Too much fun here! Homes are Side by Side. Visit the beach, stay here, away from the traffic congestion. Across 8 acre park with kids Playground, Sand Volleyball, stay here and practice directly across the street, during tournaments. One Volleyball at each house to use. Teams love this place! Stay here when participating in nearby events. (no parties) The Old Pompano area is a hidden local treasure. One of the LARGEST pompano Vacation Rental properties, 3/4 acre. 32,000 sq ft of land.14 real beds. House #1, 5 bed 5 bath beauty has large kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 patios, the Second house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Homes are on 4 lots, sits on 3/4 acre of land. The 2 homes are next door to each other. Charming Private walkway between the 2 homes near mango tree. Wedding guests can stay here, get married nearby at Sample Mc Dougald house, walk to homes after the wedding. American Legion and Woman's club have venues also. Outside smoking is fine, we do not allow any type of smoking inside the homes or screened porch. No pool Needed when your 2 miles from the ocean. Take a dip into newer state of the art, Updated City pool 6 blocks blocks away. Sands hotel marina has restaurant, located on intracoastal, watch the yachts go by as your enjoying lunch or dinner. Oceanic Restaurant on the ocean is a Must see! Lucky Fish Tiki bar/restaurant is next door, same company. Good food. Amazing ocean views from these awesome restaurants. Next to the pier. Rent a pole and buy bait there. Close to shopping, restaurants, casinos and more. Deep sea fishing charters minutes away. Diving charters, snorkeling, jet ski rentals, and more. Lori and Ed are fantastic hosts! The property was exactly as advertised! The houses were perfect for our group of 12. The houses were stocked with all things needed (toilet paper, towels, paper towels, soap, water bottles etc). I highly recommend this property for large groups. Great and safe location as well! Easy drive to the beach, restaurants and downtown areas. Will definitely book again if going back to that area!

Both houses were more than we imagined. Perfect layout for large groups. Lots of spaces for large and small groups or quiet time in the houses. Beds very comfortable. Great outdoor patio spaces with large yard for kids to run around. Everything we could possibly think of was in the house. Hosts were very easy to work with. Will definitely book again and refer to family and friends.

Very well organized. House is quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. We were a group of 13 adults. House is also very well planned and fully stocked with basic supplies. This is our go to place if we are to rent again in this region. Lori was an amazing host.

Once again, everything about our stay was excellent. The properties were clean, spacious, and conveniently located for our weekend plans. All the good things from previous years, with upgraded furniture added. The owners are also receptive to ideas for improvements. Our group has become regulars, and plan to continue to do so next year!

Our softball teams' fourth stay at this great double house was again very enjoyable. Well stocked with kitchenware and plenty of comfy options to be together as a large group or in smaller groups simultaneously. Some of us had wives with us who also had a great time. Lori & Ed were super helpful as usual with restaurant recommendations and making sure that we had what we needed. See you again next year!

We normally stay on the beach but decided to try a location off the beach. This place was everything we wanted. Great location. Easy trip to the beach, a park across the street, swimming pool and park about 5-7 minutes, and multiple types of restaurants are 10-20 minutes away. The back yard and porches make for a very relaxing atmosphere while just hanging around the place. When we return we will check this property first for availability.

We had a group of 10 on a golf trip - all in the range of 50-60 years old. Location was convenient and Lori is a responsive host for sure. Overall the description and details of the house are accurate and everything was in good working order. We were totally satisfied and recommend the property.

This was an awesome property with a lot of space for me and my friends. Lori was awesome with her communication and very prompt at meeting us to show the property. The backyard area was so nice, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. This will be our go to property for our future stays. Thanks Lori and Ed.

The two houses were perfect for us. We had adults in one house and cousins in the other. Pictures are accurate. Lori was great to work with. Would recommend for a big group. Plenty of beds. Lots of outside space as well.

We got, 2 HOUSES. 9 grown adults. Safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Outside area was relaxing, peaceful and well maintained. Very very Clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone, with plans on returning.
