Disappointing

We love the view and spacious apartment. Really feel like home.

The washing machine died on us the night before we checked out. We couldn't get the clothes out and upon checked out, we informed the counter of this. We were rather surprised to came back to collect a bag of damp clothes after 5 days. They just removed our clothes from the washing machine and pack it in the plastic bag - I thought it would be nice to at least dry it for us?

Wonderful, quiet, clean, tidy and in the perfect location.

The apartment was perfectly located for everything. Can pretty much walk everywhere.

Exceptional

I absolutely loved this apartment, it's now my favourite of the 3 different Bridgepoint apartment's I've stayed in over the past few years. The layout was excellent, bed comfortable. Smart TV in living area so you can use streaming services. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped for a holiday stay. Lovely view and the complex is very quiet and peaceful and any residents I encountered were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again when I get the opportunity.

DVD player not operable due to damaged HDMI cable. Fortunately being able to stream Netflix and Stan on the Smart TV meant I had plenty to movies to choose from.

Highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay. It was so spacious and clean. Had everything you needed in the room. Large bathroom with huge shower and bath. Spectacular views from the balcony overlooking the harbour. Enjoyed having breakfast whilst watching dolphins. Lots of places to eat along the marina and surrounds, all within walking distance. Secure parking. Highly recommended 👌

bed configuration not as booked, for the money pool towels should have been included , not an added extra. despite being advised the bed configuration would be changed the following morning, this did not occur.

Great for view and location

Views were great!, perfect location if you want to see what Mandurah has to offer.

There is a neighbouring appartment above who has music playing from 7pm - 9:30pm - loud bass that really interrupts the evening.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommended!!!

Bridgepoint 502 apartment was a fantastic place to stay, it was very clean, beds were comfortable, spacious apartment with stunning views, the balcony was extremely spacious. Will definitely book this apartment again.

Great location and view - apartment not bad for its price

Amazing view and location. Apartment had washing machine/dryer, rice cooker and everything we needed. Very spacious and had a huge bathtub. Also enjoyed the pool and gym.

we were given 1 set of key so you need to work around who opens the car park gate/lobby door if someone leaves. you will also need it to access gym/pool. this apartment had 2 allocated parking bay in their secured underground car park. cant access main gate 9pm-6am but there is an alternative gate near the apartment lobby and sebel hotel. car park just outside the underground parking also free. apartment very bright in the morning so cant sleep in, couch comfy but felt itchy after laying down. we think housekeepers didnt change bedding as it smelled like another person.

no covid sign in, no hand sanatiser, no spray and wipe, lounge cushions stunk of body ourder and under lounge seat cushions dirty, brought my own sheets as it said extra cost if supplied but beds all made needs to be more imfo and choice given to what we want

As a fully self contained you would expect better basics,salt and pepper, a coffee machine, gladwrap, dish washing sachets were poor and couldnt run dishwaaher as ran out of cleaner. Wifi

Location is close to restaurants, arts centre and shopping. Good secure under cover parking free. Views over the Mandurah waterfront were perfect for dolphin watching and relaxing. The apartment was modern and well maintained.

Master bedroom only had a queen size bed. It would be more comfortable with a King. That queen size bed would be a deal breaker next time.
