Clean, convenient with accessibility issues

It was convenient to our location in terms of why we were visiting the area, multiple rooms and bathrooms to suit a few people. It was clean and accurate to description. Access was easy and parking was free and the host left a few free snacks, laundry pods and shower essentials which was helpful as well as many towels and linens to use.

The dryer did not heat up so it could not dry clothes. The stairs were very narrow and treacherous to go up and down. This would definitely be a problem for someone with limited mobility or children seeing as the bedrooms are upstairs. My friend with bad knees had a hard time going up and down them. Saw a couple of crickets, but nothing extreme.

I like the location, the parking, the easy contact with the property owners. I will definitely keep this spot in mind sh

The beds were comfortable and the towels were abundant and soft. The communication with the owner was nice and quick when we reached out.

I wish the pictures showed more what supplies the property offered. Showing the pots and pans, dishes and silverware available vs local sightings. Maybe mention local nearby sights and keep the pictures to what the property has to offer. The gray bed squeaks quite a lot. I was afraid it might cost us our security deposit. The mattress was very comfy though.

Mooi en ruim appartement met meerdere slaapkamers. Ideaal gelegen, vlakbij de snelweg

Een mooi en ruim appartement met een bovenverdieping. Twee ruime slaapkamers en een mooie badkamer. Appartement is mooi ingericht. Het was helaas niet helemaal schoon. Vooral de kastjes en lades in de keuken waren niet schoon. De communicatie met de verhuurder over de toegangscode van de deur ging prima. Ook een eigen parkeerplaats bij het appartement.

Good value for a spacious place to stay.

Extra beds were helpful for group. Coffee was a nice addition.

Thin walls, neighbors could be heard while trying to sleep. Shower handle seemed like they were going to come off. Mattresses were very firm and thin.

A good place to stay when you go for a football weekend in College Station.

The property was clean and big enough for our family.

The floors upstairs were creaky and made a lot of noise especially at night.

It was in a great location and was very nice. They even had a toddler cot, stroller, and plenty of blankets.

Steep stairs and very little cooking supplies. We had to go to the store several times for cooking utensils and some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived.

Clean, nice style, great location at 3 minutes away from Walmart, and very comfortable furnishings, too! Highly recommend, a perfect stay for short or long term. Quick communication with the person in charge, too!
