It was okay.

Location was great.

Couldn't leave eave the back door open to let the breeze in as the smell of cat urine was so strong. Also owners great instructions on TV use etc but no mention of the hot water system being switched off. The main bedroom has a broken slat that the sun shines right through at eye level in the morning. Driveway is VERY tight.

Beautiful location with 2 lovely garden areas. Very helpful and accommodating hosts.

Fantastic location, we didn't use the car on one of our days just walked.

The left hand single bed mattress could be replaced. It food and feels like the springs have gone. More important if a larger child was in it.

Great value for great location

Easy self check-in and detailed information from owner prior Location excellent, walkway along estuary to foreshore or to pedestrian bridge, walking distance of all central amenities Outdoor seating areas a bonus

The first few nights were chilly, heater seemed to distribute heat unevenly meaning cold in spots and only one electric blanket. That said, plenty of spare bedding and cosy blanket.

Not the hosts fault, but it was wet most of the time. Take-away venues good and handy.

It was very cold when we arribbed and we found the heater inadequate. We went out and bought another heater.Two heaters and washing machine going and the electric jug blew the fuse. Too high to reach.

lovely to catch up with family to play mini golf

Beautiful location we walked to all the services and enjoyed restaurants along a path around the water ways.

The clothes line was very low at head hitting height

Wonderful location. Host was patient

No toiletries for the shower, no small bin liners, small bin was very dirty, ran out of toilet paper after 3 days, still had socks in 1 of the beds & a pillow was so disgusting that I was going to toss it in the bin

Not clean so many cleaning products I hope that the owners appreciated that I bought their stove top back up to the level it should have been in the first place dropped a lid under bathroom cabinet and put my hand under OMG old hair/dirt dirty pots in the kitchen could not use BBQ because it was so dirty

extremely disappointing

It was close to the water. at least we were able to do some washing.

it wasnt clean. matress protector was stained, pillows were stained. tv in living area not working. etectrical extension cords untidy over the floor. hot water wasnt turned so bad luck if hot water was needed on arrival. matching crockery would be good. CARPORT WOULDNT FIT A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE

Enjoyed the area, cruise, sightseeing.

The location was great. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes. Nice walk along the estuary in both directions. Clean kitchen and bathroom. All necessary amenities.

Cleaner didn't do any dusting. TV remote in bedroom didn't work.

Relaxing, much needed break away...

The location is amazing! Just a short stroll along the foreshore to the city with all the cafes and bars etc. Quiet location, nice neighbours and fully self contained making it easy to cook meals if we didn't feel like walking into town!

For the cost of the stay, I don't think there is anything to complain about or not like.

Pleasant stay at a simple unit in a great location

Big place, great location and excellent kitchen set up. Warm and lots places to sit and enjoy the sun.

Unfortunately the property could have been a lot cleaner, there were many hairs and used soap in the bathroom, dead bugs on the wind sill, dust, and expired food in the fridge.

Disappointing to a point, but it served our purpose for the period of stay.

There was no breakfast

Apparently the premises had been vandalized by a previous guest. It needed a thorough cleaning. I would estimate at least a day. New appliances such as a TV had been purchased with no instructions. Cables and extension leads were all over the place. We decided not to use the kitchen all other appliances. I felt sorry for the owner as I could see he was trying to do his best to improve the property. A big clean out of all the cupboards, tidying up the linen cupboards etcetera, and big clean is all is needed to improve the appearance.

Excellent location and only a couple of minutes walk to the waterside. The townhouse was very clean and whilst it is not a modern accomodation, it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Brilliant stay in a great location.

Fantastic value for money. Great location just a short walk from the estuary and CBD. Well stocked with amenities. When we contacted the owner (Nigel) to ask about TV issue, he was very friendly and helpful.

Could have been cleaner, especially dusty above doors, blinds and some cobwebs. Garden was beautiful, but needed some love (ie water) and attention. Sheets were pretty old. None of this was a major put off, just annoying. Would have been nice to have lamps in the bedrooms, lounge room. Some furniture due to be repaired or replaced as was on the verge of collapse (kitchen table). Also might have been nice to have some adult books, games and DVDs (easily obtained from op shop).
