This house is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions I may have had. Quaint little house in a great neighborhood. Will stay here every time I'm in town.

It was a great rental for my employee to stay in while in town for a project. Close to town and restaurants

Apartment was small but adequate for the two of us. This is an older home and has had several nice updates. The couch and lounge chair in the living room were great to relax after a busy day. The bed is king size and extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and comfortable to walk. Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was well furnished and clean. Has its own off street parking under a car port. Host was very receptive to communication. Short walk to Sebrings downtown area.

I enjoyed the 10min walk to city pier and downtown shops and restaurants. Nice cozy historical house and area. Very clean and sizable for a couple or small family. I stayed by myself for work but highly recommend this location for any couples looking to get away and enjoy the heart of Sebring. Great host too, thank you!

We stayed 4 nights at this one bedroom duplex. It was quaint and comfortable for 2 people. Our only complaint was that the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall it was a nice stay and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

I came from out of country. My reservation was missed so there was no key left for me or any communications. I tried to email 2 days prior to checking in as I hadn’t received any communication but I couldn’t get the email to work. Finally I had to call when I was trying to check in and discovered my booking was missed and someone else was booked for the next day. I did end up staying at the property and my booking was honoured. The place was great. The bed was super comfortable. Instructions for the tv/satellite would have been helpful.

We really enjoyed the location and the weather. It was an ideal location as a hub to see relatives and friends (about an hour and a half each way). We enjoyed the little Lake Jackson Fishing Pier Beach at the library (only a few blocks away) and the shopping and eating establishments downtown ("Dee's" and "Faded") and on the circle. Also, kudos to our property manager, Yolanda Amada Acosta, who worked so hard to accommodate us! Thanks for a special three weeks in paradise!!

Our daughter and grandchild had an unexpected emergency and came to stay with us and luckily there was room and amenities to accommodate them.

We were definitely pleased overall with this property, in particular it's proximity to Downtown Sebring and the nearby Lake Jackson Pier and arts district. This duplex is located less than a 10-minute walk from Downtown roundabout and only about 15 minutes to the waterfront. It's also a great location for bicycling! Amanda was a great host and even quickly refectified a problem with the Roku TV due to a missing remote control.

I just wanted to say Amada was great to coordinate with. The place was equipped with everything you need. The rooms had plenty of furniture if you did need guests on your stay. The AC worked well and there is a heat lamp in the bathroom. It was clean and safe. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. It has everything you need.

Good location and nice small unit for 1-2 people, perfect for a long weekend in Sebring.

Furniture and furnishings very dated. Could use some upgrades. Never understood how to get local channels on TV. No directions for garbage or what to do with key when leaving. Better communication needed from owner.

Its homie. Everything you need to cook, big fridge, comfy couches, even railings on the shower. I like the candle accents. It was easy to be there for the weekend.A firmer bed then I am use to but there's an extra cushiony mat in the closet.

This property was perfect for us. It was clean and in a good location for everything we wanted to do. It even had coffee, creamer and water for coffee. There was also a goodies basket in case you needed a toothbrush or shampoo, etc. TV was a little difficult to use. Good thing I’m a little techie (). Also would suggest the house number be added. We drove by several times before we figured out which house was the right one
