spa is ok
our room was extremely hot. maybe something was broken, but it was around 30 degrees during the night. outside it was raining, around 20. I didn’t sleep all night, it was complete disaster. overall impression was ruined. the room was pretty old, though clean
4.5
The facilities are amazing. Nice breakfast
The restaurant is a bit pricey. And the hairdryer in the bedroom is useless.

The staff were professional and attentive.
The treatments in the spa are great and so is the staff.
Some of its old restored buildings are magnificent.
The area is beautiful for a walk by the river for example.
It would have been good that the room cleaning had the time to make the beds with a blanket during the winter months.
Also, given the average age of the guests (especially on weekdays) I'd strongly suggest a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, it's not a big ask for a 4 star hotel.

outstanding building and water services and great service employed
staff at front desk seemed overall overworked, disorganized and sometimes rude.
5.0
Great property and amenities. Good size swimming pool (smaller.one for.kods as well).
The water palace was really good which also had sauna and steam rooms.
The buffer breakfast was very good.
The check-in time at 14 and checkout at 12/120 were really good to have (unlike many hotels these days where check-in starts at 16 and then checkout before 11).
Everything was great.
Only one complain would be that they should allow guests to also use the water palace before checkout as well -- it was only allowed to use the water palace for 2 hours in the day of stay and not again the next morning before check out.

Everything was great. We really loved it.

large room
it has spots to be cleaned up,like pain falling off walls - quick property maintenance that would make it perfect

The location is amazing and the staff is always there to help you out with a smile. Meals are very nice with lots of variety.
Some maintenance is due in the spa area.
4.0
very clean, in a beautiful setting
a little chilly at times, especially when moving between the spa and other parts of the building

Amazing place, although is starting to need fixing.
The hotel needs to fix a lot of things, maintaining things like the children place was closed, some of the palace de agua also weren't working or need fixing.
5.0
Beautiful Victorian Spa with beautiful huge rooms and an amazing breakfast, even in lockdown.
It was all we needed.
3.5
Location of the hotel was good but it was far away from city center. Personal was so friendly and helpful. Great people.
My room was oval. I don't like oval rooms. They could give me a standart square room. Apart of this, the slippers in the room were weird. Hope they change them in the future.
4.4
The hotel is connected to the spa/swimming pool which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. The surrounding area is really beautiful. The river is right behind the property. So much to explore if you have time.
The staff on duty in the morning didn't speak much English. The spa treatments finishes early on Sunday afternoon. I would have loved to get a message after the long walks on the Camino!
