Bearing in mind the fact that we arrived by car, there was no problem to reach our destination (ferries in Livorno) easily the next day. The staff was very kind, since they waited for us and replied very quickly and positively to our question if we might be accommodated later than the latest hours indicated on the websites. The staff could also speak very well English and when we wanted them to send us the invoice via e-mail, they simply did what we wanted, even though it must have been boring because we wanted to stay for one night only. The staff simply saved our lives since we wanted to arrive in Livorno much earlier, but the situation on highways was not in favour of us that day.
We could not enjoy a longer stay, but I believe that the beaches might have been superb there. There was little space for our luggage in the bungalow. If I remember well we needed to use our own towels and sleeping bags (but without any problems) because using the facility's towels and other similar stuff would mean additional costs. However, we were informed in advance after reading the accommodation conditions, thanks to which we were very well prepared.

I loved everything about the bungalow and the distance from the beautiful private beach. Definitely the highlights! This made our family vacation so convenient and low stress. We enjoyed the local market and bakery and felt it was still a great distance from some tuscan day trips! The people working there were so helpful and accommodating.
I wish the laundry facilities were a bit cleaner and more convenient such as having more than one quite dirty machine.

I liked the position of the house which was the 48c which is just a few steps away from the beach. Just down the stairs from we were, there was the mini market, the restaurant among other things! The trees that surrounded us let the air of the breeze pass through while keeping us cool. The balcony was big enough with chairs and table, with a plastic stand to let our things dry.
The washroom was very tight, and got easily hot when having a shower. The window barely opened from above to let the humidity our. I think that a simple fan would fix this problem.
There’s practically nothing negative to say. The restaurant and mini market are a little expensive. The pizza of the restaurant wasn’t good to our tastes. Like I wrote before, there’s practically nothing negative to say about the place because it was nice.
