Over priced basic accommodation with outdated amenities

The location of the property is good as you can walk to restaurants.

The property was extremely expensive for what was on offer. The room was outdated. We paid an additional £500 for a sea view however the view was blocked by a communal seating area and a plot of land with high metal fencing so the view was terrible.

Right next to the sea, host chris made sure everything is ok for us, helped a lot. Breakfast was good, just missed local cheese or more fresh fruits though

Furniture is outdated. Mirror frame, night lamps, metal chair was rusted. No shower curtain or shower holder so not only you need to hold the shower head but watch not to splash everywere Ground floor thus all curtains need to be closed all the time because random people could see you. Althouh sea view is breath taking you can’t not see or skip abandoned and dead fields in teritory Room next to reception so you hear everyone who walks by.

It was great. Exactly what i was looking for, what i needed.

Chris the host/manager was very charming, welcoming & helpful. It was great to be able to walk out the door a few steps in go in to the sea for swim in the morning!

There really wasn't anything i didn't like.

Pleasant

Spacious and clean room with nice view. Close to the beach and town. Very friendly and helpful personnel!

Quite pricey for what one gets, tv and ceiling light was not working. Breakfast was not great so we ended up eating elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Great rooms, great location, amazing hotel manager!

The room and location were perfect for our week long stay in Milos. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were cleaned daily (floors were swept and mopped daily = no need to worry about sand!). The hotel manager was truly the highlight, happy to book us adventures with personal connections and help us with literally anything we needed. We LOVED our stay and would gladly return.

The staff were absolutely incredible! They did everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay and were all very personable. I enjoyed getting to know the staff during our stay and enjoyed all of their recommendations for things to do around the island.

Disappointing and overpriced

Chris, the manager, was kind and welcoming.

No value for money, it is extremely overpriced for what you are actually getting. Misleading title and misleading photos. This is not an “apartment”, it is a basic double room with balcony with a tiny bathroom you can barely fit in, and the room furnishings are more on the cheap side. It does NOT have a full seaview as the property itself is on a side seaview. The photos at booking did not show the room we got. All photos posted are taken from nice angles and photo filters from the top floor. Instead, we were on the ground floor with a room next to reception and balcony giving to the entrance of the property. People were coming and going all the time and it made it difficult to enjoy using the balcony in private. When you were in the room, you needed to close all the curtains to get dressed etc. because you were effectively at street level. With everyone in view of everyone, it became more like a hostel stay, but an extremely overpriced one. For this price, we could have enjoyed a more upscale apartment as was already on offer around the island. Majorly disappointed.

Nice spot

Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The wine and beach towels were a nice touch. It's a short walk to pollonia beach and restaurants.

Good apartment in Pollonia

A short walk into Pollonia. The room was kept nice and clean every day, and we liked having a balcony. The reception host (so sorry I forgot his name!) was very helpful and friendly and helped us arrange an ATV. The apartment was a good location base to explore other areas from. There's a small beach opposite the hotel, it's a bit rocky but it was nice for a dip at the end of the day. Also sunset is incredible in that direction over the beach!

A lovely property with beautiful beach views. Chris was extremely committed to making our stay great. He offered to book excursions and activities and recommended restaurants nearby.

The bathtub in the room had a shower extension but no way to attach it to the wall to take a shower handsfree which made taking a bath the only option.

Spacious, clean room with sea view.

Highly recommend Zoe Milos apartments. We had a great time! The staff was very friendly and helpful providing lots of information for the island. The room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was also delicious.

The room was like on provided pictures except the sea view which is more view on the wasteland first , small road with cars and than the sea …. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was correct ( except coffee) however the breakfast place (another location but near to the hotel) with street / parking view. The property is close to the sea ( but no direct ) and close to the city center/ restaurants like every place in Pollonia. You need a scooter / car if you want to visit other places/ beaches in Milos as bus travel time might be long and /or with no direct access to some places.

The room is small but enough for two , the balcony however very small with many vis a vis and depending on which level you are staying the sea view is not really sea view.
