Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.
The moment you enter this 6th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the excitement and anticipation for all this unit has to offer! Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Luxurious furnishings a large, smart television, and even an electric fireplace invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting-edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. Even the kitchen keeps the fun going with colorful, retro-style small appliances, dishes and utensils. The adjacent dining area seats also has 3 additional bar stools and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area doubles as a game room. The pool table shown in the photos is also conveniently converted back into a dining room table with plenty of seating. The table can also be converted to Table Tennis and even includes the balls and paddles!
Mounted games complete the game room with basketball and Connect Four.

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. A softened color palate and plush, chaise lounge chairs offer a relaxing reprieve from the day's activities. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity as well as a separate water closet for privacy.
The Pacman guest bedroom holds two twin/twin bunk beds, a television, and a connecting full bathroom. Guests of all ages adore this bedroom for the abundance of excitement it has to offer. Gaming chairs face the TV for those who like to bring their gaming system. There are also two Pacman stools in front of the arcade. This room includes a modern, arcade machine that has over 16K games! The connecting Scrabble full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance.
The Scrabble guest bedroom includes a TV and queen bed.
Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
