The staff was really friendly and attentive.

Location. Right across the street from Wrigley Field. Short walk to my event at The Old Vic Theatre. Felt like safe neighborhood. Restaurant had great food and good drinks.
Nothing. All was good.

Hotel Zachary is our favorite hotel! The entire staff does an amazing job. We appreciate that they are dog friendly. Our two pups, Kosmo & Lester, really enjoy our visits to Chicago. The hotel location is perfect for Cubs games and the restaurants/bars nearby are always fun to visit. Can't wait to go back!

Close to my daughter’s apartment.
It’s definitely NOT worth the price. Small rooms, no fridge, no coffee maker.
8.0
Well appointed, with a premium feel; great neighbourhood, proximity to public transport.
Staff generally very helpful and friendly.
No a la carte breakfast option on the weekend, but the hotel made a plan for us (as Chicago marathon runners).
No coffee station in the room.
More junior staff need to be empowered to make decisions - in the absence of a manager to vet a request, a young lady felt it safest to disappoint us. The next morning, a more seasoned staff member simply made a good, snap judgment call on the same request. That kind of small gesture of hospitality drives word of mouth and grows your customer base.

They have a lovely bar/lounge/patio area. So welcoming. The staff are remarkable. Anything you need they’re there to help you. The rooms are incredible. Make sure you get a room with the wrigley field. 5,6 floors are the best. I had the 3rd floor with the largest room and my view would have been better if my room be in a higher floor.

The location is a Cubs fan's dream! The ambiance, the esthetic and design elements were fantastic. Hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Staff at Alma, the hotel's restaurant, were an absolute delight, in particular Jane. We connected with her instantly. She gave us recommendations of what to do around town and how to go get there. She went out of her way to make my husband's trip memorable, got him a cookie from Crumbl cookies delivered to our room because we'd mentioned to her that it was his birthday.
The location of this hotel, being right across from Wrigley Field, is perfect! It's within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to do while in Wrigleyville.
If you want to treat your Cubs fan to an ultimate experience, this is the place you want to take them to.
The Cubs didn't win! Better luck next time! 😂😂

We love the location. We stay here everytime we come to see the Cubs. We had no problem checking in early for a 1:20 start to the game (prearranged, but no guarantees). Hope to be back for another game this season. They have the most polite staff and they're very helpful. We've stayed here several times throughout the years and have enjoyed every stay.

Overall good experience--friendly staff/ services, amenities !!
Room 346 was across the hall from the workout center - noisy :-((
Rooms 348 and 350 had very uncaring, loud and noisy adult guests.
Ruined a peaceful night--
We left the tv on to suffacate their noise .. ruined our 10pm to 1230 am time..
Totally disappointed !!

Angenehme Lage direkt am Cubs Stadion, Nähe zum See und zur Southport Ave. (Shopping).

So so
Bathroom could be cleaner. No hand soap.

The hotel was very clean and everybody was very nice and helpful. We were going to a Cubs game so the location was unbeatable.
It was a little bit more expensive than other options, but you couldn’t get any closer to Wrigley Field.

the staff was wonderful and very kind.
since this was our first time at the hotel, we were not aware of certain things such as time frame for breakfast , when the kitchen opened and closed and how to get in the parking garage upon arrival.

Convenience to venue and restaurants, uniqueness, comfortable accommodations.
No refrigerator in room, unbelievably mediocre buffet breakfast for $26+ dollars apiece for my daughter and I - we only participated one morning because there are so many more venues nearby with outstanding breakfasts/brunches at a much more affordable price. Over $600.00 per night.

This is our favorite hotel. The location just outside Wrigley field is perfect for our visits to Chicago. The hotel is so nice. It has everything we need. The thing I love most is that it's dog friendly.
That I couldn't stay longer!

The location was perfect for attending a Cubs game! Our cars were well cared for by attentive valets. Decorated sugar cookies in the lobby were delicious! There were many great restaurants in the area for dinner. It was such a pleasure to be able to walk across the street to our hotel rooms for the evening instead of fighting the traffic for a long trip home after the game.

The room was beautiful. Staff kept the facilities clean, working all the time. Directly across from Wrigley Field! Go Cubs ,go.
More lighting in the room.
