About this resort

Located adjacent to Walt Disney World Resort, this luxury Orlando resort features 5 outdoor pools, 3 restaurants, and a lazy river. Guests can relax in one of the 8 hot tubs and also have access to 3 game rooms, miniature golf course, and fitness centre. This beautiful resort features one- and two-bedroom family-style suites with all the amenities of home. The European-inspired retreat features 2 lazy rivers, 5 pools, mini golf, and is next to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club and near the four Disney golf courses. A transfer service to Disney World is also available.

Relax within a home-away-from-home feel with a fully- equipped kitchen, private balcony, and washer/dryer. It's a perfect accommodation for families, with separate bedrooms, free WiFi, TVs with DVD players, and separate living areas with pull- out sofas. Some have whirlpool tubs and views of Disney World's nightly fireworks.

Dining options include La Cantina Grille, which serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner. La Cocina Pizzeria and Bar specializes in American and Italian-inspired fare. Outdoor dining with a pool view can be found at Escudos Bar and Grille.

The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.

Things to Note:

-A credit card is required at check in for the $250 security deposit.

-Shuttle services have been discontinued and are no longer available.

-The cost of receiving packages starts from $5 and can go up to a maximum of $25, depending on the size of the package. Please note that there is no charge for receiving medication or food deliveries. Envelopes and FedEx size envelopes will be complimentary.

-Housekeeping fees per service for guests wanting service before 7N stay: 1BD - $75.65 / 2BD - $98.99 /3BD - $136.26 /4BP - $225.95

Construction Update:

The resort will undergo a renovation project; Tower 3 will be affected. The check in desk and other departments will be making modifications to their operations. Signage will be posted. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site during this time. Date of conclusion is TBD.

We arrived earlier than our check in time and were able to leave our bags with luggage services while we enjoyed some Disney world time. When we arrived back to our room the staff had dropped off a bottle of wine and some chocolate for my now fiancé and me. Overall great place. Will definitely be back

It was a wonderful stay except when they tell you upon checking that the meeting you sign up for is only one hour but it is actually 3 hours it is a big inconvenience when you have plans with family that is disrupted and that is very inconsiderate.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. It was clean and spacious. The view was spectacular of the lazy river and lake. The restaurants were delicious and we never had to wait long. The lazy river was relaxing and clean. It wasn’t overly crowded. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept up very nicely. It was truly a great get away and we will be coming back!

The resort was more then we expacted. It was beautiful, clean, vibrant, the atmosphere was really nice. The appartmenet was big and everyting i might have needed was there. The only negative was the location of our appartement. We were on the groundfloor direct behind cabanas so we had absolutly no view and had to put lights on all te time because it was very dark. Thankfully we were a lot ofthe times out but that was a bit of a bummer.

First off, you don’t get the condo in the picture. We were able to chose what floor and where we wanted to be. That was totally fine. Secondly, it was incredibly dirty. We complained the second day via phone call to the front desk and were told someone is coming up. We waited 30 mins and no one showed. No one followed up either. There was so much black mold in the shower/bath, crumbs all over the kitchen counter, chairs and carpet. I don’t think they ever vacuumed. The cabinets were so sticky. I went out and purchased my own cleaning supplies. During the last two days we experienced multiple roaches in the kitchen area. We complained upon check out again and were told to fill out the survey when it was emailed, and I did. The grounds were nice and had lots of stuff to do, however the garbage cans were always full and we fished out plastic cups in the hot tub. Staff was always super nice and check in was a breeze. I will not be staying here again.

This is our second year staying here. Great price, best location, and having a kitchen while staying near Disney is second to none. This resort is great for Disney Springs as it took us longer to drive out of the complex then to get to the Disney Springs parking garages. We will be back. PRO TIP: There are BBQ grills located around the complex. We grilled a couple of times over our 5 day stay to save on eating out. Grill was perfectly cleaned. I wish my grill at home was this clean.

We booked this condo for our cheer competition at the ESPN center. Our condo was very clean and spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Great pool areas that the teens enjoyed. Beautiful ground and a walking trail around the lake in the middle. Enjoyed food at both onsite restaurants. Location was very close to all the parks and disney springs. Will book again for next year.

We loved our stay here. The resort was stunning and well-maintained, with so much to do and see. My kids loved the pools, and we were pleasantly surprised at how well the resort accommodated such large crowds of people. Getting to/from Disney parks was simple with a rental car. This is our second time staying here and it still is amazing. Very clean property with lots of activities. Feels like a resort. So many pools to spread out in and the rooms are large. We had a family of five in two rooms and fit comfortably. Only 10 mins away from Disney. We will be back again!
