About this apartment rental

Apartment located in the Belle Plagne resort in the heart of the Paradiski area at 2050 m altitude. It is at the foot of the slopes, which allows a ski start and return.

It is located near the shops and has an underground parking space with direct access to the building.

The apartment has a closed bedroom with two beds, a living / dining room with 1 convertible sofa, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a 10 m2 mezzanine in the sloping area with a bed double. It has a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. The apartment is comfortable for 5 people, possibility of sleeping 6.
The floor area is 38 m2, the Loi Carrez area is 31.5 m2.

The apartment has a large 102 cm diagonal television which is rare for a mountain apartment.

A set of à la carte services is provided for a carefree stay.

For your moments of relaxation after skiing, Sauna, Hammam, Jaccuzi and indoor heated pool at the Pure Spa by Payot center.

Bowling, Billiards, games area, thematic evenings at Belle Plagne Bowling.

You can also take advantage of the heated outdoor swimming pool and the Spa center located in Belle Cote thanks to the free shuttle by the gondola that connects Belle Plagne to Belle Cote. And for ice skating enthusiasts, still on Belle Cote, try the outdoor skating rink.

Reception is provided by the Wikizi concierge service. The reception will be between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.

In case of late arrival (between 9 p.m. and midnight) or early departure (between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.), an additional 30 Euros will be billed directly by the Wikizi concierge service.

Lovely little apartment with ski in and out. Late afternoon the slope down to Bellecôte was a little difficult but you can always take the cable car down if you have beginners with you.

Lovely apartment, ski in, ski out. Convenient ski locker room on site, lovely views from bedroom and lounge and all necessary facilities. Communication with the owner Christophe was helpful and response was quick. Would recommend this apartment. We are a family of 6 and with a bit of a squeeze, managed rather well for a 10 day stay.

Christophe always responds with any queries very quickly and always helps with any questions and is very accommodating. It is perfectly situated and is in the best location. A good size apartment for a family of 4 with plenty of room to store all your things.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Belle Plagne dans cet appartement ensoleillé, confortable et spacieux (parfait pour une famille de 4). L’accès direct aux postes de ski est idéal. Literie de qualité. Nombreux rangements. Parking couvert. Immeuble calme. La vue est top ! Il nous manquait juste une petite info concernant l’étage, ce qui aurait facilité notre arrivée de nuit dans la résidence. Ménage un peu négligé mais tout le nécessaire disponible pour rectifier. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement. L'immeuble est calme, l'appartement bien agencé, la literie confortable et la terrasse permet de profiter du soleil un maximum. Nous étions 3 adultes, parfait ! Au-delà de 4 personnes, on risque peut-être d'être un peu à l'étroit...

Location idéale pour une semaine de ski, dans cette belle station de La Plagne. Nous étions 5, 3 adultes et 2 enfants, l’espace est suffisant et l’appartement très bien équipé. Il est aussi très bien situé, avec un départ et retour skis aux pieds très appréciables ! L’accueil par la conciergerie est très bien, et le propriétaire est à l’écoute même à distance. Nous avons eu un matériel défectueux, le changement a été pris en compte tout de suite. Un séjour parfait, avec le soleil en prime ! Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Suggestions d'amélioration pour un 4*

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans l'appartement. Cependant nous souhaiterions vous communiquer des propositions d'améliorations qui pourraient rendre le séjour parfait: le matelas (140) gagnerait à être de meilleure qualité (trop fin et trop mou, nous n'avons pas très bien dormi, j'aurais mis 4* sinon), l'éclairage, de façon général mériterait d'être un peu plus fort. Enfin la bouilloire était trop petite et sans filtre calcaire, c'est dommage. Il y avait par contre la vaisselle nécessaire et suffisamment de patėres dans chaque pièces pour accrocher vêtements et serviettes, ce qui est plutôt rare. Rien à dire sur le reste de l'électromenager et nous avons apprécier la machine Nespresso! Merci Cordialement Mme Rullier

Leuk verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen. Functioneel en comfortabel. Fijn ook dat de overdekte parking inbegrepen was. Geen gedoe met wegrijden bij stevige sneeuwval. Wel moeite gehad om de ruimte vh 2 persoonsbed te laten afkoelen. Warmte stijg ophoog.

Un appartement au pieds des pistes .Une situation à Belle plagne proche des commerces en passant par la piste devant la location . Le garage est un plus, le véhicule est à l'abris et quand on regarde le tarif à la semaine ,j'ai préféré nous payer un resto !!! Pas de surprise pour l'appartement,tout est conforme à la description faite sur Abritel ,un maximum de rangement possible , propre .je recommande cette location sur Belle plagne .Excellente semaine avec en plus une bonne neige et le soleil !!! Appartement totalement conforme à la description, très agréable. Vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Départ ski aux pieds, accès centre et cours ESF à 5 min à pied. Belleplagne est la plus jolie station de Laplagne, ambiance châlets et pas buildings. A recommander sans hésiter, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et c'était parfait. Beaucoup d'espaces de rangement, ce qui est rare dans les petits appartements à la montagne.

Nous avons passé une très belle et bonne semaine dans cet appartement (résidence Quartz)- Appartement aux pieds des pistes : Super pour le départ et l'arrivée à skis. Un parking en sous sol est prévu. Résidence calme et appartement propre et bien équipé. (Appareil à raclette et cafetière Nespresso). 1 chambre et un espace en mezzanine pour la 2eme chambre- Chacun a son intimité. La vue du balcon est très sympa (vue sur les pistes) --> Un 2ème fauteuil et une petite table seraient un plus. Ensoleillement jusqu'à 16h30 - 17h00 en février - La salle de bain pourrait être équipée d'une tablette pour poser les produits. Le service de conciergerie est pro. Arnaud a le sens du service. Le seul bemol est l'accès au centre commercial si on passe par le parking en sous sol. (pas très fun) - Lorsqu'il fait beau, il faut mieux longer la piste pour accéder au centre du village; Très bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Appartement vraiment très agréable ,lumineux,bien entretenu et très propre vraiment conforme à la description. Sa situation est parfaite ,vous avez la possibilité de partir et de revenir skis aux pieds. Tous les magasins d'alimentation , locations de skis et souvenirs ainsi que les restaurants sont à deux pas . Le plus un parking en sous -sol. A recommander ,vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. J'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Great location!

The apartment was well furnished, a fantastic ski-in, ski-out location on the piste in Belle Plagne. There was plenty of room for 3 in our party. A couple of things to be aware of - the stairs to the sleeping area on the mezzanine are very steep, and the sloping ceiling above the bed is quite low. The apartment was warm, had a lovely little balcony, and the linen and towels provided were perfectly adequate. We would book again!

Logement parfait, bien situé (au pied d'une piste), équipement très complet, en excellent état et très propre. La mezzanine permet de disposer d'une seconde chambre à part entière. Absolument parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants. La présence du parking est un vrai plus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Plagne. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien placè dans la station (prche des commerces et avec un accès direct sur les pistes. L'accueil a été parfait, l'appartement était propre, bien équipé avec de belles prestations. Cela fait de nombreuses fois que nous venons à Belle Plagne et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet appartement.
