Szép kilátás a Vercors hegyekre

A szoba nagy volt egy francia szállodai szobához képest. A fürdőszobában csak a sarokban volt egy lefolyó rendes zuhanykabin helyett. Vízmelegítő nem volt. Nagyon szép volt a kilátás a Vercors hegységre, ez volt a legjobb a szállásban. A szálloda előtt kanyarodtak el a villamosok, ezt időnként lehetett hallani. A reggeliért előre kellett fizetni, és ha későn ment az ember, akkor nem volt narancslé. Amikor megérkeztünk még nem volt fűtés, de adtak egy olajradiátor.

A szállodában 8 éjszakát töltöttünk, közben eladták a szállodát. Az első három éjszakát sikerült rendesen kifizetni. A maradék öt éjszakát is kifizettem, de az új portás nem volt képes rendes számlát adni róla és nem akarta felhívni a menedzsert sem, mert vasárnap volt. Azt ígérte, hogy majd ha megjön a menedzser másnap, az küldi a számlát. Persze nem küldte. Aztán több napi levelezés után küldtek egy számlát, amin nem öt, hanem hat éjszaka szerepelt, amiből én csak ötöt fizettem ki, de ráírták, hogy a hatodikat is kifizettem. Azóta is próbálkozok rendes számlát kapni, de úgy tűnik, hogy ez meghaladja a lehetőségeiket. Ha valakinek számlára van szüksége, jobb ha elkerüli ezt a szállodát.

Great location, average room.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train and bus station, very close to the city center. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

No air conditioning in the room, only a fan available. During the summer heatwave the temperature was unbearable making it almost impossible to sleep at night. The window overlooks a rather ugly and noisy courtyard. There was an unpleasant smell lignering in the room, probably coming from the old plumbing. The room was by no means "superior".

Very good location, very close to train station. With car, you have to drive your vehicle to quite a spooky garage around the corner and park you car in a sort of box - looks like a cavern. You can lock the door of the box, your car will be 100%-ly safe! Do not park your car in front of the hotel, the strolling people in the night do not look very trustful ;=) At 04:30 am some drunk hooligans woke me up on the 3d floor. The banged against the room doors and had arguments. Then I heard strange noises as if somebody would be choked ... I looked outside and a guy was laying juts left of my door and seemed to sleep. I called Nr. 9 to get the reception, but nobody answered. So I called the hotel from my mobile. The night portier answered and promised to have look. Unfortunately he did not inform the hotel direction, they were very surprised in the morning and apologised several times. Very nice couple running the hotel!

Well, I would not walk around in the adjacent street in the night - but it's your choice, up to you. Otherwise, very recommandable. I hope, the southern rooms have A/C. I had none and had a free tropical night.

Great location and great staff

Renovated old building, located next to the central train station. At walking distance to MINATEC conference center and to all touristic activities in central Grenoble, Excellent, polite and very friendly and efficient staff. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was extra comfortable. I did not try the breakfast, but the free croissant at the reception tasted great :)

Location fantastic

Parking was quite far from the hotel and although I was given a ticket that was supposed to give me free parking, it didn't work and I had to pay €26 to leave the car park.

Gorgeous family run hotel.

Gorgeous family run hotel who greet everyone with a smile. It's a beautiful old building and the rooms were super comfortable. Great beds and shower, and the breakfast was really tasty. Loved staying here and I would definitely recommend it. Fabulous location right next to the station and great value for money.
