About this house rental
Tee Time is great place to be with friends and family. With a King bed with bath upstairs and a two bedroom suite with kitchenette and game room downstairs, guests can enjoy time together and have the option to be on separate floors when quiet or privacy is desired.
The main floor has a well equipped kitchen, sitting area, sun room and deck. There are both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience.
The master king bedroom and ensuite bath are located just off the living room. The walk-in shower has a step down, making for easy access. This bedroom features an armchair, television and a sliding glass door that leads out to a deck.
The downstairs space has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The downstairs bathroom in the hall has a tub/shower combination serving the king bedroom. The back queen bedroom opens onto the deck and has it's own bathroom.
Enjoy time together in the game room equipped with kitchenette, a gas fire stove, and lots of games including checkers, a pool table, a game table, and darts. (The futon in the images has been removed.) The washer and dryer are located behind the folding doors next to the kitchenette. There is a deck on the lower level that has a swing and hot tub and on the upper level a gas grill and picnic table.

This property provided a safe home base for our vacation in North Georgia. It's in a gated community, and the geography makes driving up to the house challenging. The neighborhood is nice and seems quite safe; it's full of vacationing families. There's not much of a view out the back windows, but it's secluded.The house itself is older and in mostly fine condition. The decking in the back is extensive, and it would be nice if it weren't the middle of summer. Someone should check the boards on the stairs, though - some are very weak and rotten.The kitchen has new-ish appliances and is equipped with anything you'll need to cook during your stay. The downstairs area smelled somewhat musty. There is a bonus bedroom in the back with some water damage by the A/C on the wall. We noticed several bugs as well, but nothing too bad. The pool table was fun, and the TV upstairs was a good size.Overall, we made the best of things and enjoyed the property. If you are looking for a mostly modern place with lots of beds and bathrooms and aren't put off by a "cabin" atmosphere, this is your place. If you are someone who demands high luxury, maybe keep looking.

The property was nice and we enjoyed our visit. No major complaints however the carpet on the stairs going to the basement was dirty and needs to be replaced. The very back bedroom in the basement has water damage from an a/c window unit and the carpet was crunchy.

Great location. House was very roomy. Hot tub was a plus. Just a few suggestions…the outdoor deck furniture was filthy and we could not use it. Keeping the garbage in the house was not sanitary maybe have a garbage pail in the house out of sight.

Our group had so much fun in the surrounding area. So much to see and do. The group really enjoyed their stay - especially the pool table and hot tub.

Beautiful 4-bedroom 4-bath cabin, immaculate upon our arrival. Cabin is great for large/multi-family, friends gathering which also includes a pool table and dart board. It is nestled in a security-guarded golf community, a few short minutes to Helen, GA, with several falls and hiking trails nearby. Customer service was amazing! Would not hesitate to stay again!

The bedroom and bath appear to be an add on and you have to go through another bedroom to access. The bedrooms downstairs were cold and door must be left open to get heat. Visiting from Florida for a relatives wedding, this home was a wonderful setting in the mountains for our three night stay. Close to down town Helen we enjoyed our stay immensely.

The house was plenty big of enough and had all the amenities we were looking for. Only issue we had was a toilet plugged up but it was fixed quickly.

I booked Alpine Tee Time for my friend's bachelorette weekend trip, which we decided to do in Helen for Oktoberfest. The location of the rental was perfect. It was only about 5-7 mins to get into town, and close to other food/shop options as well.
All the TVs are "smart" in one form or another, which was really great, as we had a movie night planned for the first night. Kitchen was very well stocked as well, and appliances have clearly been updated. Was very happy to have a Keurig for all our coffee and hot chocolate needs.
Unfortunately we were forced to cut our trip short by a night, due to the septic system filling up and no one was able to come service it on the weekend. This meant we could not use the water at all. However the rental agent was very apologetic and helpful in quickly processing a refund for that night, as well as giving us no time limit to vacate the property, so we were still able to enjoy our time at Oktoberfest before having to leave.
A couple of things that I would recommend being addressed are:
- Updated Photos. The current photos show the game room having a futon, and I was actually counting this as one of our sleeping locations. There is no longer a futon, as it has been updated to a nice loveseat, but it has a center console, so it could not be used as a sleeping option. Fortunately one of the potential guests, could not make the trip, so we had enough beds even without that. Same for the living room, although the virtual tour shows the updated living room.
- Master bedroom TV makes a squealing noise when on, and does not fade when putting on a show/music.
- Master bathroom entrance - there is a staple or something poking through the carpet that needs to be fixed so it does not hurt anyone.

Property was nice and clean. Very spacious for the 6 of us. Unfortunately they had just switched Tv Service providers so some of the TV's weren't working but they immediately put in request for repair. Some of the toilets also got hung up and continued to run after flushing and again they were quick to get someone out to take care of it. Jacuzzi was already running and nice and warm. Location was close to a little tourist town with bars, restaurants and tourist shopping. If you are staying to get with nature, there are beautiful mountains and lots of nature around. We saw Deer and even a mother and two cubs ( bears) right from our balcony. There is railing around the balcony and it is raised off of the ground so we felt safe and were able to view them for a good 20 minutes. Plenty of patio furniture to hang around on... Overall we had a great time with minor issues... The bad, It is like mountainside driving through the neighborhood with steep hills and curvy roads also the driveways can be a little steep. Would only recommend to more experienced motorcycle riders. Regardless of the roads, it is a beautiful area to enjoy.

The property was very nice. Any issues were had were quickly addressed. We had trouble figuring out the TV and the AC, but quickly got a response from the managers. The dart board could use some new darts, but the pool table was fun. The hot tub was great. All in all, great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very cozy, comfortable, and roomy it fit our group of 8 perfectly. Every TV had either a firestick or was a smart TV. The game room and hot tub were the biggest hit with our family, we spent most of the time in the game room and we had a blast. The community was very quiet and peaceful, we even got to see a black bear and deer in the neighborhood. The management company was incredible, they checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, and it was very easy to get them to come and pick up the extra trash we had. We would definitely stay here again but the only downside was that the house had an overabundance of decorations which did not leave many surfaces for us to place our laptops, iPad or other charging devices.

My family and I stayed at Alpine Tee Time last week with close friends. The house was spacious and beautiful. There were plenty of places for us to sit and visit including the back deck and patios. The home was impeccably clean. We were able to enjoy the sights of Helen by day and relax in the hot tub in the evening. Tubing was a lot of fun. I recommend going during the week if you can as it is less crowded on the river. The neighborhood for this home is very close to downtown Helen but it is in the the mountains so keep in mind that you have to wind up the mountain a bit to get to the home. Its worth the drive!

The only complaint I have is the Garbage issue. We had a Mom and baby cub get into our garbage. The place we were supposed to take the garbage to was 5 miles away. It would be nice to have a bear proof garbage container on the premises or at least have one closer than 5 miles.

We had 6 adults visiting for our annual trek to North Georgia. During our stay we hosted dinners for up to 15 people. The kitchen and living area were perfect. The outdoor porches and furniture were very nice, we would have been outside more if we had cooler weather. Everything was great! Only one small issue was that every night the trash cans were dumped everywhere from some type of critter (we think it was a bear), which was not fun to clean up every morning. I would only suggest that they get a better garbage can system in the future. Otherwise, it was very cozy and friendly neighborhood. We loved it!

This property was great! If you have a big family this is a great place. There was plenty of room for everybody without everybody being on top of each other. This home was stocked with so many extras that we’ve never had at other places we stayed like blenders, crock pots, griddles, throw blankets and comforters, board games, plenty of dishes in both kitchens! Had a great time for a girls weekend. House was clean and we were happy with our stay. The only thing I would change is the mattresses. The first night I slept in the master upstairs. It was hard as a rock! Second night I slept downstairs in the king. It was really soft. I did sleep better the second night, but would have preferred a mattress that was in between. Overall we had a great time!

We have stayed all over Helen and THIS is the absolute most clean rental we have ever stayed in. 2 Decks, 2 kitchens, which both had what seemed to be brand new Appliances, either that or nobody used them or the cleaning crew made them look brand new lol. Kitchens have everything you need, period. Pool table is good size, not one of them junior tables. There's a dart board, poker table, Radios, Netflix on large tvs (if you care about tvs). Even the couch wowed me, for a rental, it's power recliner and has USB ports on the side. For this price on a rental, you aren't going to beat it around Helen. Nope. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended. PS. We had a bear encounter, which was awesome lol, just keep an eye out for them. I'd suggest owner build a trash enclosure for the cans though.
