One Night, should have stayed more.

Great location. Easy walking to all the great Bucerias spots. It was quiet in the evening. The pool was fantastic. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Very convenient and super helpful staff

Very friendly staff and long stay guests. Close to many restaurants and a straight 2 block walk to the quiet end of the beach.

Our room didn't really have an opening window, a pretty stained glass window, but I was hoping for a balcony or something.

location is good

Says coffee in room but does not supply coffee, just a pot. AC was very loud in our room. No safe in the room.

unique property, needs updating

unique property well situated in town near beach.

run down and in desperate need of updates. bathroom especially had no counter space inside shower for soap or outside for toiletries and no hooks to hang towels to dry . the linens were also in need of renewal. the pool was small but situated where it doesn’t get much sun around the deck . getting in and out of the property required three different doors thus three different keys , very inconvenient . No one at desk at checkout and no drop box for keys so had to hide keys in a planter and leave a note online when we left .

Exceptional

Cafe Bucerias is right at the end of the block for a quick breakfast. The condos are an easy walk to the the malecon, market and beach. There is a taxi stand just one block away making it very easy to get around. The place is clean, safe, and well-cared for. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Superb

This was a great place to stay. We loved this small intimate hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. And very clean. Located close to the beach, we just walked around the whole trip, everything was close by that we needed.

Terrible property! Small and cramped room! Overwhelming odor of cooking throughout the property! Linens very threadbare!

Our newly renovated suite was larger than expected, but lacking in natural light.

The newly renovated suite was larger than expected, with separate bedroom, bath, sitting room, kitchen and patio. Very clean and serviced daily. Beautiful villa-style exterior with a lot of greenery, various attractive public areas, including pool and deck. Very pleasant staff.

There were two issues: 1. The lack of natural light. One length of the suite runs along a public hallway, with one small window high on the wall of the middle room, which was unfortunately the bedroom. The other length of the suite was an exterior wall which was only inches from the adjoining building, with a 2'x2' stained glass window which allowed little light in the sitting room. The only other light came through the sliding glass door between the kitchen and patio or by leaving the entrance door open. 2. The public hallway outside the bedroom had lights on all night, but there were no blinds or curtains to block it.
