Logement très bien situé, à proximité de tout.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and well equipped. Excellent information from host. Easy to access from airport using tram direct to Place du Palais.
Smell in en-suite and lack of rubber bath mat in bathroom.

It’s such a beautiful apartment with amazing views especially of the impressive Gothic ‘La Porte Caihou’, location is excellent; Bordeaux such an amazing city (architecturally, historically, and also the Bordelais people); easy to walk around the elegant streets which are definitely a must for wandering, although the tram is nearby also and very handy even from airport and cheaper than a taxi which is actually what we had done, but now know for future. I was with my sister-in-law and we both fell in love with the property. Great facilities, good WIFI, washing machine, iron, coffee machine etc. Both showers had great pressure. Beds were comfy with sumptuous bedding and towels. Separate toilet which is important. All very clean (we met one of the cleaning staff, too, on departure and she was very friendly). We felt very safe in the apartment. We loved Julie (the owner’s) decor and she’s also so lovely and amicable and gave great instructions about the property, access and nearby health facilities if we needed that etc.
We both loved it and hope to return - that’s a big positive! We even liked the buzz of people in the square outside - that didn’t keep us awake. We embraced it especially after the world was very quiet for a few years during the pandemic so it’s great to hear some life back in a city.

location is fantastic, place clean and well equipped. staff meeting us were very helpful and efficient
hall way lights need adjustment. you have to walk out in the dark before they come on

The location was excellent but being in the centre of town it can be a bit noisy. Lots of eating and drinking places very close by. Being April it could be a bit chilly in the evening and we found a couple of the electric heaters were not working. We found the beds to be very comfortable.
Described as two bathrooms but there is actually only one separate toilet. So one bath/shower room with washbasin, separate toilet with no washbasin and an ensuite shower and washbasin (and washing machine) but no toilet. There was a slight smell from the en suite.

This is a spacious, modern and mostly well-appointed (apart from the uncomfortable sofa) first floor apartment in the heart of the old city, easy walking distance from major sites and with trams at the door. The two bathrooms and separate toilet were much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and shops are handy, though the meagre welcome gift of four coffee capsules might well have been omitted!
The noise from the local bars at night until 1 or 2am might be a problem. I needed earplugs even with the double-glazed windows shut, though Sunday night was quiet.
A significant problem we had was on arrival. There was poor communication to our contact (Nicolas) and he didn’t know we had requested use of the garage. We didn’t know we needed him to give us access into a ‘private zone’. All this (including the garage payment) was negotiated by phone as we were circling through the narrow streets - very stressful. Eventually, Nicolas was most helpful, even with the old garage door, which needed both men to open it. Needless to say, we did not move the car for 3 days!

We did not get the details to enter the appartment ahead of our arrival - we managed to get someone on the phone
to get informed about the key !!! No one came to meet us! There was no elevator! There was only one toilett!
Impossible to sleep before 2 am - so much noise from the bar and street! The fridge was full of ice - careless!
The appartement is furnished with good style that ist the reason why we made the reservation - !

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and the host really helpful.
A little on the noisy side, due to the very central location.

Love this apartment in the historic quarter. So special to stay in beautiful stone building in bustling square. We know the location so were happy to accept noise although the double glazed windows really help reduce noise. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. We were greeted warmly by Charles who helped us find our parking which was perfect for my enormous car. Fabulous location.
Nothing to dislike.

We loved staying at this apartment. The location was walking distance to everything and the apartment was roomy and very comfortable. My friend is already planning another trip to stay here with her boyfriend next year.
The sofa cushions kept slipping otherwise everything was good.

The location was great and the communication with William on arrival. The linens were clean. .
However, knowing that we were English speakers with very little knowledge of French, the instructions to use the appliances was sparse without any instructions in English. The fundamental toiletries such as hand soap was old or non existent. After we were there and asked for assistance getting a Taxi, we were given an automated phone number in French. Needless to say the stay was far from perfect.

Great location, and free garage parking was an absolute bonus. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. Wonderfully warm welcome by Matthieu, great communication and very helpful. Highly recommended.
