Welcome to our family vacation home in Venice Florida. This is one of our homes away from home and we enjoy sharing it with others. My name is Lucky and I make booking online easy, fast and secure. Lucky Vacation Homes, I usually respond very quickly.

Our lovely private home with swimming pool and pool cage with 2 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom has a pull- out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. Smart TV with Roku and apps like Netflix, WIFI of course!. No Cable TV. Large fenced in private garden, close to three local beaches. Manasota Key beach 8 minute drive, Caspersens Beach 15 min and Venice beach 15 mins. These are all really the same beach along the coast with different access point. All have free parking and bathrooms. If you are staying 30 days or more you can purchase a monthly pass for $50 to the private South Venice Association sandy beach, wonderful bikes paths and local fantastic places for kayaking. Everything except food included, just bring swimsuit and flipflops! Close to village and restaurants in nice neighborhood! Well maintained by loving owner and very clean! There is a a great selection of restaurants and plenty of shopping and convenient grocery stores! Also close to bike trails for your to use the two bikes included at the house. Plenty of places to use the kayaks too. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), adult groups of up to 6 persons. Your well behaved furry friend can come too with $150 pet fee.

The beautiful new pool is fully enclosed with pool screened cage, with pool toys for everyone! Can be heated if desired with a daily fee! The house has an open layout, is spacious, well maintained, recently remodeled and we've tried to include everything that you might need for your fun filled vacation. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and another closed room with a double fold out sofa bed with a new super comfortable tempurpedic mattress.. The living room and kitchen are open plan and great for enjoying family time. Lovely sun room and screened in patio. Large garden fully fenced for your privacy.

You will have access to the whole home, very comfortable with large smart flat screen tv with Apple TV and Netflix, can sleep up to 7 guests, laundry room area with washer and dryer for your use. There are two bicycles, with helmets, pump and bike lock. Also two kayaks, paddles, life vests and. At top carrier! A large screened in lanai and patio with Weber gas grill. The large garden is fully fenced for your privacy!

You have the whole home for yourself. I don't bother you, it's completely private! During your stay you can email, text or call me - I am very responsive to your needs! I am here to take care of you!

The closest beach is 8 minutes away by car Manasota beach. Monthly guests can purchase a $50 pass to the private HOA section of Manasota beach. Less than a mile from the house, fantastic for walking, swimming and prehistoric shark tooth finding!

Area Information

You will be located close to 6 great beaches, as well as 5 minutes to all the shops and restaurants. Also, great bike trails in the area. Ask me for links to all the details.

This home was perfect for our short trip to Venice. It was clean, cool and comfortable. It was close to everything we needed, including a short drive to the beaches. Dee provided beach towels, chairs, coolers and more. The pool was perfect for a morning swim, and an evening cool down. There were a few hiccups that were out of Dee’s control, due to a thunderstorm and short power outage, but Dee worked hard to fix those minor things. She shares her cell number from the start, and communication was prompt. She is a wonderful host! Three items to note: 1. The second bathroom is actually the pool bath, accessible through the garage and pool. It isn’t air conditioned, BUT it is easy to get to and works if you need a second toilet or shower for your traveling party. 2. The third bedroom with the pull out sofa isn’t really a bedroom so much as a separate living room with a barn door for privacy. It is the area you have to walk through to get to the pool/slider to go out back, so if you are needing a bit more privacy, be aware. 3. Thankfully, Dee and I were able to text directly after she gave me her cell in my original VRBO message, because the VRBO app and messaging was unreliable/gave errors. This was my first booking with VRBO, as I normally use AirBnB for rentals. If I book again, I’ll likely use AirBnB simply for that reason. I would absolutely come back to this property or any of Dee’s others.

We found the property last year on Vrbo. It has everything that will make your vacation even better. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The bed mattresses were as comfortable as most hotel mattresses. The thing that impressed my wife and I had the most is how clean and well kept the property is. We received an information letter from them house manager, and in it she was very informative about the properties does’ and don’ts. This was one of the nicest rentals that we have had over the years and if possible, we will stay here again.

Traditional Florida house and location. Property has been completely remodeled inside, beautiful pool, all amenities you may need/want. Host was super friendly and checked in on us partway thru the stay. Host was very accommodating and allowed us in a day early when we had to change our flights due to weather. This property and host are HIGHLY recommended!!

From the beginning, Dee the host was awesome. Fast with communication and spot on with answers to a few questions we had. House was just as advertised and neighborhood was super quiet. Pool was wonderful even with the air temps in upper 60s during the cooler times. Brought our two boxers and they loved the yard and the nearby dog friendly beaches. House is located in a great location from restaurants and shopping. Check out downtown Venice shopping and check out the Local 941 grill for great food. Overall great experience and we will be back

We loved the house but the A-C does not work very well. It was hot and we had fans everywhere. This is Florida and they need a better A-C unit to cool off the house. Inside the house it was 81 degrees. We loved the pool it was so nice. But other than the A-C it was a great house.

Owner was easy to access and communicate with. Pool was warm and clean even in March. Excellent beds. TV was somewhat difficult to navigate but that just might be my lack of technology skills. Generally we had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Very easy to reserve property, property manager super nice and very responsive to our needs. The property was sparkling clean, the beds were super comfy. The pool was perfect. The TV system was not not user friendly. But overall, our stay was awesome and we would definitely recommend this property to iothers

The property was ideal for our visiting with family, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for quick dip and cooling off. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was well equipped. A nice touch was that the basics we would have needed for cooking and sandwiches were there in the refrigerator or cupboards - just waiting. Looking at the map, I was initially worried it may be hard to navigate lots of streets and get to and from the property. But it turns out the location was ideal for us. Easy access to the main roads to get to beaches and family we were visiting. The couple of minor things we needed to communicate with the owner about were quickly answered and we felt they were just a phone call away if needed. So - clean, good location, comfortable beds, spacious, pool...what's not to love? Thanks

Brought the family out here for my daughter’s birthday, very relaxing. kids loved the pool, owner extremely friendly and answered all questions. We definitely recommend renting, will be back.

The house was very clean, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The couches were very comfy. We loved the beautiful lanai and the pool was a huge hit with the kids! The only complaint that we had was that there were not enough essential items such a paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap. When we told the owner that these items were missing she apologized and immediately brought us extras. Also there was no garbage disposal which is so so needed in a kitchen. All in all we had a great time!
