There was a group of 7 of us that stayed at the property. I liked how every room had a bathroom and at least we had a queen size bed. The host was awesome and very responsive to all the questions that were asked.

Such a wonderful stay! Great location and easy to get around! Lots of places to eat and enjoy around the apartment! Our hosts were so wonderful and helpful and we really appreciated them! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Rome with your family, this is the place for you! And the air conditioning was amazing! Great relief from those hot summer Roman days!

We had a group of nine, and this property was perfect! Great location close to restaurants, shops, bars, and the Metro. Property was very clean. I'll stay here again, next time I'm in Rome.

We rented the entire apartment and found it to be in an excellent location. Not in the middle of all the touristy chaos, but next to great restaurants and shopping. Plus, the metro was literally across the street. Fabrizio, who welcomed us and attended to everything we needed, is amazing. The only somewhat complaint is that other guests received snacks and breakfast items upon arriving to the apartment, but for some reason, we didn’t. In general, I highly recommend this apartment; especially if you’re traveling with a large group.

The host was perfect! Communicated well, responded quickly and was very helpful With any questions I had.
It worked out perfectly for the 11 people that were traveling together was six bedrooms and six bathrooms… that was a win-win.
Located close to metro and eateries.
If I were to travel with a large group again, I would stay there again.

We had all 6 bedrooms for the family each nicely decorated with good beds and bathroom. Very convenient to the metro with shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Frabrizio had put in a few supplies for our arrival thus the first morning we were set up for a light breakfast. Very thoughtful. We would definitely put this apartment on a short list for a future visit to Rome with a large group.

Fabrizio was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. He left us to our own devices unless we reached out, which is exactly what we wanted. The location had everything we needed within the plaza: food, drink, groceries, gelato. We had 11 grown adults, 5 couples and 1 solo, so the rooms worked perfectly. There isn't a central hangout spot in the apartment, but we knew that going in and didn't need it since we were out in Rome from morning to night. We highly recommend this location, and make sure to stop by Picaddily Roma restaurant right around the corner. The ravioli was perfection in a bowl. Thank you, Fabrizio!!

Property owners were excellent and very helpful. AC worked well, only issue was power going out repeatedly due to too many things going at once. We had to adjust what we turned on or plugged in. We had a full house of people though and were able to modify what was turned on to avoid the power outage. Everything else was just fine!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and Fabrizio and his wife were very accommodating. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of room. This was close to public transportation and it was easy to get to all the attractions in Rome. It was clean and we would use this apartment on our return to Rome.

Apartment was in a good central location, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Apartment was nice and clean! Beds were comfortable! We knew there wasn’t a living room but wished the kitchen would have been bigger to accommodate all 11 of us! All in all a nice place to stay.

Excellent. The apartment does not have a living room/gathering room area like you would expect from an apartment but we were able to hang-out in the kitchen area. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and directed us around the neighborhood. There was excellent food/coffee/shopping in the neighborhood but our FAVORITE meal was at Piccadilly which is the owners restaurant!! It was a treat!! We were about a 12 Euro cab ride to/from the main attractions in Rome and it was super convenient for our large family of 12 staying with Febrizio!!!

We had a group of 10. The apartment was a great set up for everyone to have their own space. Smaller main area so hard to get everyone together in one room but this was as advertised. Location to food an Metro was great.

Fabrizio was excellent in meeting our needs and answering our questions. The apartment was steps from Metro and gelato next door. Each room has private bath. We had a group of 6 married couples and expected 6 queen beds , as listed. Instead we had 5 queen beds and one twin bed with a foldaway bed. This was awkward for us to decide which couple would have to sleep in the very tiny room with the twin beds. So, if the wording is change on the listing so others will not be in the same predicament, then I highly recommend this property!!!

We rented the entire floor. 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. Each room had its own attached bathroom and air conditioning unit. It was located in a nice neighborhood that had lots of eating, shopping and coffee choices. The small juice bar/coffee shop right next door was amazing and very inexpensive. It also had a small grocery store. I got an espresso and a fresh pastry for 2 euro! There is a restaurant called The Piccadilly that offers guests 10% off and was the best meal we had in Rome! Get the lasagna!! We took a taxi to the major attractions because we had seniors and small children in our party. Communication with the owner was very easy Overall, I would recommend this

The owner (Fabrizio) is an excellent ambassador for Rome. We rented the entire apartment (all 7 rooms). I believe the individual rooms are rented our as a bed and breakfast too. We received an initial supply of basics but if you are staying more than a day or two, you will need to restock. We had 11 people in our group and the apartment served us well. Each bedroom has its own thermostat and is very roomy. The kitchen is functional with basic pots, pans, etc. There is not a large area for a big group to dine. But, your in Italy so you probably will be eating in restaurants. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and many other stores within a block of the apartment. We stocked up the kitchen the first day with basic breakfast foods and ate out most of the time for lunch and dinner. There is also a metro entrance right next to the apartment. The great thing about this apartment is the location. You are not in the tourist area (you can experience the local life) but all of the tourist attractions are very convenient. There are a lot of tourists in Rome and there are plenty of people ready to take advantage. The real benefit to renting this apartment is the owner. Fabrizio made sure we paid the local price for airport transfers; he made sure we knew restaurants where the locals eat; he connected us with a great tour guide, etc. If you don't have someone like Fabrizio to give you some advice, you will be taken advantage of. Also, Fabrizio owns a restaurant across the street. You can have an authentic Italian meal there at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this home and the Piccadilly restaurant!
