Los balcones y sus comidas
La verdad que todo me gustó
8.0

This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are very nice, the pool great. Loads of lovely communal areas to sit. Perfect location for Puerto de la Cruz- close to everything.
I wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast. May be a personal thing. I would prefer simple, high quality fruit , porridge , healthy options

Perfect location for a town break and Puerto is a beautiful place
breakfast could have been better

No towels for the pool

Breakfast was ample and well cooked. The waiting staff were very good and efficient.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and peasant.
The facilities in the room were very basic. The TV had only two English speaking channels, both news channels and the reception was very poor.
The room would benefit from some tea/coffee facilities.

Great location right in pedestrian part of old town, near to loads of restaurants. Our room was compact but had a nice little balcony getting sun most of the day with a view over the pretty square. Good value.
Breakfast was very crowded and quite stressful with queues for everything. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

beautiful building, great location, lovely staff. we stayed in the older part of the hotel which was incredibly charming. close to the sea and the pool terrace was also great.
eating at the hotel in the breakfast room was a terrible experience. it was dark, chaotic and too small for the number of guests. it didn’t matter what time, it was always over filled with people. the food was ok but not at all what you would expect from a hotel breakfast.

The hotel has a beautiful authentical lobby.
We got a room overlooking the church. The view was really nice to the squere and the Teide. The bed was very comfy. There is a huge free parking zone by the port and ist just few hundred meters from the hotel.
The staff at reception was helpfull.
The bathroom needs reparation, the room old styshed. The hotel was not renovated recently.
A man was singing every evening till.late night under our terrace. The hotel is very noisy, not even the singing man is the problem, but the bell of the church and many loud people on the streets will keep you awake at night and the childrens in the opposit school wont let you to relax midday f you have a city view room.
The staff by the breakfast and dinner was not kind at all.
Dont even hope for having a caffe for your breakfast few minutes before 10 am as they block the caffe mashines earlier. You wont serve you with a caffe after they blocked the machine as the restaurant in the building open at 11am.
The eatery is small for such a lot of guests and its crowded.
The city beach is far.

Hotel is beautiful, our room was extremely big and had a large balcony with a lovely view. The cleaners were amazing and around every day. The hotel is in a great central location.
The Bells ringing every 15mins from 6:45am so no lay in.
The beds was so hard and uncomfortable.
The food was below average and the same every day.
The pool is very small.

The staff are very nice but the owners very aloof.

Lovely town centre hotel with plenty of character. Staff helpful & friendly. Location excellent & breakfast was very good. Our room had a balcony
The room was small & the cupboard restricted space at the side of the bed. The bathroom was very small. There was no hot water one day but this was easily rectified. We had to ask for sachets of shower gel. There was limited space to put suitcases. There was no facility for tea/coffee making. The noise from next door room was intrusive at night.

The location
The room was tired, curtains smelled, floors not very clean, no fridge, no kettle, toiletries to poor standard. The hotel needs the rooms to be upgraded, would definitely not stay again!

The hotel is historic and the same time it's very modern. I like the look and all the modern things like the pool on the roof. Staff was very helpful. And the hotel is very near the sea and all nice places around.

It’s conveniently located in the centre of Puerto de La Cruz. The staff is nice and welcoming. There is a good selection of savoury and sweet food for breakfast.
The walls seem too thin as we could clearly hear the people staying in the room next door talking, brushing their teeth etc.

location
noisy as on street - opposite a church which chimed every fifteen minutes from 7am - 11pm

The hotel is in a very good location and clean and pleasant
