Die Aussicht und der Strand waren super. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Die 2 Mitarbeiter haben alles gegeben und sich sehr bemüht. Das ist aber zu zweit nicht zu machen (Küche, Kochen, Putzen, Wäsche waschen, Bettwäsche wechseln, usw. )

Siehe oben, zudem ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen und niemand kümmert sich darum zum Beispiel: Wasserversorgung, nur 2 (kaputte) Sonnenschirme. Nach etwa 2 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit brachte man einen 3. Sonnenschirm, der war aber auch kaputt. Das Licht in den Zimmern ist defekt oder mangelhaft. Kissen im Aussenbereich schmudelig

Mahtava loma.

Todella kiva pieni majatalo. Varsinkin alakerran family room oli hieno. Iso, iso terassi ja uima-altaalle terassilta 5 metriä. Paikka on suoraan biitsillä. Paikan pitäjät olivat todella mukavia ja kaikki toiveet ja pyynnöt toteutettiin.

Joskus aallot olivat meressä vähän liian isot uimiseen, mutta se on enemmän sijainnin ansiosta.

Unbedingt Villa Kusum!

Alles! Unsre beiden letzten Tage haben wir hier verbracht und es hätte nicht besser sein können! Vielen Dank dafür! Zur Begrüßung gab es den besten Welcome Drink... Eine kühle Kokosnuss. Wir hatten Glück und waren die einzigen Gäste, es hat sich wie unsere Villa angefühlt. Tolle große Zimmer mit Meerblick. Lage, direkt am tollen langen Sandstrand. Etwas außerhalb, daher schön ruhig und man kann in die City reinlaufen oder ein Tuktuk nehmen. Der Pool ist auch großartig und das Frühstück war eines der besten auf unserer Reise durch Sri Lanka!

Amazing!!!!

Amazing villa that looks as it was bulit during colonial times. It is converted to a small boutique hotel with a beautiful pool. Breakfast was great, and hosts were really noce and helpful. Amazing experience!❤️

Straight on the beach which is quiet so you get a lot of privacy! Very friendly staff

Disappointing

The Pool is very nice and shady during the day, Breakfast was good, the beach is not crowded, transportation to the Airport was organised and worked out well, the bathroom was nice.

We booked the Hotel because of its outstanding good reviews however the rooms are very basic, the waves at the beach are really high and there is a strong tide so swimming in the ocean is not possible at this location (a couple of km up north it is not a problem), a 5 course meal was offered for dinner (30$) however nothing less expensive, the rooms are really dark, no really good options for dinner close to the hotel, no mosquito nets.

Friendly place, right on the beach

Nice pool, friendly staff. The beach is amazing. We had a huge shower in our room. The property isn’t in the centre of Hikkaduwa so you need to get a 200LKR tuk tuk each time, or walk for 20 mins down the beach.

We had a room at the front which was facing the road so it was quite noisy as one window had no glass. also when we left we were asked to pay a ‘local’ exchange rate rather than the standard one which resulted in an extra payment of around 6000 LKR, we have since travelled the rest of Sri Lanka and never been asked to pay a different exchange rate but maybe this is the case in Hikkaduwa but seems very strange to me.

A little oasis with an amazing pool

Very nice and and charming boutique villa. The plus on this stay is the absolute amazing staff. They make you feel at home. It's peaceful, an oasis os relaxation but close by you can find good restaurants.

Amazing situation along the beach 🏖 5 meters from the pool to the sand... and to the terrace The chef is very friendly ; and prepare amazing Menu. To recommand as one of our best place in Sri Lanka

Very good

For our trip in Hikkaduwa this was our first stay for 3 nights. We arrived late in the evening because of our delay on the flight but the staff was there expecting us and with a warm welcome. They served us welcome drinks which was nice and lead us to our room which was the best of their villa. A spacious one with dutch collonial style furniture and decoration. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom large with a jacuzzi. There was always hot weather and good variety of amenities. The room was on the upper floor which had amazing views of the pool, the beach and the sea which was right in front of us. The breakfst was decent but good enough to keep you for the half of the day. The only dissadvantage was that it was the same every day. Pool looked nice but we didnt use it. The place being a villa had its own area in front of the beach with every day available sunbeds for the guests. Staff was very good, kind and helpful all the time for everything. The area is quiet and very attractive and has markets and restaurants in a walkable distance. Overall a great stay although the area is a little bit more expensive than the rest of south Sri Lanka. We definitely recommend it to everyone for a nice and quiet stay by the beach

Unfortunately both jacuzzi and bathroom need some renovations as they looked like left. The room didnt have tv and the wifi was very week but we come to this place not for the technology. The only minor thing is that the room needs a fridge.
