Located in the Cinnamon Shore North development, this property is perfect for discerning renters for use as a corporate retreat or for families to vacation in style. As the first LEED Registered Beach House on the Gulf Coast, the house was custom-designed with sustainable materials, finishes and fixtures for a healthy yet relaxing stay.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
The house offers Gulf peeks, ample entertainment, dining and sleeping areas. Use the two-floor elevator for ease of grocery delivery and accessibility. The exterior includes a backyard horseshoe pit, bocce ball, fire pit and covered parking for two or three vehicles. WIFI and remote control Sonos sound system is available throughout the house.
The Ground Level features a covered front porch. This level includes the Media Room with a 10 foot wide projection HDTV and kitchenette/bar with refrigerator microwave and dishwasher. The daybed in the Media room has a twin trundle as well. Apres Sea is dog friendly and includes a feeding station in the Media Room. Bedrooms on this level include one king suite with interior bathroom and walk-in shower and one king bedroom with connecting bathroom with tub/shower. 4 XL Twin bunks are located on this level along the hallway with a convenient laundry area at the back of the home with back yard access.
The Main Level includes a gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters and a huge center island, 2 dishwashers, a large induction cook top, oven, convection oven/microwave, warming drawer, ice maker and two full refrigerators. The Dining Room seats 10 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. There is a powder room off the kitchen. The Dining Room opens onto a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining areas overlooking Kiera pool and Lake Gavin. Side deck and rear deck have outside dining areas. The front porch has rockers with peeks of the Gulf of Mexico. The Great Room has generous seating and features HDTV and access to the deck overlooking the Folly Walk South beach access to the Gulf. The main king bedroom suite features an oversized walk-in shower and the bedroom opens onto the east deck with porch swing, outdoor seating and Gulf peek.
The Third Level includes the fourth king Bedroom with connecting bathroom with walk-in shower and adjacent office nook. This level also includes a Reading Room with seating that converts into two twin beds. The main entertainment area on this level features a Sports Bar with HDTV and a regulation pool table that converts to a dining table. The wet bar includes an ice maker, under counter wine cooler and “refresherator”.
All bedrooms feature flat screen HDTV’s and USB charging outlets at the nightstands. Beach Towels, board games, horseshoe set and cornhole game are available for guest use.
Apres Sea is located immediately across from the Cinnamon Shore North beach access at Folly Walk South and adjacent to the Kiera Pool and C-Bar Café. The area is served locally by the Mustang Beach Airport.

From the minute we arrived the exterior of the home was very impressive. The large driveway easily parked 3 cars. We loved the proximity to the beach entrance and exit ramps as well as the pool which was steps away. The layout of the home and the large kitchen were perfect for our group of 10. However, the home is in need of some deep cleaning and repairs. The minute we opened the door we could smell mold. I do realize being near the sea this is common, but there is mold growing on the inside of the 3rd floor bedroom windows. In the 3rd floor bathroom, master bathroom and first floor bathroom the towel fixtures were barely hanging onto the wall which made it difficult to replace the towels upon washing your hands. The master shower fixture is also pulled out of the tile making it hard to adjust the shower height. All of the rugs in the home were very stained and worn. The 3rd floor hot tub constantly drips making sitting on the 1st and 2nd decks impossible without being dripped on by moldy water. Mold can again be seen on the decks as well as the ceiling of the decks. Our biggest concern was that the home description stated it came with chairs, towels, umbrellas, and beach bags. None of these items were on the property. I called 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ask about how many of these items would be in the home and was assured since the home sleeps 13, 13 would be available. Cinnamon Shores offered to rent us chairs at the south location but the defeated the purpose of being with the rest of our party at the north location. No chairs were available at the north location since it was a holiday week. The 3rd floor AC and ice machine were not working when we arrived. A repairman was dispatched to the home and within 1 hour this was fixed. Each morning we found 1-2 roaches so this was concerning as well. This is a beautiful home, but needs a deep cleaning and an exterminator.

We had a lovely stay in Cinnamon Shore. The house was ALMOST everything we needed and more. However, the AC went out on the main level for the last two days. Someone came out and said they had to replace something, which didn't happen for the remainder of our stay. They did provide a window unit in the bedroom on the main level, which cooled off the bedroom. However, the kitchen and living room were essentially unusable due to the heat levels outside. I wish I could give the house great reviews, because other than the AC it was fine. In the summer heat though, AC is a basic necessity.

I feel bad that the owners of this property are next to a large trash collection site. Haul it somewhere else. We had an amazing time at Apres Sea over Memorial Day weekend. We had 4 families with young children in our party and it was the perfect layout with the 4 master suites and bunk beds. The house was spacious and front porch was our favorite place to hang out every morning and evening. The kitchen was well equipped with more than everything we needed. And the location couldn't be beat - next to the pool and across from beach access. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the bathrooms which was never remedied. However it didn't lessen our great experience!

Another great stay at Cinnamon Shore. The rental was very beautiful and very clean. Looks like a magazine showcase house! It had plenty of room for everyone. It was located in a great spot by beach , pool and restaurant - however- it is a loud location. Trailer truck arrived at 7 on both days to deliver food in front of house to restaurant. Lots of busy golf carts early and late since house is right by beach exit. Slow internet. The house has pool table, hot tub and the most beautiful design ever !!! Gorgeous home and wonderful community.

Great location because it's right across from the boardwalk exit. However, the carport is right by the CBar's multiple trash can location. It smells bad and attracts lots of birds. They did do trash removal twice during our week's stay. The home itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The ample cold storage was a bonus, as was the elevator. A couple of the doors need repair, some windows need more shade (bedroom blackouts, kitchen late sun), the hot tub "not under the owner's management" was a disappointment (the repairman said, "this thing never works"), and being next to the swimming pool/bar it's very crowded with golf carts, sometimes encroaching on the driveway. That said, it was nice being right next to the pool regardless, especially since it wasn't as noisy as we thought it might be given how busy it was. We also enjoyed the projector/movie theater type set-up in the lower level. Overall we would stay here again if there was a better barrier between the nextdoor trash, shades in the kitchen so we don't have to improvise with foil, and better bird deterrent used at the house and also at the CBar.

It has become a family ritual to have a annual beach trip to Cinnamon Shores because it is so family oriented and the properties are all very nice. This year we had a larger than usual group due to my son's 40th birthday. The Apres Sea was perfect for entertaining this large group. There are so many ways to be entertained in this home. Besides the beach and pool being in very close proximity there is also a pool table, large table for group games, theater room and nintendo controller. Something for everyone. There is a hottub but it unfortunately it was not working, thus the 4 stars on the property condition question. Another plus was the large porches providing places for subgroup to congregate. The house was very comfortable and many nice decorating touches. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks with top of the line appliances. The elevator was appreciated for for loading and unloading and of course the kids thought it was awesome. If you have infants, the house is well stocked with baby gear (port-a-crib, high chairs, baby gates). Our stay was another memorable one. Thank You!

My husband said this was his favorite Father's day ever! WE brought 2 of our daughters families, including 3 young grandchildren. The Apres Sea was ideally located beside the Keira Pool and right across the street was a short walk to the beach! The home was spacious enough for 10 people and was so beautifully decorated. We loved the location of Apres Sea (next to Keira pool and easy access to the beach), although come the weekend there was a lot of foot traffic in front of the property because of guests going in and out of the pool and there were cars always parked in front of the property. Some guests at the pool were also loud sone late nights. But we enjoyed the house, we had enough space for everyone and it had everything we needed.

Tv’s weren’t working. There were broken chairs in the backyard. Yard wasn’t kept up. The kitchen didn’t have necessary utensils, so we had to go buy them. The home was clean, but very unorganized. I think the owner needs to spend some time organizing the kitchen a bit. They also need to be sure renters have the necessary utensils, Tupperware etc.

The house is nice and comfortable with lots of space for kids or multiple families. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is just across the street from the beach with a peak at the ocean from the top floor. The sonos system is on a separate wifi network and you are not given the password for that network so you will not be able to use the sonos system. The house had a pungent musty smell that was quite pervasive. Rooms let light in early in the morning so it is good if you are an early riser (and not good if you are not). Half of the jets in the hot tub are not functional and it has definitely seen better days. All in all it is a very nice house but considerably over priced and having stayed in several homes in Cinnamon Shores you can certainly find better value for your money.

Our family gathered together for the Thanksgiving week at Apres Sea and found it so very comfortable and accommodating! There was plenty of space for my husband and me, our children, and our grandchildren both to sleep and hangout. The main living area was perfect for us all to be together. We really appreciated the dining table that was big enough for the 10 of us and even for more when our extended family came for Thanksgiving Day. The kitchen was so well equipped - with dishes, cookware, and serving pieces - that was such a bonus! Other bonuses were the pool table and the deck on the top floor with the hot tub and the beautiful view! And the location was the best! It was so easy to get down to the beach - we really loved that!
We were so thankful to be able to stay at the wonderful Apres Sea - the owners have done such a great job of designing and equipping it for good family fun!

Upon arrival we found 3 trash cans with trash in them, sand and dirt on a bedroom floor. I removed approx. 100 sticker burs from rugs and I, my grandchildren and a pet had to remove painful sticker burs from our feet in the house several times during our stay. The outside shower did not work even though I reported it atleast 3 times to CS office in Aug. with phone call reminders where I was assured it was working. The downstairs thermostat was locked and a man sent by office could not fix it, and those who slept in 2 downstairs bedrooms were uncomfortable and warm.I had reserved my granddaughter a bike since August, with 3 reminder calls, but after asking for the bike for 2 days while there were finally told there were no working bikes since Hurricane Harvey. If we had known we would have brought my granddaughter's bike. Undecided if we would recommend this property to a friend at this time.
