24-05-23 AWESOME NEW DECK just completed. Ready for Summer 2024! Speaking of.... ONE week opened up. Grab it fast!

Summer Tide is a sprawling gulf front home with 8 bedrooms and 5 baths, sleeping up to 26 people. It is located approximately 5.2 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach Blvd., in Gulf Shores. A uniquely designed one level home, Summer Tide features a south and a north wing, each with a fully equipped kitchen and an open deck that wraps around the east side of the property. The layout for this home allows added privacy and is perfect for multiple families, or a family wanting some separation between adults and children.

The South wing of Summer Tide has four bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each, one room with two double/single bunk beds, and a bunk room with two single bunks. There are three full baths in this wing: two private and one Hollywood bathroom (shared by the rooms with the queen bed and two twins). The master suite in this South wing is gulf front with picture windows and a tub–soak away your worries and enjoy the view.

The North wing of Summer Tide also features picture windows on the East side of the property offering views from the living area and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two full baths (one private and one shared).

Both living areas offer good great gulf views and each includes a queen sleeper sofa for a bit of extra sack space. A ground floor entry features a foyer and sleeping area with two bunk beds that would be great for four children. The covered parking for Summer Tide is ample.

Big pool! 27x19x3-5', Rectangle. Pool lounge furniture provided. Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a per night surcharge for length of stay (gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Any online quote will show the optional fee and its current pricing. You may also add it after booking by simply requesting the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too.

No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Gulf Shores. The one story layout was convenient but also spacious. The two separate kitchens and living areas worked especially well for our group. The location just a little way from downtown was so private. We pretty much had the gorgeous beach to ourselves. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach, we used the pool everyday too. It was clean and a very nice temperature. Both the management company and owner were also very responsive to questions and checking to make sure everything was OK. Check in and checkout were a breeze and so convenient when we had groups arriving at different times. If we plan a gulf Shores trip in the future, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Very nice, clean house in a great location. We had a wonderful time with our kids and their families at Summertide. The house is big and has two sitting areas so there was room to spread out & not worry too much during nap times. We spent lots of time on the beach & then enjoyed the pool there. We had to call about the AC once & the repair guys came immediately. We also enjoyed watching the neighbor’s fireworks from the porch. Our grandkids had so much fun, well worth it!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our families. We loved being a little further down from the main beach and we enjoyed the pool and the porch a lot. We had the best vacation!

We did enjoy it. Endured a pretty big storm on one day and had to call management co to clean blown sand out of pool and reset pool heater. They were very responsive. All in all, a great trip. Summertide was fabulous. It still felt secluded, and the private pool and 1 story nature of the main living space was exactly what we had hoped it would be! We wish we could go back to it next year, but our family is ever growing and we aren't certain if it'll work. We all agreed that Summertide is the best beach house we've experienced.

SummerTide and its owners provide an awesome beach experience. My wife and I have LOTS of experiences (many not very good) hosting our large family at Gulf Shores home rentals. Our first time renting SummerTide was in July of this year (2022). Location is fantastic. All appliances work. Very spacious rooms; the two "wings" give families additional privacy. The pool is clean and well maintained. The home was spotless and ready upon our 4pm arrival. Lots of positive and proactive communications during the week to us from BamaBeachHouses and the local Kaiser team. Book it, you'll love it!

The location and access to the beach was wonderful. (except for a few hours of shaking during the storm the first couple of nights that added to the week) The house was clean upon arrival and the local agent did a wonderful job of correcting a couple of issues while we were there. Again, we did enjoy the property and would return again primarily for the location, parking space, pool, single level accessibility.and wonderful beach access.

We had a great time for spring break with my family. The layout, with two 'wings' allowed the kids to be in the same home but to have "their" space. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice, and heating it helped with spring break. We will be back. 😎

We had a wonderful time at Summertide. The "green house on the beach" has become "our house", according to the grandchildren. Ha! Our son caught fish for a change. Several whities that were keepers, a shark, a few catfish and a remora. We are booked for next year. Our family, led by our artist granddaughter, made a thank you picture for you while we were there. I would like to mail it to you if you will send me a mailing address. Thank you again for a great vacation at Summertide.

We have been blessed to stay in several of Rick and Susan's homes. They have all been great! Summertide is the biggest we have stayed in. It is sprawling all on one level, which was great for my BIG family :-). We loved the big deck, and pool too. Bama Beach Houses, and Haleigh, were wonderful with communication and support, as always. We hope to be back in the fall and are sure whatever home we 'land' in will be wonderful too but we would definitely love to come back here!

We loved Summertide! Lots of space. Two kitchens and living rooms, which were great for the teens to be on their own. The deck overlooking the gulf is big and very comfortable. Great new (blue!) beach chairs. The pool was nice, and having it heated to 82' was a life saver for our spring trip as the kids were in it a LOT. We will definitely be back!

We split our stay between here and Sea Monster. Sea Monster was wonderful, and really conveniently located. We'd stay there again BUT Summertide was the bomb! It's further out, and we couldn't walk across the street to get ice cream, food, and beverages like at Sea Monster but Summertide felt like we had the beach to ourselves, and the heated pool really helped for spring break time! We loved them both, and I hope to be able to come back to one soon. Thanks again!
