Clean and simple. Recently remodeled. Everything you need for a quick trip to see your Cal Poly Student for a weekend. Parking is tight, but adequate. Pool being redone. Maid service didnt happen.

Nice place to stay for the night. Continental breakfast was less than we expected but for the price of the room we can’t complain. Desk manager was very courteous and helpful.

Parking was a challenge as they are reconfiguring and installing new asphalt. When I arrived they couldn’t find my itinerary as my ID did not match the name I booked it under. I think that was more a Hotel,com error. I had to wait hours for ice from the one ice machine that they have. I am 5’2” and would have benefitted from a step stool to get in the very tall bed. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were no healthy choices.

Room was nice and check in was easy. Room and lobby were very clean and well maintained. There was construction going on around the property. Everything was great, except for the bright lights that stream through the sides of the curtains and you can hear the other guests walking and talking by your room late at night. The bed was really comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

Room clean but very basic. Pool unavailable due to construction, breakfast not served. Gas powered tile cutting saw operated at 7am twenty three feet from room doorway. Dirt all over parking area which was tracked into rooms. Clerk argued regarding amenties...told me it was on their website and take it up with Expedia for refund. I would like to be contacted by Expedia regarding refund. This hotel should not be listed until construction is completed

Place had construction going on for the pool and the workers were just on the site drinking until 8pm then the room next to us were partying until past midnight slamming doors and being extremely loud. Offered no compensation and the breakfast is just coffee, bananas and 2 different pastries. You have to pay for the water or juice.

We were first given room 117 and were moved to another room after I complained that there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. They are building a swimming pool at the entrance that blocks have the entrance so you cannot have one ar come in and another one exit at the same time (safety hazard). The so called breakfast leaves much ti be desired. A frozen bagel with egg and cheese that needed to be microwaved, banana, coffee and apple juice. No eggs, potatoes, waffles, orange juice, milk cereal, etc. Very, very poor. The rooms overall were clean but that is a merit to the girls who do the cleaning. The facility overall is not up to par.

Property undergoing renovations. Pool wasn't available which wasn't listed when booking the hotel. The convenience of the place made it nice and the staff was pleasant.

The rooms were big and clean, but the property is dated and has limited outlets to plug things in. The beds were also very hard and the pillows very cheap. The continental breakfast was very simple consisting of one breakfast sandwich, bananas, water, coffee, and juice. The pool was also under construction, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Not worth the 250 a night we paid to stay there.

The hotel was under construction and the parking lot was hard to navigate. The check in was great, friendly staff. The room was good, just on the older side. Very quiet, the breakfast was minimal.

We picked up this room night at the last minute and got a fantastic price. Room was clean and spacious. Service was friendly enough Wi-Fi iffy and the breakfast was basically microwaved sandwiches but for the price it was clean and safe and convenient.

First impressions say a lot, and it seemed like we were inconveniencing the man at the front desk. It didn't get much better from there. The parking lot is falling apart, and no speck of greenery can be found. Once we got in the room, we set my computers on the desk, only to find no outlets anywhere other than in the bathroom and on the nightstand between the beds. One bed didn't even have a fitted sheet, so you slept on top of the mattress pad. To make coffee or tea, there is a Keurig, which only one person can use at a time, causing a long line. When checking out, there was no one in sight, just a basket with a sign to leave your key in it. And the swimming pool is still under construction, with work starting right at 7:00 AM. Wood being thrown around, electric saws, truck blocking the driveway, you name it.

Positive - room had been updated and was nice. Large and well equipped. Room for improvement - exterior fairly run down. Looks like they’re putting money into building a small swimming pool - probably not money well spent. Poor - honestly, the worst “continental breakfast” I’ve ever seen. Two prepackaged food options - both gross - and a banana. Had to go offsite to get food for my family - this was not acceptable.

A suitable room in a very convenient location at a low(er) price.There's construction on the site: pool, property fence, bare dirt from recent utility trenching. This will be more charming once the work is done. Clean, comfortable bed. Level 2 EV charger w/J1772 plug for a flat fee.

The area around is under construction now, so there is a lot of dust around parking lot. The staff was nice. Morning breakfast - limited choice (bananas, cheese sandwich and meat sandwich), only one coffee machine and a big line. The microwave kept turning off when people were trying to warm up sandwiches. The room had enough space for 2 people, and clean. However, there was constant pipe (or smth else outside) buzzing noise through the night. We arrived late and wanted to go straight to bed, so didn't go to reception to ask to switch rooms. Overall ok but could have been better

Swimming pool is under construction. The entrance is also the exit and the path to parking narrows to a single lane before going to parking. Continental breakfast is standard at best. The rooms are nice and well kept. The location is good for area dining options and freeway access. Overall a decent value choice.

The staff was genuine and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean. The Inn is close to everything and we will definitely be back the next time we are in San Luis Obispo.
