Great place and location. Great kitchen but didn’t have some basic items like can opener and cooking tongs. Downstairs bathrooms were a little long in the tooth.

Nice staycation. A bit old and smells like old wood, but otherwise a great stay.

Good place, everything was pretty night just no AC :(

The home was perfectly located! The shower head in the half bathroom just spurted water out, it probably needs to be changed. The heating system in the bedrooms rattled whenever the heat turned on. The living space was great, though the couch is way too far from the TV–maybe it can be moved closer? We ended up sitting in chairs closer to be able to see.

the area is beautiful and very convenient for us to get to the village!

This property was perfectly situated at the end of Gold Bend townhouse collection, so that alone offered some extra quiet after a full ski day. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the entry level, while the kitchen and living room space is upstairs. The hallway is a bit snug, so if you are bringing your gear in bags, might need to get creative in storage for easy access in quick prep mornings, and the inevitable gear shed at the end of the day. There is a lockable closet outside for skis/snowboards/poles, so that helps for sure.
The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with the essentials. The laundry closet was complete with detergent pods, should you need to do a few loads during your stay.
The shuttle stop to the village was just a short walk away (at the entrance of the Gold Bend area/parking). We were there during one of the storms, and the early morning of our departure, Northstar had plows servicing this area as early as 5am.
We are only ever up for quick weekends. This place suited our stay well. We will consider for future trips.

This place had some perks one being how close it was to Northstar. However, the condo itself is quite small and the layout really makes you feel cramped. The worst part was there was sooo much pet hair everywhere! In the couch, rugs, carpet… it was so gross and definitely was not cleaned up properly. Be prepared to be covered in dog hair!

The location was good. Enjoyed our stay but definitely could use some upgrades.

The upstairs living portion of this condo is pretty good with some new art, furnishings, tv, and kitchen appliances. The primary bedroom was also fine, the downside is the 2nd bedroom & both bathrooms are really old & run down feeling. There was also a sewer smell that permeated the downstairs area when showers were used. Not a cleanliness issue but a maintenance issue. Door thresholds & towel bars fell off with just normal use. Overall the place needs some upgrades beyond furnishings (as do most of the older Northstar properties). It’s fine but don’t expect it to be nice.

I would not recommend this apartment since it is managed by the worst company (Vacasa) I have ever interacted with. On Day 1 our blinds were broken in the kids room and I asked them to provide some kind of fix for it. They asked for pictures and then completely ghosted me. Every night the thermostat will set back to 64 degrees when it is 2 degrees outside. Our kids woke up every night because of the cold (we manually changed it in the middle of the night) and woke early every morning because of the broken blind. Their property manager dropped off a space heater the third day of our stay to put in our kids room, I would have to get up in the middle of the night to turn it on/off as well since it would have gotten too hot so I never opened it. I called their customer service 4 times but to no avail on the blind problem. Day before our check out they locked us out of our cabin without any notice, I had to stand outside the cabin in the freezing cold with my toddlers (on the phone with them) for them to provide me a new code to get in.They gave me a future 15% credit on a reservation but the catch is that you can’t book online, you must call them to book to use this credit and it expires in 3 months. I would not recommend any cabin/property managed by Vacasa anywhere ever. They are not helpful and completely ignore you. FYI I contacted VRBO as well and they said we have to deal with Vacasa.

Went for a week of skiing and location was great. A short walk to a shuttle stop and a less than a mile ride on the shuttle to the resort. Townhouse was very nice. Only two small complaints - was a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent and one night we came back and our door code no longer worked. I had to call the 1-800 to get them to reset it.

The space was very cozy. The oven didn't work though and the kitchen generally was very understocked with basic baking supplies. We contacted help and Vacasa said they would compensate us for the lack of over functionality but they have not compensated us. Then, they sent someone to the house to look at it after I requested that they do not do this because we wanted our privacy. Very disappointed. Place was not perfectly clean for paying as much money for cleaning as we did for the actual rental.

Booked a stay for Thanksgiving weekend. The place is just as advertised, beautiful space that is well maintained and quiet. Just the wilderness escape we were searching for. We also loved the small touches of including some board games and a mini Nintendo. We will stay again at this location when we are in the area.

The condo overall is a nice place to stay for a couple. The living room does not have a lot of comfortable lounging options. We would have liked to use the outside deck area but there was no outdoor furniture a small table & chairs would be a nice addition. There were 3 folding chairs on the deck, they were all broken. The grill area could be cleaned a bit better.
The master bedroom shower did not drain well.
Overall, it is an ok property. It would be a really great property with a few attention to details.

The place was a nice lil condo in the Northstar resort. Plenty of parking, very quiet. It was a short drive to the lake. I wish I found out about the amenities earlier (pool, hottub) would come back again for sure.

Home had everything we needed to enjoy our week long snow trip. Just steps from a shuttle stop, it was convenient to access the mountain! Wifi was strong, amenities were in good shape, definitely will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse very much. The townhome was clean and we were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well with cooking supplies. There is no a/c and there was a heat wave along with smoke from the Mosquito fire, which made things a little uncomfortable. We are from the hot, muggy south so we managed in spite of the circumstances. We would stay here again.
