Welcome to this newly-remodeled home with a huge backyard complete with Pool, Hot Tub, Pickleball/Basketball Court, and a Putting Green! Located in central San Antonio close to everything!

This home has been completely remodeled while keeping it's charming brick exterior. The home sits on a large lot with a private fenced in backyard that is great for entertaining.

• We just built a brand new large pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed anytime of year! ($40/day for heat). Great for use during the day to escape the heat or swim in the evening in the brightly lit water!

• Newly designed yard includes a full Pickleball court and half basketball court as well as a putting green, you'll truly never run out of things to do here!

• Walk into a large open floorplan kitchen and dining room that has plenty of space for your entire group.

• Every room provides an excellent nights sleep on memory foam mattresses. 2 king beds in each master bedroom provide privacy and a wonderful nights sleep. The two other bedrooms include a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with 1 full and 2 twins! Even the sleeper couch is a queen memory foam mattress!

• Entertainers dream! We have large 4 large Roku-enabled 4k TVs throughout the house so you can stream all your favorite shows on whichever streaming services you have. We also provide a limited cable package through the Spectrum app free of charge! Additionally, games are everywhere in this home! We retro-fitted the garage to be the ultimate game room. Entertainment in the house includes:

- 4 Large 4K TVs equipped with Roku and limited cable
- Xbox Series X with plenty of video games
- Board games, such as Monopoly (San Antonio Themed), Cards against humanity, backgammon, and more!
- Ping Pong Table
- Foosball Table
- Arcade games that include Pacman and Galaga plus 8 more
- Poker Set and decks of cards
- Darts
- Cornhole

• With a huge backyard, we made sure that it has everything you need for a great time. On the back wood deck, you'll find a propane grill, seating lounge set, and fireplace. Perfect for hanging out outside and enjoying the warm Texas weather. Not to mention the brand new pool and hot tub plus putting green and pickleball court!

• The extra large kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook your entire group a delicious meal. Includes all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and baking supplies you could need. We even added a blender, rice cooker, serving platters, and plenty of spices for all your cooking needs. The brand new oven will make whipping up any meal a breeze!

• Coffee galore! We provide caffeinated and decaf coffee as well as plenty of tea and a tea kettle. Make your coffee in the Mr. Coffee traditional coffee maker or get a little fancy with the French Press.

• Guest access:
When you rent out this property, you will have access to the entire property. This is one single private home. You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home, except for a maintenance closet!

Other things to note:
-The maximum guests is 12.
- Pool heat fee of $40/day
- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.

- While no one is on premises so that you have entire private access to the property, I am available by phone if you should have any questions or run into any issues.

- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm

- If there is something our Home doesn't have that you think would be a great addition, don't hesitate to ask! We are always looking for ways to improve our 5-star stay!

House was spacious and clean. Pool was fun. Game room in the garage was great for the kids. Host was responsive. Location was close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive to the Alamo and River Walk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a great stay here in San Antonio. Our favorite part was the backyard. So much to do! The bedrooms are good sized and the kitchen is spacious and open. The bunk beds might need some work for anyone not very light. We had to rework our sleeping arrangement. Nothing we couldn't manage, but just fyi for safety! Also, the shower on the far end of the house was leaking and there were no locks on the bedroom doors. The neighborhood is lovely. Near a neighborhood walking trail, golf course, and plenty of restaurants. Convenient to many areas of San Antonio. Thank you!

This house was a great little vacation spot for our all adult family. The location was close to everything. The owner was each to reach and very quick to respond to every question that came up. Everyone really enjoyed the game room as well as the pickleball court and pool. Would definitely rent the house again

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was open and inviting and very well stocked. We greatly enjoyed the pool, pickleball and golf as well. It seemed almost everything we wanted to do was just minutes away.

Our stay was wonderful and everything we could have asked for. It was the perfect place for the kids to play and have fun. With the pool, pickle ball and game room. We absolutely loved this house! We had a large group of family and friends here to enjoy Fiesta and meet up with old friends from the area. The house was a perfect location to enjoy all....a quick uber ride to downtown and river walk. And when we were not out and about, there was so much to enjoy at the house! We have several now hooked on pickle ball! Thank you to Andre who was a fabulous host and made sure we were taken care of. Only suggestion would be to install some stepping stones to the trash can area as the rain we had made that area muddy. Other than that FABULOUS!! We will be back!

We had a great time at this home in San Antonio! It is located in a quiet subdivision, but is just two blocks from the main road with restaurants, groceries, etc. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for both the pool and the showers. Andre was extremely helpful and attentive from booking to check-out. We would highly recommend! Our girls enjoyed the pool the most (we paid extra to heat it, since we went in March). We hope to come back next year!

We traveled to San Antonio for the boys UIL state basketball tournament. This property was great for keeping 6 boys entertained in between games. The host, Andre, communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. Hoping to come back next year!

The house was very clean and plenty big for everyone! There is a big fenced in back yard and grill. It was a short drive everywhere we went and a short uber ride to downtown. The kids loved the game room abd played every night! The beds were very comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the home. The only suggestion I would give would be to better stock the kitchen. For example, the existing plastic glasses need replaced as they are quite worn and a few leaked. Also, for guests who intend to cook at least some meals in the home, cooking pots, pans, etc.. should be bigger since this home accommodates large groups and therefore larger pans/pots are needed. Also, since we were there over Thanksgiving, it would have been nice if there were baking pans, like bread pans, pie pans, roasting pans and mixing bowls. There were no kitchen towels. This is not a criticism, as we loved the place, especially the back yard/patio area and the game room was well used. Just something I wanted to share to make your rental even more amazing and functional for your guests.

The accommodations were great. Clean, spacious, bathroom, kitchen and laundry has the basic necessities. Huge fenced back yard was perfect for the fur babies to run around and play. Huge patio for outdoor entertainment and the game room is an added bonus for entertainment. Excellent! 4.8 rating!

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean when we arrived. The game room in the garage was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable. The property was in a great area as well. Not too far of a drive from touristy areas and there was great food near by. Would recommend!!

The house was very nice, comfortable and spacious!! We were there to celebrate our son's military graduation and enjoy a home cooked dinner with him. And this home accommodated perfectly. It was a enough room for 4 of us women to cook in the same kitchen together and run into each other. And all of is were able to eat together in the dinning area as well. The game room is in the garage, so the summer Texas heat makes that an undesirable space to be in. But that wasn't a big deal to us. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at this property to attend my son's graduation ceremony and absolutely loved the property. It has been updated in the recent years and is well laid out. The property was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the property is centrally located. The other great aspect to this property is the owner. The owner reached out to us directly several times leading up to our stay, a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was ok and then again at the end to thank us for staying at his property. Definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The host was very proactive in communication. The location was close to all high attraction areas in San Antonio, the backyard was fun for the children although it was not mowed. Our only big issue was the septic gas smell in one of the bedroom/bathroom rooms that prolonged after someone would shower.

The home was nicely furnished and stocked well. It was easy to navigate to and close to downtown and seaworld. The home had all we needed with multiple masters and beds. The outdoor living area was nice for kids and families to relax. The linens for both bathroom and bedroom were nice as well. There were some downsides like small vanity space, the back room gets pretty warm and the floor was uneven and uncomfortable in spots to walk on. The home is older and in a neighborhood that isn’t ideal for a permanent home but just for a quick trip, it was fine. Overall, we would go back to visit!

This home is super cute and spacious! It's close to a lot of food places and they have little cute informational notes for wifi access, game system, etc. If you're looking to spend more time at home, this is definitely the place for you. They have everything you'll need to stay comfortable.

This place was very clean and reflective of the photos that accompanied the listing. It was minutes away from great restaurants and shopping at the Alamo Quarry Market. Andre the property manager was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Overall, a great stay for us!
