Superb

Very nice location close to the beach. You can choose either free beach or payed one with umbrellas, both are within 5 minutes walk. Very clean apartment with equipped kitchen, every 4 days you get towels and bed linen change. Friendly staff Parking just in front of the building The place was also quiet in the night Overall great value for the money

Small bathroom with shower and toilet almost on the same spot. But you can get used to it. Air-conditiong was only in 1 room, so there could be little hotter in other rooms, but not really a big problem.

Great place to stay

Everything you need is present in the apartment: big enough fridge, espresso machine, one set of towels,, ... Best about the apartment is definitely the closeness to the beach: 150m and the beach is for free :)

Location is great! Kitchen facilities are OK, staff is friendly and helpful.

Soundproof is bad, it was quite noisy (loud neighbors) even during the quiet hours. Shower is installed right under the toilet, is was uncomfortable.

We recommend it! :-)

Stayed here for a 5 days with family of 5. We had a very nice apartment with two bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Aircon worked great. Beach was a 3 minute walk, long and clean. City is calm. You can find nearby everything you want for shopping. Ravenna is easy riding distance. We made a short trip there to visit the sightseeings (museums, basillicas) everything in one ticket price. Advance is also that the residence has it's own parking. Staff is very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere there.

Just the bathroom is quite small. Shower was situated between toilet and bidet but due to the space limitation it‘s probably so.

We are satisfied!

All gut. Best feedback!! We fully enjoyed our stay and got all support from the responsible persons. Location is one of the best ever for the price!!!

Unfortunately, we forgot salt when we moved in, so we wished to get in the kitchen if some remained, but no chance. Of course, we got it from the stuff when asked. Nevertheless, I suggest maybe 5 gr of this won't harm anybody when people move in.

Not going to come back

The property is very close to the beach. The size of the apartment was quite good and had a nice balcony.

It is also very close to a little amusement park/playground which makes noise at night. The beds were not comfortable at all. If you are staying here for one week on vacation , the quality of your sleep is affected. The wifi didnt reach our apartment and the signal was very weak. The worst thing was that the shower area and toilet area are not separated and when you shower the toilet gets wet and it's very unpleasant.

5th flor..no mosquitos..l loved that..Nice and clean..

Spacious..and the sandy beach is near..

A kettle or toaster would come in handy..Very small tv ..only one english channel for movies..

The 1st line

We were really surprised by both - this small provincial Italian city and the hotel... Very tiny rooms looked like a hospital, no air condition (in the place with high humidity and temperature outside), no dish-washing machine, very noisy at nights.. No touristic infrastructure at all in Lido Adriano, lots of left shops and cafes, dirty on the street and at the same time high prices to eat, overcrowded beaches.... You would not recognize classic Italy here, no historical beauty (Ravenna is 10 min by car) / views / cuisine... Forgotten place that knew better times - tjat wad an impression.
