I would highly recommend this place.

I was met by Dimitris who assisted me with my luggage and was extremely helpful. He was genuinely friendly and gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. Very impressed with the service I received.

I liked everything about the place including the location and the room. It was perfect for a solo traveler. I felt safe and comfortable.

Highly recommended.

The host was incredibly helpful making us feel welcome and extremely informative on recommending sites to visit based on our interests. Great quiet location overlooking a beautiful bay and the island of Kimilos, and within close walking distance to restaurants and the amenities. Accommodation and facilities are exceptional, not to mention one of the comfiest beds. Excellent attention to detail, even giving a choice of pillows to suit your preference.

Small balcony, but there was a lot of outdoor space on the ground floor that was accessible with seating.

Excellent stay with a magnificent view. Definitely coming back

Everything at Perla was excellent. The host (which we didn't manage to catch his name), was super helpful during our stay and super accommodative. He shared/recommended to us the places to visit and even make a reservation for us once of the nicest restaurant during our time in Milos.

Not so hidden gem in Pollonia, Milos

Astounding!

What’s not to like? everything was perfect! my ferry to milos was cancelled last minute and i was only able to arrive one day later at the hotel. I was able to contact the property to keep the booking for me. On arrival, i was greeted by Dmitri, who was very kind and helpful, he was always there to help and responded to messages promptly. The location in Pollonia is amazing, very quite and peaceful area away from the crowd, the beach is only a stone’s throw away. The suite was exactly like the pictures, clean, quite spacious for a studio, comfortable bed with selection of pillows that you can choose, and i like that there’s fan available which i used every night instead of the A/C. I also used the induction cooker regularly to prepare simple meals. Breakfast is available to order for €15, which i had on the first day delivered to the room, and it was so good! So many options to choose, and they were really delicious and filling, i ended up keeping some for next day as i couldnt finish them all. Unfortunately a lot of restaurants in Pollonia (and other places too) were closed by the time i got there (19th-23rd Oct), luckily i rented a car and was able to buy some food from the supermarket about 20mins away by car. It was also very windy during my stay, so although there’s private balcony facing the sea, i couldnt really use it, but you cant do anything about the weather. I really enjoyed my stay that i decided to extend another night, and i was so elated to know that the owner allowed me to stay another night without additional charges because i missed one night stay earlier due to my ferry cancellation! I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality provided by Perla Suite, indeed the best stay i had during my 4-week trip to Europe!

Nothing really, but if i have to nitpick, i would like it if there is a smart tv with Netflix or to share screen with a smartphone.

Exceptional

Dmitri was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He helped us rent a car for a great price and it was delivered to our suite in 30 minutes from the time we messaged him. He was also incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions to see on the island. The breakfast was also delicious and great value. We feel that Pollonia is the best area to stay on the island.

Very windy so we weren't able to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked, but this is obviously completely out of the accommodation's control.

Beautiful & charming accommodation!!

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was exceptional, and the pillow in the room was by far the best pillow ever! Service was impeccable without any doubt. Dimitri was super helpful and gave us very good tips and suggestions for the island.

Beautiful rooms in an amazing location. Excellent accommodation if you can afford the price.

The rooms are modern and clean. The location is excellent and the views are amazing. Quiet neighbourhood where you can also see the sunshine. Easy access to Pollonia restaurants and beach. The harbour to Kimolos is within walking distance and boat trips can be booked from here.

The price is quite high.

Modern and quiet apartment right in front of amazing blue waters.

Modern and quiet little apartment with everything you need. The staff was just super nice and friendly and they made us feel at home. The unexpected bonus for us was the little stretch of coast right in front of the apartment, which is just stunning with super clear blue water, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Nice stay and great receptionist

The place was very nice just by the sea and most of all Marilena the receptionist was super helpful. She managed to get us a car when everything seemed booked and at a low cost! She gave us a lot of good advices for where to go and to see sunsets and the restaurant recommendations were great as well ! I would recommend staying there.

Lot of wind in September to enjoy the balcony fully but earlier in the season would be nice.

Beautiful hotel + hosts for Pollonia stay in the perfect Milos location

Perla Rooms was an incredible stay for our Milos trip. First off, there is the sweetest staff, Marilena was there to help us every step of the way, from checking us in to send ing us recommendations for restaurants, activitiies and car rentals, and she organized any taxi cabs that we needed to and from the ferry port. We had the Deluxe Suite with the large patio, which was beautiful. Everything was clean, the bed and pillows were beyond comfortable (there is a pillow menu, so you can choose and swap out your type of pillow - omg). There was water and coffee in the rooms so we woke up every day comfortably. The one day we ordered breakfast room service, it was delicious. The view from our patio was beautiful, looking over the water, and the other rooms looked like they also had fabulous views from balconies. This was right on the edge of Pollonia so it was quiet and romantic at night, but just a short few minute walk away to all the restaurants. Do not miss out on gong to the Bakery in the morning, incredible. We rented an ATV/buggie to drive to the beaches during the day, and it was just the best.

This was out of the hotel's control, but it was super windy while we were there. The only downside was that without wind, the location and our room with our patio would have been even MORE enjoyable! If it's not windy, the hotel is just a few steps from the rocks on the beach that is the perfect pleasant spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine!

Marilena (the receptionist) was so personable, friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. She truly did everything possible to make our stay a memorable one - giving recommendations, making reservations, arranging cars, providing towels and water to the room - she did it all!

Not worth 500 euros per night!!! A total rip off!!

The lady responsible for the reception was nice. The owner was not!

SIMPLY NOT WORTH 500 euros per night. I have seen several similar accommodations in Milos, and the price of this one was simply outrageous considering the building and the quality of the service. First of all, the place is very small. If you are a little overweight, don’t even consider it: the bathroom is so small you won’t even be able to sit on the WC. And this is not an exaggeration. Just to give you an idea, the toilet of a small motorhome is much bigger…. The place is pretty, but the right price is something between 250 and 300 euros per night at the most. In Milos, much nicer accommodations are much, much cheaper. To make things worse, on the day we checked out, they tried to charge an additional Eur 20 per day because we used the sofa bed for a third guest for a few days… normally I wouldn’t care to pay eur 520 per night instead of eur 500. In fact, I would leave that kind of money as a tip… but in this case, considering that 500 eur was already an exaggeration, the attempt to apply an extra charge was simply the last drop. To be noted that, before our arrival, we had requested whether we could host a third guest on the sofa bed and the answer had been affirmative, without mention of any extra charge. To make a long story short, the whole thing simply came across as an attempt to rip us off for an extra 100 euros…. A behaviour one can expect from a cheap business, certainly not from a place that aspires to be luxurious… It turns out that the only luxurious thing about this place was the price… Don’t go there unless they charge no more than 250/300 euros per night. And (I understand this sounds crazy) make sure you set out clearly before your arrival that the price you pay on Booking is all-inclusive
