - Hôtel still in construction and guests are not advised of this : some elevators cants be used at some hours, noise in the room in the morning , bad veux above the room.. - no mini bar in the room - pool bar: we were never asked if we would like something to drink even if we were the only customers , poor choice no light soda no smoothie no milkshakes .. - you are not advised which day restaurant and bar are closed even if if is different than on their website - the tour staff came to us the day we left to present the tours ..

Great room & location; don’t eat there

Rooms were great. Spacious, good AC, nice balcony. Located right in downtown and close to the ferry dock. Security keeps the local ticks off the property.

Early check in was difficult despite there being multiple vacancies (I was there off-season. Restaurant was terrible in terms of quality and service. Took forever. Worst pizza I ever had and I’ve tried pizza in over 70 countries.

Made the trip to Dominica comfortable and enjoyable due to the location. Pricey accommodation.

Location is great! Staff very pleasant. Great breakfast!

Breakfast not included for the price you pay to stay. Bath towels too small. Bed linen should be changed if staying more than 5 days.

Very good

Excellent support by single individuals of the friendly stuff. Large and comfortable bedroom.

Some details had technical or maintenance issues. There is a big construction site next to the hotel which is disturbing a little bit - obvious just a temporary issue.

We were there to explore as much of the island as possible and this location works well.

Would like to have had a little more flexibility / options with breakfast eg if I select the Continental breakfast I would prefer more fruit & yogurt with granola rather than the several pastries!

one evening with some light entertainment would have been nice.

Nice place, good location

Staff was wonderful, location is great and the pool deck is lovely.

The food quality was less than desired for the prices that are charged. Breakfast "sausage" was cut up chicken hot dogs.

Nicer than Kempinski 🙂

First mornings breakfast was excellent. By the nest day the staff seemed a little off. I had forgotten to order black pudding as I had previous, but was told it was not possible for me to have as they had already brought my plate, but they were still giving it to other people. I don’t see why they couldn’t put a piece on my plate.

Staff put extra drink on my bill in the evening.

Mellow and friendly atmosphere in a comfortable and safe feeling spot right on the water.

The room was clean. Loved the ocean view. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay. The beds are comfortable. Its also cool they have coffee machine in the rooms.

Wish more of their bars were open. the pool side bar was closed and that was a bummer. Also, the restaurant wasn't bad or anything to really complain about, but their menu was sort of dull. Ice cream was good.
