Loved Gonsnold Manor! There were 10 of us, we had plenty of room and the firepit was a big hit. The trolley goes right by the house so when we didn't feel like walking we jumped on. Communication was excellent, location was perfect. Thank you George and Maria

It was a perfect week. My adult children and small grandchildren had a wonderful time making forever memories. The beach was walking distance as well as the harbor. The backyard was perfect for the children to run around and use a small sprinkler. We did s’mores at the fire pit at night. Main Street was a quick drive and so was the ferry to Nantucket. The house was very clean, fresh sheets and had plenty of room for all of us. Thank you to George and Maria!

This property is a little dated and needs some TLC. However, it provided a very central location to all the attractions and great restaurants. It was comfortable and very spacious. I would recommend it to others. 4 out of 5 stars.

Our family had a wonderful time at the gosnold manor. The house was lovely and offered enough space for folks to separate into the kitchen, dining room, or livingroom. We had a chance to grill and enjoy the fire pit at night—the kids especially enjoyed that. Communication was great and I appreciated getting nice recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Great hosts and place to stay!!

Quintessential cape cod vacation here! Loved the coziness of the house, the patio, and the beautiful landscaping! It was also super clean and we appreciated all the bath and beach towels along with ample living room sitting space! Our family of 10, which included a 4 and 8 year old could walk to veteran’s park beach in 10 min and it took us about 20 min to walk to Kalmus beach, so we were glad to have bought a beach cart with wheels to haul our cooler and supplies. Only few small reccs would be to add more lighting to living room, have built-in body wash/shampoo dispensers in bathroom and swap in a new beach umbrella. Wonderful stay!

First, let me say George is absolutely wonderful! So responsive to our needs. However, the layout of the house is not great. Especially the bedroom right off the living room with glass doors and a sheer curtain. There was another bedroom right off the living room also and if you are early to bed, the people in the living room need to keep their voices down and the TV quiet which was inconvenient. The kitchen is small so ten people trying to maneuver was difficult. We had an ant problem in the kitchen but George quickly responded. The outside is lovely with a large table for outdoor eating and we loved the fire pit. The house is equipped with pretty much everything you need. We won't be returning just because we felt it was too small for us. So very expensive also.

Great house and location. I give 4/5 stars for 2 reasons. First reason, the property owner stayed on site for the first night as there is a separate house behind the main house. I felt like we couldn’t utilize the backyard because we were being watches. Second reason, we were all hanging outside (sunny and hot) playing corn hole listening to music when the landscapers arrived at the house and mowed for 30+ minutes

One of the best experiences for Family
Gatherings. I’ve stayed at many places in the cape and this one is at the top of the list now!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! We were centrally located between the ferry (quick walk) and many beaches. We were able to spread out in the house, which was wonderful, and one of the rooms had a full crib in it. I would 100% return.

The house was perfect and the listing was accurate. The beach and access to the ferry are a short walk down the road which allowed for access to everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely return to the house!

We had a great stay! There were plenty of options for sleeping (we were a group of nine) and space for all! We loved the outside space as well and appreciated having the beach in walking distance! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

My family of 4 plus my two friends and their families stayed at the Gosnold Manor at the end of August for a long weekend. The house was perfect for the 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3-5). It was a very short walk to the beach (perfect with a stroller) and very easy access to Main Street, Hyannis for shops and food. The owners are very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an inviting, accommodating and easy place to say!

Stayed here with my family including 6 adults and our 2 year old son. We could not recommend this home enough- we were able to walk to everything, downtown and beaches. The property is well maintained with a beautiful lawn, gardens, and a nice fire pit. Will definitely stay here again!

Great house, yard, and location. We weren’t aware of the second house on the property, but there were no problems.

Thank you to Maria and her family for our stay at the Gosnold Cottage! We loved the openness of the house, the comfy beds, the great front and back yards, and all the additional amenities the property provided. The Check In and Check Out process were very easy, and we did not have any problems of getting to several of the beaches around Hyannis using the parking permit provided. We would definitely stay here again!
