The property was just as described. There was plenty of room for a family of 10. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need, including everything you need for a day on the beach. The beach is also excellent for younger kids. There was a marina within walking distance, where we kept our boat. The property is also within walking distance to town, which was nice. Would highly recommend!

This beautifully furnished vacation home was perfect for our family of ten. It is located just steps from the beach, and within walking distance to the town of Onset for restaurants, local festivals and music.

We had an amazing time in Buzzards Bay staying at this beautiful home. It was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (which was so close!) and enough room for us all to relax. The kids had a lot of fun with the toys and books in the house. We'll definitely be back!

Property was better than expected. Quick walk to a beach, and accommodations were excellent for a big group.. Will definitely be looking to stay again for a longer time

We had a short, but amazing stay. This home was perfect in so many ways. We had 3 generations stay and it was perfect for everyone. The kids had so much fun on the beach. Very well stocked with everything needed! Comfortable beds and furniture, inside and out. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable home. Hosts were wonderful and great communication. The history / decor in the house was a fun experience. We hope to return to this amazing location. We created many new family memories!

We went on a nice weekend away to the house that sadly it timed itself next to a hurricane so it was too windy to use the Kayaks but the house was beautiful! We sat on the porch in the rocking chairs and inside the house at the large dinning room table to play games. It was a great weekend besides the weather!

This is a terrific beach getaway for relaxing and socializing, with the water just a couple of houses away. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen, plenty of dining- and living-room seating, lovely decor, amazing wrap-around porch, fire pit in the cozy back yard, everything you could want for the beach (including kayaks!), and rainy-day/indoor activities, too. We were careful on the inside staircases which had narrow turns & shallow treads; and be sure to turn on the paddle light-switch before entering the basement door (off the kitchen). I didn’t, and fell forward onto a small landing when I opened the door. Great location in an adorable neighborhood and beach community. Many thanks!

House was even better than I expected. Very roomy and open on first floor made it perfect for a large family to comfortably hang out. The porch area was also used extensively with the breeze coming off the water. The yard is small but big enough for cornhole. Garage operates as a game room. We only used the outdoor shower (which was perfect) so can't comment on the indoor shower which is basement level. Plenty of room to sleep 5-10 people.

Paul and his wife are wonderful hosts. They think of everything! The decor and details are absolutely perfect, especially for this location. Loved all the little touches and even the pieces of history on the walls! We were able to host my sons graduation party and even with rain and thunderstorms everyone had plenty of space. The guests had no problem parking at a nearby lot when the driveway was full. So many of our guests also mentioned how they’d love to stay there. We definitely would try to book their home first again if we ever need a local stay 🙂

Loved the property—proved to be exactly as advertised, maybe even better! A group of 8 of us stayed onsite, and the house was spacious and provided everything we needed. Host was responsive and even helped us with an early check in.
Highlights:
-The proximity to the beach was stellar
-Quiet, residential area within a quick walk to town
-The garage was a super fun place to hang late-night for competitive games of ping pong
-The outdoor shower is incredible
Small adjustments that could make the experience even more superior:
-Bedding placed on the bed prior to guests arrival. Considering the fees for cleaning, it feels like it should be part of the prep process
-Beach towels for guests to use
Overall a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house on Cape Cod. A lifelong friend was turning 50 and we wanted to host a large celebration. Paul’s property is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a family reunion. The location and proximity to the beach are terrific. The amenities, floor plan, the well stocked kitchen and available activities for indoor and out are even better than advertised. You can literally bring your clothes and head over. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend you book yours today.

Pictures do not do the house justice! The open floor plan was perfect for a group gathering. The well stocked kitchen allowed for us to cook all our meals as a group. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were SO comfortable, you will NOT be disappointed! The short walk to the beach was perfect for night star gazing and fresh sea air! We spent the mornings rocking on the front porch and our nights on the deck with the gas firpit. The house provides everything you need. While we didn't spend time in the garage with the games it is very well stocked with beach items. I would highly recommend this place!

My family and best friends stayed for my brothers wedding weekend at Bay Pointe Club, which is not even a mile down the road. This house was amazing for walks with our kids to the beach and the little town center for pizza and ice cream! Plenty of room for everyone who stayed and the house is great. We had a great weekend and a great stay.

What a great place! The five bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out and the home was equipped with virtually everything you’d need. The kitchen had plenty of plates, flatware, pots and pans. The house was very clean. The only downside was the shower/tub situation. One shower is in the basement down steep stairs, the other is outside. There is also a claw foot tub upstairs. It worked for all of us except my 90 year old mother. The stairs were too steep. The tub was too tall and outside too cold during our stay. But I’m sure the facilities work for 99.9% of guests. Ping pong was a fun option since weather was not great. Bring your own games/cards as those were limited. And I’d pack a blue tooth speaker next time as well. Over great stay,

Stayed here with family in the height of the summer. Our group included Grammy, three sisters, SIL and 2 grandsons under 5. This was the perfect house. The beach was close, safe for small children, and never overcrowded. The house was wonderful, clean and the porch was amazing! Great for low key family beach vacation!

This trip made our family so happy. We stayed for a wedding in Wareham. Probably the best stay in a vacation house in a while. I would give more stars if I could.

This is a lovely house and was a great place to relax and enjoy the bay and the town of Onset!

Beautiful house in a convenient location! Less than a minute walk to the beach (bay) and 5 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurant. We especially loved the wide, wrap-around porch that has a view of water while providing lots of shade. We very much enjoyed borrowing the kayaks too! Air conditioning is upstairs only; however, the breeze really kept it pretty cool downstairs. Paul was very responsive once he shared his cell phone number. Thanks for a great week!

The location of the house is perfect. 30 seconds walk away from the beach. The house has all amenities you'd need for a stay at the beach house. We loved the garage filled with games. We played ping pong every day. Enjoyed the kayaks as well. House is very clean and well organized with beautiful wrap around porch.
The only thing I'd like to see is the garbage cans in every room.
Keeping this house on my list for future getaways for sure.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed to have a wonderful Girls Getaway. Plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance and golf 3 mins away. We would definitely stay again.
