המלון הוא רימונים לשעבר, מן הסתם הוא,ייראה ברמה מקצועית, הצוות היה נהדר, עמדת קפה מגוונת נגישה בלובי ובחדר, פאב אירי מול המלון ואין צורך להסתובב , הצ'ק אין היה. מוקדם והיציאה אופשרה לקראת 15

אין חנייה מוסדרת לאף אחד , אין חנייה מסודרת למלון הייתי צריך לשלם משעה 11 עד למחרת 120 שקל חנייה אם הייתי נשאר לכמה לילות הסכום היה מטורף חיפשתי חנייה במשך שעתיים ההמלצה לנסוע ברכבת קלה, אוטובוס זה נגיש מכל פינה

Locatie centrala, am mers pe jos de la gara si apoi de la hotel in orasul vechi. Mic dejun destul de consistent si destul de variat. Am putut lasa bagajele la receptie pana seara cand am avut zborul spre casa. Cafea si ceaiuri gratis in lobby. Prosoapele au fost schimbate in fiecare zi si s-a facut curatenie zilnic.

Ca si mobilier - destul de vechi, dar noi nu am venit sa stam in camera. Pe total a fost o sedere buna.

Great and comfortable room!

Great and comfortable room, very friendly stuff, it is a real hotel with very good standards. Very comfortable bed with many pillows, great size of the room, awesome view of the city from the 6th floor, great value for money, city center. With windows closed there was no noise, very quite. The lobby is very welcoming, with coffee, cookies and great tea selection. I had overall a great night and felt peaceful and quite in the middle of the downtown. Thank you!

Stained towels, stain or rost in the sink (nothing aweful though, but still unpleasant), some dirt inside the fridge, you better don't look under your bed. Other things (like shower door, floor and mirrow) were very clean though. This said, I still loved to stay at Shani's, because other factors, except cleaning, are great. Fix that and you are 10 stars!

The room was dirty, dust bunny's all around. And when they "cleaned" it was just smeard. The bed had blood stains and an empty bottle of KY sex lubricant.

Hotel in very heart of Jerusalem, walking distance to all important places, great breakfast

the hotel is little in the heart of Jerusalem and the staff was more than helpful with everything we needed. Also we recommend to book it with breakfast because the breakfast was exceptional

we stayed there for 2 days and we had hot water just one day. the second day we had to shower in cold water

Very nice location, breakfasts were amazing!

To be honest, i think the worse about this hotel was their whattsapp communication. Its just over too much. I have never experience like this and to be honest, its annoying. Messages after booking, asking for "faster online booking", messages after first night, second night, when you leave - and if you wrote that is over too much messages, they didnt even answer (only robot) :-) All that stuff could be done when you check in and check out. Perfect place to spend vaccation in Jerusalem.

Exceptional, plentiful breakfast, big and comfortable room, very clean, nice and friendly staff, all furnitures in very good condition, fast internet, perfect location.

The room was big and the hotel was in the centre of the city

The bed sheet wasn’t changed for 5days even though we informed the staff and the floor was not cleaned. we were sleeping in two single mattresses .As a couple everyone always prefer double mattress which will make comfortable

Fantastic breakfast, very rich! Staff really kind. Good and comfortable chamber. Location quite close to the old town. Very good value for money!

Not a lot of hot water from the shower and a bad smell in the bathroom (probably from the sink).

Very nice but...

- One of the best breakfasts with many choices to eat. - Nice and hot room. - Very good location.

- No hot water. We asked twice to fix the problem. They said yeah. But never fixed. We still could not have a bath with hot water. - Every night the card to get to the room was out of order and we had to go to reception to activate again.

In hotel what wasn't woks on question why? we get an answer sorry. We didn't have coffee because coffee mashin doesn't work, on breakfast same problem no coffee even no hot water, breakfast was very poor. Everything was unprofessional. Never come back. Not recommend

Hotel with potential

Location is superb. Front of ce manager Mr Muhammad was friebdly and helpful and so was staff Natalie.

The corridor carpet has a musty smell. The ceiling of toilet leaks. Hotel has arachic payment method and staff keys in credit card number into device resulting in my bank suspecting its a fraud transaction and did not allow payment to go through. I had to withdraw cash from ATM to pay my bill. Its time to upgrade and be current with technology.

Phenomenal

Highly recommend a perfect place The owners of the place are very kind and pleasant, took care of everything, the place is very clean, tidy, gives a good feeling and a lot of style. The location is in a quiet area but very close to the city center, the Western Wall, in any case a light train to Mahane Yehuda Market... Thank you very much, we had a great time, we are sure we will come back and recommend!

This is good value for the money and the location is great.

It is located between the Market and the Old City. Very convenient location to do everything in Jerusalem. The staff was very attentive. A young man named Mohammed was especially helpful with fixing a room issue and with support for sightseeing.

Our room door seemed to malfunction. But they quickly came up and repaired the electronic lock.
