Wonderful place with everything you could want for a stay. From blowdryers to kids toys, this host has thought of everything! Plenty of space for everyone inside and outside. Highly recommended!

This house was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It's spacious inside and outside, with lots of living and sitting room. Our family of 5 (older adults and younger adults) stayed here for our first visit to Utah. It was close enough to Zion to do a day trip there, but we mostly did Bryce Canyon which was very close by. This was a very well-stocked home - the kitchen, the bathrooms, and outside (included logs for the fire!). My only negative comments are that the master bath shower was extremely small, so I just used the other one. The master bath also has a very nice large bathtub, so that's another good option. The other negative comment is that the creek isn't really the kind you would go wading in. Nonetheless, it was beautiful to look at and listen to. I can't say enough about how much we loved this house and location. I highly recommend going to the top of the entrance road for some stargazing. We even saw a couple of shooting stars! A beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Hatch. It is exactly as advertised and equipped with everything you would need — from soap and towels to spices and coffee. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating for a large group. The gas fireplace makes the theater room toasty on cool nights. We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The outdoor fire pit is well-constructed with plenty of bench seating and lawn chairs available. The outdoor furniture on the patio is especially inviting, as is the glider down by the creek. The cabin is situated in a small grouping of houses, but none close enough to see or hear the neighbors. The creek was running too high to fish when we were there but a short trip to the public access on Asay Creek offered several days of catch and release. Would have fished more but we kept a busy schedule with day trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. In short, highly recommend this property for its location as well as its comfortable surroundings. The property owners were excellent to work with. They provided all of the information needed up front, which made check-in easy — even in the dark! And a binder inside the house gave detailed instructions about heating and entertainment systems as well as recommendations for dining and recreation in the area. Can’t say enough positive things about this property and owners.

Very nice property next to a creek.

Bryan was the perfect host. Very informative and communicative, and knowledgeable about the area, he was always available if we had any questions, but never intrusive. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed which for us was important because we cooked every meal in. The location was so convenient to the national parks. Don't miss Red Canyon en route to Bryce! Lesser known but so lovely and with great hiking trails. We will be back!

Just loved being next to the roaring creek, don’t know if it’s always been this high but you’ll definitely want to spend some time in the back yard - lots of options for seating. Inside is as advertised, dated but clean and functional. Kitchen is well stocked except be sure to bring your own mugs (they have 8 oz coffee cups only) and larger glasses if desired. We could have used some more hangers, there were only a handful for all three bedrooms. Oh, and maybe I just missed it but didn’t see any long-handled grill utensils (there were some long skewers on the frig). Great entertainment area and TV choices, good directions, comfy beds - a really nice property.

The cabin was ideal for what we were looking for as far as location to Bryce and Zion. The cabin provided every essential you would need. We would definitely choose to stay there again when we return to Utah.

What a wonderful spot in the world! This cabin was a spacious, warm retreat for our family of four, as we explored Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and the surrounding area. Late spring snowfall (and lots of it!) did not allow us to enjoy the outside of this property, but we would return to do so in warmer weather. Hosts were very responsive, informative, and above and beyond accommodating - home is very well appointed with so many extras, everything well labeled. Location is remote enough to be quiet and removed from the main tourist scene, but close enough of a drive to attractions and restaurants in neighboring towns. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed immensely our stay at Bryan and Kim’s Cottonwood Cabin! From the very first communication with Bryan everything went clearly and smoothly. The directions and access were easy, his suggestions for dining were very helpful. The cabin looks just like the photos (except there is a new washer and dryer). Abundant supplies, well equipped kitchen, and lots of storage. The location was great for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park - 30 minute drive to the entrance of the park. And close to other areas nearby such as Red Canyon. I loved the glider benches in the backyard where we could wile away time with the babbling of the creek nearby. The creek almost got my husband to consider fishing. The master bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the other beds but they looked just as comfy. The large TV was state of the art with lots of channels available. The only issue we had was the shower in the master bath is a bit small. We had no trouble using the shower in the second bath. Located in a very charming small community, this is a very special place to stay.

We wanted an escape from the city to someplace peaceful and relaxing and this is exaclty that. The home was massive in comparison to what the pictures show. It has older original charm but so clean it's was as if noone has ever lived in it. There were so many extras, nearly everything you could need. The property was something from a postcard. Absolutely beautiful with the creek/river running steps away from the back deck. Loved the welcome gift and card from owners. Super sweet and much appreciated. If you want to turn off and escape to total peace and quiet in a well maintained cabin in the middle of beautiful lands and wildlife, this is the place to go!! We enjoyed our stay and appreciate you opening your doors an allowing us.
