The price was good

The rooms were very disgusting with dead bugs laying around and gnats flying around the room. Smells very bad in be room overall was not please at all with my room

Passable

When I tried to contact Booking,com about my room stay, no one responded back, When I contacted the hotel they didn't have any reservations for me from Booking.com. I had to go to the actual hotel web site to make new reservations, which was the one I used once I arrived there. I checked my bank account and noticed that booking.com has 2 transactions pending, if they are not withdrawn I will be pursuing legal action.

the stay was horrible. a corporate representative needs to go by property and make suggestions for improvement.

smell was horrible. tub had very low drain. ceiling parts hanging also has water stains, carpet dirty and worn out. sink stopper broken. TV was not working properly. the only reason we stayed is because every other hotel was booked due to an event.

Needs a serious upgrade. The staff was nice but the actual property was awful. Would have went to a diff hotel if I hadn't already paid for this one.

No carpet. Floor was dirty. Bed frames were all broken. Deff needs an upgrade

Andrew (front desk) was extremely helpful!! Without him I probably would not have TV to watch or would have had to change rooms. GREAT customer service Andrew.

just the location

I booked non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room. some of the sockets aren’t working and one of the bedside lamp bulb is out and they didn’t change it.

I would never stay here again.

When I arrived in my room it was a mess. One bed was unmade and the other was pulled out from the wall. Dirty towels were all over the room and a bag of laundry was left on one bed. The toilet was dirty and a cigarette bud was in the toilet. There was no way I was going to stay in that room.

Lock on door was broke. Had to climb out window to get out of room but staff came immediately to assist and closed room for repairs.

only location.

Dirty interior and exterior. Very smelly around lobby area. Breakfast was supposed to be included but once it got finished, which was more than an hour before breakfast end time, it wasn’t filled up. Many guests were unhappy about the situation but no manager on site was present.
