Not what we expected

The space lay out and parking, water was hot and good pressure. Easy check in and out. Great area for games room, loved the balcony view and sunsets. Facilities were good.

Has the potential to be great, however, Unclean, not vaccummed in some areas, smelt like mould and musty in some bathrooms, and needs a deep clean as has mould building up and tiles are need of some repair and grout in filthy, worm things throughout the house mainly downstairs, rat bait and mice poo and insects throughout the cupboards where we were to use kitchen stuff, maintenance needs to be improved in the house, bathroom door upstair in ensuite needs attention as u near need to break door to get the door open and closed. Couldnt have the beach access we wanted, not allow on beach with buggies atv for kids etc. Rang to ask if the place had been cleaned and professionals in jurien bay arent that professional however did send the cleaner back within 5 mins, he was awesome however. Fridge downstairs barely working. Stairs had stair facing come apart, huge safety hazzard. Dust and cobwebs throughtout. Were inform by cleaner that they arent responsible for major cleaning, they are there to spruce up and surface clean on vacates not to clean everything entirely ie cupboards dusking maintenance etc, so that explains why the place has gone this way and will continue to do so if not cleaned entirely all the time. Huge expense per night for not having proper cleaning done every time. Had to clean out some of the kitchenware as it hadnt been clean properly ither.
