Loved the hot tub and view and the restaraunt food and staff were amazing
4.3
Fabulous views
Old and tired looking lodges in need of some TLC. Menu very limited meaning we had to cook.
4.3
The hot tub
The wonderful view
Really really old furnitures and the impression nothing has been updated for more than 20 years ( The bathroom is clearly outdated and small and suite dirty).
Kitchen also not at the expected level (we were 3 and there was only 3 glasses... and one of themwas broken).
Really expensive for the accommodation existing in the lodge ( no basic salt/pepper/sponge....)
Clearly disapointing for the price paid
4.3
Location and the friendliness of the team, really warm and cosy… proximity to the hotel was fab.
Lack of heating working in the bathroom but we didn’t really need it so didn’t feel a need to complain.
Didn’t enjoy mouthy teenagers staying all evening in the lodge next to us 🙄 but not much the property can do about that… maybe do an evening walk around to make sure people’s tranquility is being respected.

The location & views were outstanding. The swimming pool was great for kids and the food in the hotel was excellent.
The hot tub at night was fantastic to relax in with stunning views over the loch. Staff were very friendly and took time to speak with the kids which they loved.

The location was absolutely amazing and sitting in a hot tub at the seafront was just perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great sitting in the lounge overlooking the Loch.
For the price the place was quite dated and the bathroom was very small with temperamental water temperature in the shower.
4.3
Stunning location and view from the living area / hot tubs.
Washer/dryer didn’t work which was a bit annoying. Definitely bring your own blackout blinds if travelling with kids as the curtains aren’t enough in the summer months.

Beautiful location.
Cleanliness and standard of lodge for the price. Food pretty poor.

the view and hot tub terrace is amazing.
Staff is friendly and was very comfortable.
We couldn’t use the hot tub and terrace at night because there were a lot of mosquitoes ( which I know is not the hotel fault). The house was warm inside and there is no Ac or fans, and because of the mosquitoes we couldn’t open the windows. When we arrived we thought we were in paradise, but couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted to.

The location was absolutely stunning, lovely big decking area. hot tub was massive and super clean. bedrooms spacious and well thought out.
The bathroom was ancient and the shower area over the bath was tiny, my partner is 6’4 and couldn’t use it. The toilet was strangely very low down also we had no hot water but we didn’t realise until really late on. It was clean but could’ve been cleaner, still crumbs on the floor in the living area. The lodge just seemed rather tired, some simple decorating and the bathroom replaced would go a long way to justify the price tag. We paid £236 for one night, we felt a bit robbed until we had a few drinks and spent the whole night outside enjoying the amazing views. One thing missing is a mop especially with the hot tub.
4.3
Nice hot tub. Great views. Quiet. Kitchen well equipped.
Mattresses and pillows were very hard which made it difficult to get any sleep. Bedrooms and bathroom rather outdated with lots of damage to the furniture and some stains on the carpets.
4.3
The location was amazing could sit in the balcony and watch the day go by all day and night. And the staff where great. The steak pie was the best iv ever had.
The bed was solid it's was like sleeping on the floor. And the decor is a bit out of date. For the money you pay they could be getting a painter in.

Fabulous location with stunning views
There was no Fenced off area for dog next to lodge

fantastic location and facilities
the only small criticism is the beds were not that comfortable
4.3
Beautiful and amazing scenery and location. Picturesque and relatively quiet. Easy to get to by car. Cosy and warm lodge. Hot tub in good location on decking. Lodge was small and cosy. Free use of the hotels pool was on offer. Good kitchen facilities for a week's stay. Recycling bins. Hotel amenities and restaurant just a couple of steps away. Lovely hotel restaurant and staff were so nice and helpful.
We had lodge 7 out of 8 and it was the only one without glass barriers..we had railings and 4x2 planks of wood. Not the prettiest. Hot tub was situated the wrong way round so seating was uncomfortable looking over the loch. Beds were too small for my partner of 6ft4 so his feet were dangling off the bottom. They were too hard for us aswell. The toilet/bathroom was against the roof/ceiling as the lodge is wigwam shape.. My partner couldn't use the toilet without bending his neck and back which looked awkward. The shower didn't work properly..spurted hot and cold so showering for more than one night would've had to have been reported. My partner came home with a rash..surmising it was from the hot tub and I felt ill....blaming the mussels and prawns I had for dinner in the hotel the night before..but cannot prove these instances.
