We were in town for a wedding, and this place was perfect. A back bedroom so the adults could hang out after the kids went to sleep, and a nicely stocked kitchen, so cooking was easy!

It was clean and up kept which was nice. However, this place was NOT as advertised, it said it could sleep 10 and we were 7 and we were on top of each other. Living room had 3 chairs and a love seat, 7 couldn’t sit down and watch TV together without 2 of us sitting on the floor. Kitchen table only had 4 chairs, not good for 7 let alone 10. Lastly, three bedrooms with queen beds were only place to sleep comfortably. Our 7th slept on a couch. There were no pullouts or cots, so I have no idea where 10 people would sleep. The house is big enough space wise for 10 but furniture doesn’t support that. I did enjoy the plug-in option on the carport so I could plug-in my car since I brought my own charger for the vehicle and unfortunately most places don’t have a charger already there, this should be considered. Back deck was beautiful, but again, only 4 chairs. There is much more room for more furniture.

It was fantastic!! Couldn't believe what this owner had to offer in their home. They had more kitchen stuff that we could use than I have in my own home!! Bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need. My son said this was by far the best vacation rental they had rented. We had a great time.

The property was overall great. It provided good space for our family of 5 to spread out and relax after long days of exploring the Badlands. Location wise it was fine as everything is a drive.

This VRBO had a very homey feel which we like. Spices and condiments well stocked, along with other necessities. We cooked out on the back deck and had a very relaxing time.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our one night enroute to Montana the next day. Plenty of space for our party of 6 and close to the sites we could see in the AM before making our trek west.

This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. It was comfortable and we felt right at home. The neighbor was perfect. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Cannot be more positive about this rental. Everything worked, all appliances are new, and - most importantly - a very accessible and responsive host. Only cautionary item is a somewhat tricky access to the washing machine and dryer in the basement.

The house was very clean and orderly, the price was very reasonable, the communication was clear and timely. Nice neighborhood, peaceful location, the host allowed us to use whatever we needed in the house (laundry, condiments, etc.) it was an excellent place for our family to stay!

The property far exceeded our expectations. The home was just lovely and also provided utility, comfort, and privacy.The host put a lot of attention to every detail that made this so nice and comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you might need. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had top quality appliances.The patio and yard were great and so well kept. In addition the house is close to everything.After a day of activities like Mt Rushmore, it was so nice to come back to this lovely comfortable home. We will definitely like to stay again.

Very clean, very well stocked, fenced yard for the dogs, nice bathroom and lovely deck with grill. Close to downtown and an easy get away for all the touristic attractions. We had a great time.

It passed our first priority. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable enough, at least to our liking. For obvious reasons, rental property doesn't always have furniture of the highest quality, but the two nice comfortable recliners made it hard to leave for a day of exploring. We would stay again.

Only thing missing was a fire pit in yard (even a propane one would be nice) porch was fabulous, felt very secure and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean, quiet and supplied everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. We were celebrating a late Christmas with family and owner even had a lighted tree there for us and outside lights were beautiful too. So enjoyed our stay!!

Our stay was perfect! The Host was the most responsive of any host we’ve ever interacted with. The home was well stocked for cooking. Comfy beds, lots of seating, and amazing tubs for soaking away stress. There was fenced yard our dogs. We will stay here every time we need a place in Rapid City!

We were impressed with the amenities included in the property, and the kitchen was excellently arranged and fully provided for. The bedrooms and closets were spacious, and the bathrooms were wonderful - especially the jet-spa tub in the main bath. The setting truly provided a vacation from the cares of this world. We had a wonderful time in a nice cozy neighborhood so close to all the attractions of the Black Hills and Rapid City.

We wanted 2 BR (there are 3) and 2 baths which this location has. Beds are comfortable, the well stocked kitchen, plush towels, nice living room seating and comfy back patio for nice evening or morning enjoyment are bonus. Very nicely decorated and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Even a canopy for the car. Not a single negative!

The house was well decorated and very cozy. Plenty of seating room and things to do.. If you wanted something Charles responded within the hour. Will use the prperty if I am in the area again.
