Quiet home in a well-established subdivision - the whole family or group will be able to enjoy and relax at this peaceful 4 BR, 2 Bath home that is 3 min to I90, 40 min Mount Rushmore, and 7 min to downtown Rapid City, & 30 min to Sturgis. All your streaming and electronics are supported by 1GB Internet along with two Smart TV's.

Local residents who are available to address any issues within 20 minutes.

Quiet home in a well established subdivision that has a main level with LVP flooring throughout the living, kitchen & dining. The kitchen boasts updated soft close cabinets with under cabinet lighting and a dining room with beautiful French doors leading out to the paved patio.

The home splits to the upper level including the master bedroom, second bedroom and a fully updated bathroom. There are new, comfortable beds in each room, along with two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa - plenty of options! The lower level has a 3rd bedroom, bathroom/laundry combination & a large 4th room with bunk beds. A HUGE bonus room in the finished lower level has a 65” TV, sleeper sofa, foosball and air hockey table.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.

The spacious backyard includes a privacy fence. Enjoy the spacious backyard while cooking on grill provided. Large outdoor neighborhood park is a 3 minute drive away.

Typical subdivision street parking in addition to 2 car garage and oversized driveway.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was in great condition with plenty of room. The house was well stocked with all of the everyday household items you would need. There was good communication with the owner leading up to check-in which makes for a stress free evening after a 12 hour drive. The house is centrally located to all of the attractions we wanted to experience and located minutes from Hwy 90. We were very pleased with this home.

This is an incredible property for a family. Every thing was clean and it immediately felt like home. We stayed for 6 days and did not have to worry about furnishing anything except our food. The location was perfect for wanting to see Mount Rushmore or any other tourist attraction. The host was friendly and responded to every need.

Cute getaway for a family of 2 or more. Great backyard to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning plus great area for a bbq. Kids would enjoy the game/tv room.

We enjoyed our stay here, the house was nice and had lots of room for all of us. It was clean and organized and had everything we needed! Communication was excellent and would recommend to anyone!

Such a wonderful place to stay in Rapid City! Very safe neighborhood and very clean house; hands down one of the best places I have rented. There were 10 of us total (7 adults and 3 kids) and there was plenty of space for us all. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Plenty of hot water (even with all of the showers and laundry we did!). Plenty of extra blankets and towels as well. Had full use of the 2 car garage. The kids loved the air hockey and Foosball table. We loved the big kitchen table for all of us to have meals together, and the kitchen had all the needed items. Also, the grill was nice to use one night for dinner. Awesome location- within an hour from all the national parks. The host was very responsive and even came over the first night to help with an issue. The downstairs bunk area is open to the rest of the house, but we knew that ahead of time from prior reviews and we were all up early/ stayed up late so it didnt really bother us or the kids. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! South Dakota is a beautiful place and we hope to be back again soon!

Very easy to find. Easy to access to highways, town, restaurants, and shopping while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and pictured. We loved all of the space! And we appreciated how clean everything was. Info about our car's make, model, and plate # was required before being given instructions on accessing the (wonderful) house. When I texted Anne Marie that we'd have a rental car and I didn't know its info yet, she was completely flexible. She provided the access information up front, then I texted her the rental car's info as soon as we'd picked it up. Anne Marie was available by text whenever I had any questions. ("How does the garage opener work?" "Is there a bath mat?") And she left a lovely note with recommendations of the specific kinds of sights I'd asked about. The recommendations were spot on! We enjoyed our stay and recommend these hosts and this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great base location to tour the Blacks Hills and surrounding South Dakota attractions! The host's communication was awesome and timely. No issues at all checking in or understanding house rules / expectations. The host were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort along with the house having plenty of extra amenities. We had a party of 11 (3 couples - 2 Adults, 4 Seniors - plus 1 teen, 4 children) and the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us. Each couple took one of the three main bedrooms with the kids utilize the bunkbeds in the extra room (3 twins & 1 full). Note - the extra room (bunkbeds) has no door to the main living area so it is consider "open" however this wasn't an issue for us as we just went to our separate rooms for the kids bedtime or have the possibility of hanging outside on the patio. The downstairs family room was a hit with the kids for hours of fun on the foosball & air hockey tables along with other board games provided & TV. The fridge was larger than expected which helped as we enjoy cooking & eating dinners together as a family which was easy with the well supplied kitchen. We loved the outdoor back yard patio set up with the grill. The garage was spacious and could easily fit two Ford Expeditions (or that equivalent). Highly recommend the hosts & this location for your next South Dakota trip and we will definitely book this location again next time we are in the area.

This is a beautiful home that was a perfect fit for our family of eight. We have teenagers on down to a two year old and everyone enjoyed the space and the games at the house. Michael and Ann Marie are the best of hosts and it shows in the care they've taken to provide a beautiful house for others to stay in. This a great home to stay in for all of your vacation adventures!

Great location close to stores and shopping. Group stayed here for 83rd Sturgis rally enjoyed the location and easy access to begin riding every morning. This home was well kept and the host was quick to reply to request. Would definitely rent again.

This house was super cute and set up really well for families. The large dining room table and fully equipped kitchen was nice for being able to eat in. The large washer and dryer were also a nice addition. There are two family room areas which was nice for spreading out and relaxing after a long day out exploring sites. The hosts were very responsive and were quick to answer any questions. Overall we were very happy with this property!

We had a wonderful time here and appreciate the communication from the owner and cleanliness of the home. Lots of simple reminders all around the house about A/C and storage. Check in and check out were smooth. We stayed there as a family and had plenty of room for everyone! Kids loved the games. Thanks to the owners for making our vacation great!

This is a great house to stay for a long weekend or couple week vacation! Easy access off of main road. Great multi level with plenty of room for whatever we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we are out in Rapid City. The hosts had everything we needed. We loved having a couple different streaming options for movie night!!

This place perfectly fit our family group of 10. 3 bedrooms for adults and one with 4 bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen could have been better stocked, however. Some of our party allergic to cats and dogs suffered. We thought that no pets were allowed when we booked, so this was an unpleasant surprise. There had obviously been pets there previously as they detected immediately.

We were very happy with the responsiveness of the host and the property. We have a large family (2 younger kids and 4 teenagers) and the house worked great for those who need to have a little more space to themselves. ;) There was even plenty of hot water for showers for all of us! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was surprisingly large- there were 3 adults and 3 kids with dogs and there were a ton of options for sleeping and the backyard was perfect for 4 dogs. They even had an entertainment area with ice hockey, etc.

The property owners were super helpful and very quick to respond. The house was prefect for our extended stay in Rapid City. The beds were very comfortable! I hate going on vacation and being stuck with a hard or lumpy bed. I slept really well in the master bedroom. Being able to bring our dogs was especially helpful and the big fenced in back yard was great for them to run and play. 10/10 would recommend.
