About this house rental
Directly in the village yet a tucked away with a large, private yard, fire pit, hot tub, out door space, game room & lighting, newly renovated, new furniture, memory foam/cozy mattresses & linens, Webber Grill. WALK TO-restaurants, Coffee, Shops, Beach and grass fields at 1st Bridge at Saco river, Golf, Village Green, Rec Center, hiking/snow shoeing in Whitaker Woods, scenic train station, skating, & nightlife. Minutes to Kayaking, 5 skiing attractions (Cranmore
Conway is proposing regulations to prevent "party homes" that have resulted in problems with loud, late night noise, and disruptive guests, so its necessary that we require guests to have a good neighbor policy, no parties/events with loud noise, outside extra guests.
Occupancy limited to 12 adults. The lower level Bedroom is accessible thru the open bunk area.
PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.
Directly in the village but you have the feel of being secluded with a large wooded lot setting and outdoor living space, private hot tub. Cozy house with porch and a fenced in yard. A RARE GEM in the Village. Private gate by garage that leads to the main road and easier access to the village.
Inside propane Fireplace and outside wood fire pit, need to supply your own wood and can buy locally as well as obtain a burn permit.
Garage converted to additional hang out space with shuffle board (partially heated).
Must follow Check out procedures, which include striping beds, starting laundry, washing dishes and bringing trash to the dumpster (next door) Home must be respected. SUMMER CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM (Memorial Day to Labor Day), all other check out times 11AM.

Everything was as advertised. House was very clean, check in was easy, communication with the host was easy and their responses were prompt and accurate. Very convenient to downtown and all its activities. Easy 5 or 6 minute walk with a stroller and a dog. Plenty of towels. All was great.

Mothers and sons trip tubing on the Saco. We go every year, this time decided to forego hotel and rent a spot- this house was perfect. Host was communicative and awesome and home had everything we needed!

We had a great stay! Very cozy. Great location, quick 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The bottom level has so many built in bunks and the hangout room, our kids were in heaven! We use North Conway as a base to go to Santa’s village every year, and this was a great spot for our mixed family (grandparents down to infants).

We had our annual Christmas celebration getaway with the kids and grandkids. The house has lots of space for all to spread out! A great tv room for the kids! There is lots to do in the area! We visited Nestlenook Farm for a sleigh ride and did the Polar Express! Highly recommend!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Such a cozy home with beautiful, touches and room for a big family. The bonus room downstairs is perfect and the owner added all the things that make your stay extra special. We’ve loved our stay here and would absolutely go back.

My friends and I came up for a Saco tubing weekend and this was a great place. We loved having the fire pit and the hot tub at night to just chill and relax. Place was super clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of space.
Also, loved that it was a block to walk down to the main shops/restaurants but you didn't even realize it was that close because it was so quiet.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the outdoor area was large and inviting. The hot tub was a great after shopping all day. There are many stores and restaurants in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would stay here again.

This house has a cozy cabin feel and is great for families. It's within walking distance of downtown N Conway, scenic railroad station, Cranmore Resort, and just 2 miles from Echo Lake State Park. It's also a short drive from the outlet mall, movie theatre, miniature golf, and many restaurants. There is no central a/c, but there are portable air conditioners and fans located throughout the house. Although this house can accommodate a lot of people, it is not a party house. You will be reminded about the house rules several times in advance and signs are posted on the property, too. This house is a great home base to explore N Conway and we can't wait to come back to the area again.

Place was located a short walk from downtown area. Nice house, lots of space, not entirely kid friendly (small children) since a lot of the lighting and decor is exposed light bulbs and/or delicate- just had to make sure kids were careful. Outdoor space was nice too!

Even though this house is 2 blocks for the main drag, it has plenty of privacy. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Plenty of bedrooms/beds. Nice gas fireplace. We had 8 people total. House would feel crowed with more unless they were kids. 3 full bathrooms was great. Robes provided for hot tub were very nice. 2 minutes from cranmore was very convenient.

The house itself is very quaint and cozy but there are a lot of hidden fees that would prevent me from going again. The fees ended up being more than the actual rental itself. There is a charge for "extra guests" even though there is room for 14, you will be charged extra even if your total is still under 14. There is also a pet fee even though the rental is pet friendly. You are also required to do a couple of loads of laundry before leaving even though there are linen and cleaning fees. I have been using VRBO for over 6 years now and have had a listing myself and find this listing to be misleading for what you are offered.

This house was perfect for our larger group of 8 adults. We all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, but still had great common areas (living room, outdoor space, kitchen) for us all to gather. The location was great and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house was actually very quiet for as close to town as it is. We all had a lovely time!

Twelve life long girl friends in our fifties enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit ALOT. The bunks were not so comfortable and a larger kitchen/eating area would have been appreciated. Location was perfect for walking to town. The outlets a short drive. House very clean and no issues communicating with manager before arriving.

This house was perfect for our girls trip. It had enough beds for everyone to sleep separately and it was extremely clean. The house is a short walk to The Village, hiking, tubing and restaurants. We barely drove at all. The fire pit and hot tub were a lovely bonus. We are already planning our next girls trip here!

The house is a great location, so nice not having to try to find parking near Zebs, we just walked 2 minutes to get there! House was very clean, the basement was a great hangout spot for our kids ages 6-10. We enjoyed the firepit area at night. The game room was missing a few accessories needed for play ie; there was only one dart for the dart board, no balls for the fuse ball table or sawdust for the shuffleboard table. We had a great time overall and were very pleased with our choice of accommodations!!
