Property was cozy and comfortable! Definitely would not be able to fit more than 4 as when the sofa bed is expanded, the "living room" floor space is basically full. Showers and amenities were great, but they did not have a pan in case you were planning on cooking. Also price was pretty high for 1 night, but presumably cleaning fees would be cheaper when split over more nights.

A nice, clean and updated little spot in a perfect price point. Ideal for two people or a family of four. We had an issue with the code to the lock box upon check in... but we received super quick, helpful and courteous replies. We would definitely return!

Unfortunately we do not recommend renting from Vacasa in Ludlow if you can avoid it. This home lacked common amenities and had several maintenance/ housekeeping issues management failed to address. We arrived to a clogged toilet, which we had to fix ourselves. The dishwasher stopped working a few days into our visit and when management finally responded to our texts about it they suggested we try to fix it ourselves (which we had already tried). Before we arrived we told the local host we would be using the sofa bed and asked to make sure bedding was available. We never received a response and when we arrived there was only one pillow and a small blanket for a bed that was supposed to sleep two people — in the winter. We contacted both the local host and Vacasa central management several times and no one ever came to the unit to assist with any of these issues in the six days we were there. The bathrooms lacked trash cans, one lacked hand soap, there is no toaster in the kitchen, and there was only a broken laundry basket with used towels in it to transport our laundry down into the basement where the shared washer and dryer are located. There is no doormat outside and no coat hooks in the entryway despite it being located in a snowy ski town. Although the unit is newly renovated, well heated, and offered a nice hot shower in a great little ski town, it is clear the hosts have invested the minimal amount in making their guests comfortable and a few simple improvements could have made this a much better place to stay. If you must stay here, we advise bringing your own pillow and extra towels, laundry basket, blankets, soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent.

Excellent value. Needs a toaster,😊. Also shade over door. Wi fi is weak. I would rent again!

The location is great also. But just couple of things to improve: a stain from a hot frying pan on the countertop, switches are sometimes shocked, the toilet on the first level does not flush, wi-fi does not work (we tried to reboot settings- did not helped), without it the - TV did not work too (Netflix and so on). Oh. Also - very difficult to reach call center … very. So you have no one to complain to… and have to use one restroom for a family for THAT price. And key locker is hard to open.

The unit was very clean, small but sufficient for what I needed. I couldn't use the TV, directions would have helped.

Like the setup of the apartment. Was very clean and had many amenities that made me feel at home. Everything was really within walking distance in Ludlow (it's not a big town anyway . . . ).

lock box instructions were wrong. After waiting on phone for half an hour, we figured it out, instructions were backwards. I got a call from maintenance that informed me this issue had occurred with the previous tenant. Instructions on the website check-inneed to be corrected. Other than that, great place!

Brand new.
