Bardzo udany pobyt

Super lokalizacja , piękne patio -miejsce do posiedzenia przy fontannie wśród zieleni . Apartament przestronny , czysty , dobrze wyposażony (mimo drobnych niedociągnięć ) ,ładnie umeblowany. Idealne miejsce dla tych , którzy chcą zwiedzić Stare Miasto Gdańska ,jego piękne zabytki i inne atrakcje .

Braki w wyposażeniu kuchni ( tylko 2 kubki i 2 szklanki , nie działający toster ) W łazience przeciekający prysznic , który powodował bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody .

Don’t rent. Look for something else. Not worth it. You will be disappointed.

Location.

Once you enter the apartment it looks normal. After 10 minutes you start understand that they tricked you and the apartment is dirty and old. The couch was broken, the crumbles all over kitchen. Ive read the reviews from couple of month ago that the light in corridor is broken or that the sheet has a hole in it. The light in the corridor still does not work so as a hole in the sheets. The bed light is also out of order. If you plan on couch, don’t, it’s also broken. There were only one towel per person. That’s it. Wanna dry your hands? Use that towel. Cooking something and it’s hot? Use that towel. The communication was awful. The only way the host answered was the short time 1h before the check in and 10 min after the check in. Turns out you have to contact the host 40 min before you arrive so he could come. And this information he sends you 20 min before the start of check in. Double that he will be late. Request to get at least one more towel was ignored. All the calls were ignored, all messages were ignored. The location is not worth it. There is plenty of good apartments writhing same distance from the center.

I would stay there again. I liked the apartment and location.

Location is perfect. The apartment is in a new guarded residential premises with silent view, but at the same time with immediate access to restorants and old town. Biedronka is at the same building and Zabka is just near.

The apartment has almost everything needed for a comfortable shot stay. The only thing we miss is a corkscrew.

Very disappointing

The bed and location

The host wouldn't answer the phone when i asked for the wifi password. When i got the password the wifi didn't even work so i could do my reports or send emails in the evenings. The tv didn't work either so i had to watch movies on my phone using my data. When i asked for a receipt that i was promised, i'm still waiting for that receipt. I stayed there in February it is now April. The disappointing thing is i have stayed in these apartments twice before as i travel to Gdansk to meet our customer 3/4 times a year and i never had an issue with the apartments until this stay.

was no instructions sent about picking up the keys so had to make so many phone calls, only one and half toilet roll for nearly 4 days , and the balcony and floors were dirty .

Nice location, normal apartment if you bring toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, paper towels

Location is nice, close to old city, transport, shops , restaurants. Apartment was ok, clean enough, as in description, but service...

Communication with manager was close to zero, he simply doesn't answer if there any questions. We arrived Saturday night. In apartment NO dishwasher tabs and practically no liquid to wash dishes. Dishwasher stinks. Just two mugs, one is awfully dirty. Shops closed on Sunday so you can buy nothing. No kitchen towel or paper towels as well. Lights in corridor don't work. There's washing machine but no tabs. So, on Monday we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, tabs for dishwasher and washing machine. I asked for later check out for additional payment as we had flight in the evening. It took more than 24 hours for answer that it is not possible after 12 as apartment has to be ready to 15 for new guests. I looked on Booking - it was available. Asked again and got the same answer. I am still shocked how he can run this business treating customers like that? And asking such price for total abscence of service? We were lucky that not all people like that - security guy was nice, and let us leave luggage for a few hours.

Tap on kitchen sink when you turn on sprayed water in different directions soaking worktop.no plug for sink.As it is self catering not enough kitchen accessories.ie.only 1 half pint glass ,1 smaller glass and a shot glass.broken corkscrew for wine .frypan tiny .No plug for bath .Shower over bath position wrong. Light bulbs in bathroom over mirror need replacing.door onto balcony would sometime stick..TV in Room is no bigger than a computer monitor with no option to whatch even sky news. I have been to this apartment complex before and it was very good but I think this one needs to up the standard for the price

Excellent location ..pity about....

Apartment is bright and roomy with a nice view of courtyard. Location is brilliant.

Lack of adequate towels (one bathtowel each for the entire two weeks), one bed sheet for a two week stay which had to be dried across two chairs in the apartment. It was great to have had the washing machine but No where to hang wet clothes.No sweeping brush, (had a mop bucket but no mop??)tea towels, even though we requested all of them...no reply from host to calls or messages It took nearly 2 days to get the internet connected. These are simple requirements that would make this apartment a great stay but really felt let down by host especially when the cost of a two week stay was over €1,100. We have stayed in this complex on two previous occasions which is why we chose the complex again based on our previous experience, obviously we should have stayed in one of those apartments this year.

Very good apartment, but it should be managed with a bit more attention.

Nicely furnished apartment in a great location.

Apartment is not managed well. Stupid, little things are boring. Dishwasher does not work. Toilet seat broken. Most of the vessels provided do not comply with the induction cooker. Luckily one pot is working, so at least a scrambled egg can be prepared. The kitchen is very modestly equipped, suitble to prepare a simple breakfast. So many good restaurants around, this should not be a big problem. Hairdryer fans only a lukewarm air. In winter this should be a problem. No free toiletries in the bathroom. It is a problem when you arrive by plane and could not bring your own. There is a good shop in the corner, we could buy all missing things there. The bedding is a bit overused ( few holes ), but all is clean.

The balcony was unusable , with very poor hygiene - neglected - worn and torn chairs. We found unclean pigeon droppings on the balcony where they were nesting there. There were flies in the room. The bath towels were dirty and with holes, we asked the host to bring others.

Everything. Location, facilities. So near everything we needed.

We had an agreement with the person who met is to handle the key that it was ok 2 check out at 12 am. But the lady who was going 2 clean knocked on our door at 11 25 am and wanted 2 start cleaning. She did not speak one world om English so we had an issue explaining 2 her about the deal. But we got the time we needed, so not such a big deal.

Free now taxi service is excellent download the app.Cheaper that taxi ranks and you agree the cost before start of journey . We paid 55 zoliti from airport to door of apartment complex. Complete Polish locator form on line. It has English translation . The supermarket is very reasonable but the cashiers have limited English. Found on several occasions in shops and fast food restaurants they had limited cash for change. Most people are using contactless so be prepared for this.

So after all, this was the worse stay due to owners luck to answer or comunicate with us as guests

Host did not meet us. The doorman on property showed us the way. He spoke no english. There were several things we found out upon our arrivale: we did not get the password to internett, coffee machine lack the parts and therefor not possible to use (we had to get out to buy coffee to go to the appartment, and there was almost no toilett paper, just less then 1/4 of one roll. The last one was crise since we came in the afternoon and planed to relax. As well as we were staying for 3 days and owner did not supply for our stay. Dish washer was very bad moulded and was stinking. All of this can happen but it was disapointed that we sent messige to owner as soon as we came, he did not answer. He did not answer the morning after either, we tryed to call him as well, and left the messige. No answer. Finaly we called booking service, and the owner called us after he was called by them. We are sure he would not bother to do it if booking service did not give him 5 minutes (as they told us) to call us. Since they could read our messige to him, and saw luck of interest to answer. We took pictures of washing machine that were disgusting. We started the washing program and went to see city, after we returned in the evening nothing was clean after washing machin was done. There was still full of mould and smelled. We are wondering about the cleanes of the dishes that we allready used that was in cabinets. There was no kitchen towels, even thou there is stove and that the kitchen is available for use. And no paper towels in the kitchen. We rented on same property for 3 years ago and had appartment that was nice. We thought we rent the same now, but not. Tv chanels are too many, and they are all doubd in Polish. We tryed to use our Netflix on tv but there was one user in Polish alleredy on and it was imposible to find out in polish how to log off the account so we could log on ours. That should be done prior to guest change.
