Our gorgeous kitchen is fully remodeled as gourmet kitchen. The owner is a chef and has a pride for the top level appliances. It is fully equipped and it will satisfy your desire for cooking. It is a 3 bedrooms plus 1 unconfirmed 2 bath, fully furnished home. The master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, has a queen size bed. The other bedroom #2 has 1 full size and a twin bed total for 3 people. bedroom #3 has 2 twins. The daylight basement has 1 bedroom with queen bed as well as extra king bed and 1 twin bed besids a sofa bed type couch. There is a tread mill in the basement family room. The main bathroom has a cute claw-foot tub in San Francisco style. The other bathroom in the basement has a shower and both bathrooms are fully remodeled.
The street is lined by mature trees. House has new A/C but it is almost never needed in the summer time because of the natural shade the trees provide.

Well, I thought the house was cute overall had a lot of good space kind. The majority of our guests were adults and we had one baby with us so it was nice to have the high chair but the bunk bedroom where the twin bedroom really didn’t fit adults very well other than that it was very nice we had a lovely time. We went to Capone‘s and walked home, so thank you for offering your house on rental. We will return.

Responsive hosts, great house! We enjoyed this rental and the walkability to great shops, beaches, hiking, restaurants, groceries, coffee and live entertainment. We had a large group and the house provided beds and comfortable seating for all to relax. It was a short drive to Silverwood and Hayden Lake (must see/do)!

All in all, we had a wonderful time at the home. A little confusing on the front door, but very quickly contacted and we were good to go. Could use a few more spices and a large frying pan for family meals, but plenty of space for our family and nice privacy with the 2 levels being separated by the main floor. The location is perfect for shopping and beach and park access. Easily walkable or bike rideable. Thank you!

The location of this property is perfect, if you want to be within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. The outside of the house is cute and street very quaint. The inside of the house other than the kitchen is all very old and in need of repair. The bottom basement was very hard to stay in and the bathroom felt a bit creepy. I don't think they should be renting out that space as it did not feel like an appropriate area to be in. The floor boards creaked with every step and the house seemed to have many cracks and structural issues. Our party was a bit uneasy with the sounds, but didn't think the house was going to come crashing down while we were there. Overall, it makes sense that this property was listed well below the other properties in the area, but be aware that the bathrooms and structural issues might make you want to think twice.

Exceptional communicstion with owner. Stayed 3 nights with our 5 kids (age 5-17). Home has plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Quiet neighbors from what we experienced. Would definitely stay again. Could easily work for two small families.

We had a great stay thanks to the responsive host, location to downtown and the Lake, and roomy home. The mud room and yard was convenient as well. Definitely a recommend for those looking for close access to downtown, parks and bike paths. We hope to return!

Good location. Easy walk into town, lake and parks. A supermarket is just 3 blocks away. Very convenient location. Kitchen and dining area was nice. The street is pretty busy with traffic and there is no bathroom on the main floor. For our active family it work out well.

Good location, clean house with plenty of supplies. More than enough sleeping options.

Nice place only 7 blocks from downtown. Nika was always available and responsive. Will stay there again - thanks!

Great spacious and clean place to stay with a short walk to downtown and all the conveniences and comforts of home. Lots of room and nice modern kitchen. Bedding was nice and cozy and crisp. Only small issues. Very slow WiFi and instructions on TV operation are needed.

Everything was as expected. The only negative thing I have about the house is that the basement smelled like mold.

This home is large with multiple rooms and sleeping locations. The kitchen is newly renovated. Central AC a big plus in the summer. The location is perfect to walk to shopping, groceries, entertainment, the beach park and fabulous lake area. The original hardwood floors creak with every step, which is the only negative, but also add to the charter of this lovely home. Plenty of parking space, large treed yard, and separate spaces for the kids to hang out - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
