Greit spaanlegg, men kaldt vann i bassenget. Ingen boblebad.
Trange fellesområder og dårlige heisfasiliteter. Det var lange køer for å få tak i frokost. Ikke verd pengene

Lovely modern hotel with good facilities including pool and sauna.
Hotel is lovely but a bit of a walk to other bars and restaurants.

Nice and modern with ski in and out access
You have to pre book a ski locker which I thought was odd as every other hotel gives one per room. Also you can’t get any dinner or room service in the hotel itself which is a pain as there aren’t any other food options close by. Had to get a local pizza place to deliver or walk through some dark streets to get food in the evenings.

Ontbijt kamers en ligging zijn top.
De ontbijtruimte was zeer druk vanwege grote groep die er was van een bedrijf. Resto was 3 dagen volzet hierdoor en de wellness zat vol door hen.

A huge thanks to Hotel Higalik, which has made our stay a blessing with their great staff & services and as well a perfect ski location (ski in / ski out) with easy access by ski to all 5 ski domains...for our first vacation here, we could cover only 3 domains in 5 days.
The hotel is new and conveniently located at the entrance to Les Menuires ski domaine.
The pool/ sauna/ hamam area with a view on the mountains is a blessing after a ski day.
We had the half-board option and the restaurant offered enough options for 5 dinners - with a tasty menu a la carte and as well a menu of day. Three are as well several restaurants at walking distance around.
Good breakfast as well with several salty options as well as patisserie, pancakes and fruits.
We parked our car in the hotel garage and did not move it for the entire vacation (we could not believe that for 5 days we did not put our feet on any public transport or car) . There is a blue slope right at the edge of the hotel with a direct connection to the Bettex. Indeed the blue slope might be difficult for beginners (as most of blue slopes on Les Trois Vallées), however there is as well the alternative of the free bus in front of the hotels ....so something for everyone 😉.
We would definitely come back at Higalik Hotel for our next ski vacation.
Nothing to not like. It is a correct 4 stars hotel. The hotel is open since 2 years, so there could be small things to improve here and there....nevertheless, there is nothing to shadow the fair 4 stars facility.

The pool & spa facilities are nice, the rooms are well designed and comfortable.
The breakfast wasn't great.

Great location, friendly staff, good half board dinner meal at Tele restaurant, good room size.
Too many people in poorly-designed areas (breakfast, pool, sauna) no systems to deal with these capacity constraints. For a high volume breakfast buffet there was poor hygiene (rancid fruit salad, no sneeze guards above open food). Rooms good but - paper cups, no fridge, no hairdryer, no mattress protectors, missing belts on robes, missing pillows). Minor things taken individually but collectively disappointing for such a high price hotel.

Modern ingericht
De kamer werd de hele week niet schoongemaakt. Ook niet toen we de tag buiten hingen. Er was echt veel te weinig schoonmaak personeel.

Top location. Nice facilities. Hamman was out of order the last two or three days. But sauna and swimming pool were great. Top acces to slopes, right next to hotel on 4th floor.
Dinner was not very well organized. Often long waiting times, though always very friendly. Breakfast was not too weel organized either.

Stylish new hotel. Comfy beds, big room with balcony. Lovely bathroom. Great spa pool & sunbathing balcony. Restaurant and terrace lovely. Good free parking (limited space) great payable underground parking.
Very poorly staffed. Lack of room facilities. No room service. Shower at knee height so essentially no shower ! No fridge. No Aircon & it was 27deg in my room! The bar is never staffed, the receptionist just served you if she can. Busy weekend of events in village but bar empty & no beer available. Restaurant has limited menu and you MUST book (they obviously don’t like filling all tables as they’ll say it’s full when it’s not)

Really new and nice Hotel. Great spa. ski to door. very good breakfast.
The double room was in our opinion a bit too little but we told in the reception about it and they were very nice and changed us a bigger one.

Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing. Attentive and polite. Room was great. Facilities were clean. Amazing location for skiing. The ski in and ski out on level 4 was perfect. So happy and would 100% return.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and accommodated any request with great enthusiasm. The hotel is very stylish and clean with a lovely pool. The view from the room was fantastic. They have links to the local restaurant and ski shop, with great ski locker rooms either within the hotel if you bring your own, or by the ski shop if you hire. Access to the Bettex slope is on the doorstep. The breakfast was good. Free busses stop outside the hotel.
My only slight reservation was the location on the fringe of Les Menuires. The blue Bettex run going down past the hotel was too difficult for my beginner friend so he had to get a bus back from Preyerand at the end of each day. My son and I are more experienced and were able to ski back no problem. The slope is quite steep for a blue and cuts up badly by the afternoon so you can sit on the bar terrace with a drink and watch people fall over.

super nice hotel with very friendly and service minded staff. strongly recommended. also enjoyed the spa facilities and massage 😍
10 min walk from the center, but no big deal. a free bus takes you there

Breakfast is poor. No vegetables, same food every day (no variety at all). Omelette is one of the worst I ever had in my life.
No place in parking

After reading the first reviews, we were a bit skeptical for our stay. But we had a good stay and it looks like the hotel management took the received feedback and improved their services:
- the hotel is new and you can notice this everywhere (in the good way);
- rooms are spacious and nicely designed (we had a room for 3 persons, 1 double bed and 1 single bed);
- sleeping conditions are excellent;
- common area (reception) is nicely designed and generous as space;
- swimming pool and sauna area is very nice and welcoming; is kept clean and in excellent conditions;
- breakfast is decent, you get a bit of everything; the only complain here is that there is no vegetable for breakfast. I have already gave this feedback to the management and they took it very positively;
- the hotel is an excellent position for skiing; as the other reviewers mentioned, it is a ski-in/ ski-out hotel, which saves times and makes a great ski experience;
- as a hotel guest, you have a free locker-room, heated, for your ski equipment, which is excellent;
- staff was always very polite and very helpful; staff in the restaurant, at breakfast, is amazing. They work around the clock and are never rude, despite the volume of work they have;
- around 8-9 a.m., restaurant can be crowded - but, as mentioned, the staff is doing in excellent job in re-filling the plates and cleaning the restaurant
As mentioned, the hotel is new - and like all new businesses, there are small things to be improved. But nothing that makes the stay unpleasant or ruins your vacation.
We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent ski to door location. Interior is very well designed and planned. Room was with nice view & large space. High quality SPA area (with large swimming pool), restaurant & ski storage room. Very friendly & helpful personnel.
Temperature in steam sauna could be lower and higher in classical sauna.

The food at the Telemark brasserie on the half board deal was exceptionally good. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and eager for us to have a good stay. The sauna, pool and steam room, were excellent too.
I'd struggle to find anything to dislike. The selection and price of beers were high, but not so much in comparison to the resort in general.

The hotel is new, with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room area as shown in marketing pictures. The staff were excellent; attentive, helpful and cheerful. They handled our complaints like true professionals. Access to the slopes and ski hire facilities are first class.
This new hotel is suffering some teething troubles. When we arrived our room, a standard double was not made up. Credit to the staff, they quickly moved us, upgrading us to a suite in the process which was great because the standard doubles are tiny. We lost a view on the mountain but that was a fair compromise. The room had no internet, and no mobile connection. They tried to resolve this with a WiFi pebble, but that didn't work either.
The bathroom was lovely but curiously had no shower gel in the shower - only over the bath and by the sink. They didn't have any soap in the hotel so we had to fill up a cup with gel and take it into the shower each time :-).
On our first morning, the breakfast chef was cooking bacon (and eggs) individually to order. This caused significant delays and our bacon was uncooked when it came - can't understand why he didn't have the foresight to have a stack of precooked bacon ready for the 8am rush.
The ski locker room is like something out of Star Trek, requiring a degree in electrical engineering to get it to work. I had to call the shop manager to show it how it worked. Maybe if I was younger or my French was better I would have figured it out

Overall pretty good experience. The facility is brand new. Nice room with a great view. Good breakfast. love the wellness area.
A/C doesn’t work as shown. Cold in the living room and the comforters are too thick in the bedroom. Cleaning service is not daily. Was able to get room cleaned next day after communicating with concierge. Limited elevators but this week was quiet so we were fine.

hotel only opened on 9th december so rooms and facilities were brand new, a good few restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel but all very expensive,
hotel staff friendly and efficient
stayed over new year on B&B basis but could not book any other meal in the hotel they stated fully booked( no one around at meal times) restaurants all around busy at year, so we ordered a take away and ate it in the hotel restaurant, how crazy is that even using the plates and cutlery.
1 small wardrobe for 4 people no draws or storage space, no mini bar, only coffee machine, no milk, no tea or hot water in room, swimming pool had underwater lights hanging out of wall and floating on top (m a bit dodgy).
lift from lobby got to 6 floor then have to cross to other side of hotel for another lift for floors 7 to 10, small lifts and long waits ended up taking the stairs more than we wanted too.
breakfast was chaos buffet, too busy for the size of room and facilities.
1.5 / 5.0
clean and cosy
I feel the property wasn’t quite ready to open, the lifts are to small, not enough ski locker storage for the amount of rooms. the pool area wasn’t finished, door handle missing to pool area, pool lights floating around in the pool. No tables available for dinner.
