ห้องพักกว้างดี แต่ระเบียงไม่มีเก้าอี้ให้นั่งพัก

ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง เด็กและผู้ใหญ่วิ่งไล่กันในห้อง ช่วง 3-4 ทุ่มครึง ซึ่งมันดังมากและเป็นช่วงที่ต้องการพักผ่อน

Clean property and very friendly staff

The main swimming pool was being refurbished without any notice and only one keycard per room so you can’t cool it with the air conditioner while you’re out

Budget friendly. Well worth your money.

Room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pool. Breakfast was delicious.

There was very little hot water for the shower. I understand that the season was hot and humid, but I still like to have a hot shower before starting my day. The fact that the hot water was not available from the start is really annoying. Also, I asked the front desk to book me a taxi 3 times over two days and yet they were confused that I'd requested it when I asked again 3 hours before my departure.

Very good

The room and bathroom is decently spacious, the bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly cheap but well worth the little bit of extra money if you want a quick breakfast.

The shower was a little weak in our room, noise insulation could be better and the balcony could do a little bit of cleaning.

All good facilities are nullified by hotel treatment to us.

One of the worst experience, the poor rating is not for the room facilities or anything but for the poor treatment meted out to our group of friends who stayed there from 28-30 September. We were only present at the hotel for a maximum of 8 hrs per day and that too maybe from 2-10 am as you would when on a vacation. But during checkout the Hotel manager alleged that we had scratched some glass top of a coffee table in the room and demanded an exorbitant sum as damages. Even after our repeated pleas that we have not even used the same table and when asked to show the photos of the table prior to our use they refused. Even called security to detain us!! As we had flights to catch and homes to return to, we paid the last Thousand or so Baht to them and managed to relieve ourself. One in our group said that on a prior visit to Thailand with family he had a similar experience. It seems seeing Indian tourists, especially bachelors they made up their mind to extort any money as it is a win win for them. It seriously affected our overall experience and would not recommend going to Thailand at all. For J pattaya total Thumbs down , a lesson for all hotels, treatment of customers is the most important facility you can provide.
