Location excellent for Bahai gardens.
We booked Bed & Breakfast. First problem was that hotel does not provide breakfast, indeed it has no restaurant at all!!.
Vouchers given, acceptable at any one of three restaurants across the road!. Not too convenient.
Room was front, Ground floor. Lounge consisted of room containing only a very, very, tired bench type settee...no chairs, plus a TV and a mirror. Access to a small outside area containing a rustic metal table and chairs. No appeal whatsoever!
Bedroom ---Weird. Toilet en-suite. No window in bedroom. "Curtain" painted on wall. Odd blue lighting. If you need a light in the toilet it lights a spotlight in the bedroom. Perfect for that late night visit to the loo, eh??!! Bed OK...firm mattress, but not uncomfortable.
Bathroom...actually only a shower room with an additional trough sink. Shower only partially partitioned...so water goes over the floor.
NO DOOR on shower room, so open to the bedroom. Again no natural light.
Cleanliness, not too bad, but toilet hadn't seen a broom for a while. Difficult to assess the rest, because of poor lighting.
Cost for one night, double occupancy, was 1387 Shekells = £288, or $366, or Euro 337.
Booking site suggests it is a high class hotel... it isn't. A very generous estimate would be three star.
Perhaps we just got a bad room.

Great location.
There was no hot water on our last morning

The design of the room, the mattress, the common area
Walking from the parking lot to the room at night was scary, the room was kind of isolated from the main building took me time to understand the area.
There were no mosquitos nets in the window, was great to open the window but there was a lot of noise.
The control of the air conditioner didn’t properly work, when started being very cold I couldn’t turn it off. I took out the card and had to cut electricity of the room so the air conditioner really stops…

Location was perfect. It was easy to catch the bus to anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself is quirky and fun. Our little patio was a fun place to sit in the morning. Alex and the rest of the staff were so helpful!
I would choose to get breakfast at one of the restaurants instead of going to the hotel buffet, but the restaurants don’t open until 9 am.

Coffee in room, fridge, lounge with coffee. Breakfast at nearby restaurants.
WiFi did not work properly in my room when door was closed. I needed to work and needed to go into common space for wifi.

- Quirky, unique and fun boutique hotel
- Great and helpful staff
- Location was nest we saw in Hafia
- Didn't use the free standing bathtub but it was a nice touch
- Breakfast options were good, although I would try and go to the restaurant rather than the buffet hotel on offer
- Bathrooms could do with a bit more privacy (if you're sharing a room with someone you're not really close with it could be uncomfortable)
- Outside space could do with a tidy and some more seating

Great room, super quiet inside even when it was super noisy outside (new years parades) - small & cozy hotel, lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Location, decoration, really nice.
Our bathroom didn't really have a private toilet, the glass door wasn't discrete enough.

The deluxe room was spectacular. We had plenty of space to move around and store our luggage. the room was very warm when we first entered but quickly cooled down with the AC. The showerhead is a little awkwardly placed because of the orientation of the jacuzzi tub, but was not difficult to reach and use. The balcony was beautiful at night as it was over the fattoush restaurant below. We enjoyed our stay in Haifa because of the perfectly placed hotel! This hotel is beautiful and filled with a lot of Palestinian history.
Initially, it seemed weird that the reception was apart from the hotel rooms, but really, it was wonderful because the noise and traffic was hardly heard from the room.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient.
The room was in an annex and up losts of stairs with no lift. The room telephone did not work. Breakfast was not on site and vouchers were issued to local cafes or the sister hotel.
