Lokalita, skvělé snídaně, příjemný personál.
Chybějící ramínka na pokoji, drahý parking.

Nothing
I had reserved a thriple room that had absolutely no convenience. The room was on the roof floor, the air conditioner was not working, the room had only the roof window. The size of the shower cube was that it was difficult for an adult to wash in the shower. Old worn furniture. The price for the hotel room is absolutely not match with the quality of the service. The hotel really resembled a cheap hostel. Very sorry for this comparison

The place is perfectly placed in the middle of the Jewish quarter, in an area full of life and history. It is one street away from Schindler's passage, a very beautiful place.
The nightlife surounding this place is filled with warm lights and small cafés, with people eating, drinking, or walking but not at all dangerous. I haven't seen one drunk person or someone behaving strangely. We felt perfectly safe walking the streets after midnight.
All this commotion does not affect the quality of sleep, at least at the 3rd floor where we stayed. Everything was quiet and calm. We had three large windows we kept open most of the time, since there are no mosquitoes.
Beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom had everything we needed, the water was perfect, with very good pressure.
The room has a table with a tray filled with bottles of water, mugs, tea, and a kettle.
Breakfast is served from 7 to 10. It has different hot and cold dishes, sweet and salty, and some fruit. It is not like presented in the pictures, but it is good and tasty, and satisfied all the members in our family.
The coffee is AMAZING. We prefer it stronger and we had that choice. The bonus is that coffee, water and tea is available all day with no extra charge, in the restaurant area.
Our preferred time at the hotel was sipping coffee at the vintage tables by the restaurant windows. We will miss that. It was a very cozy time-traveling feeling.
Parking at the hotel is possible only if you are a very experienced driver with a very small car and costs 80 zl per 24 h (aprox 20 eur). Most private parking lots cost between 60 to 80 zl per 24 h. Parking on the streets surroundings the hotel is not possible for non residentials. Clients are not considered residentials. Police will promptly block the car and fine the trespassers. We parked on the street almost 700m, which is a short stroll.
Parking is a bit of a challenge in the beginning

Good location
The biggest problems is parking. They accept only small cars in parking. They do not let to park SUV ar other type of car. Even parking place are normal and big.
The hotel street is only for citizens so you can not drive in this street.
Very unfriendly staff.

Naprosto výjimečná snídaně, dobře zařízené pokoje i koupelna. V ceně dobrá káva i voda po celou dobu pobytu. Moc doporučujeme.
Problémy s parkováním - nebyla kapacita + nelze parkovat vozy typu SUV a combi.

Posizione, colazione, camera.

1.5 / 5.0

Pokoje czyste. Pokój jaki miałem, był bardzo przestronny. Godny polecenie szczególnie dla niezmotoryzowanych ;-)

Location is perfect. Free water and coffee available. Room is pretty big and comfortable.
Owners should learn kitchen staff to hygiene rules. I found long hear in a salad at breakfast.
At breakfast it is a big choice of foods, but it tasted not so good.

Good breakfast but was prepared every day way before opening of brekfest hours (ready breakfast I saw laying on a buffet 2h before ) there for it was always dry out .
Overall communication between personal doesn't exist. We requested babybed for 2 yo it wasn't avilable- thats ok , but I had to ask 4 times for blanket, pillow and towel for him. One receptionist said she can give it to me but she have no possibility to put covers on it. Then she just gave me everything (she had access to it ) and I put covers on it by myself so I have no idea what other possibilities she needed to help. Parking is small but definitely should be better organized they have 7 parking spots and still leting people to use it uncorectly by blocking other spots or exists . When one day exit from parking was blocked recepcionist informed us that they know and that a gentlemen who's car it is is eating brekfest and we should wait 20 min for him to finish(!)
Bathroom was just disgusting dirty.

Hotel is right in the Jewish area of Cracow - Kazimierz. You can find there many interesting shops, art and specific bars. It is nearby Wawel.
I liked that you have tea and coffee in the room, as well coffee, tea and water 24h downstairs for your use. Simple, but makes your stay much more comfy (when you forget to buy water in the shop). All for free.
There is fridge in the room.
The window view of the backyard is for the flashing light. However if you cover it with curtains - it is fine.
Breakfast is like 8/10. Seems that everything is there, but somehow it is normal, nothing extraordinary.

The location is excellent - in Kazmierez. Notice that this is not the city center but the Jewish Quarter. Very quiet and exciting. We stayed in the city center and Kazmierez and loved the second one more. The service and the staff are very thoughtful and nice.
The booking on the website didn't fit the reality. We had to add more money to the reception. Notice that you have everything you asked for in the initial reservation - the number of people in each room.

Everything is good, especially breakfast and the hotel team - they added one pillow and one towel (for my wife) just instantly.
I was informed about additional payment for the underground parking just AFTER my payment for the room. It will be great to know it BEFORE the payment for the room.
