I had to change rooms 3 times . In the initial rooms the shower was broken. The was no soap to wash in the room. The clerk was indifferent to my complaints.

The power on Monday was out over 8 hours we were not compensated just told it was beyond their control. They are a big hotel they should have back up generators. You don't let the customers take the short end of the stick

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets in the hallways were filthy, the elevators were broken.One elevator was completely non-functional. In order to use the elevator that "worked ", guests had to walk up to the second floor., call for the elevator and once in the elevator leave to exit the building or ride to the floor they were staying on. When entering our room, I went to hang up a shirt and all of the hangers in the closet fell down and the closet almost fell over. the grab bar in the bathroom fell when I tried to steady myself on it while getting into the shower. We arrived on Thursday and housekeeping didn't touch the room until Sunday. On Sunday night when we returned hotel, we found that housekeeping had finally changed the sheets, but also found that we also lost a night shirt that was under a pillow in the bed. When speaking to the desk manager on Monday morning the person from housekeeping was also there, and she had the audacity to ask why the tee shirt was in the bed. The shirt had great sentimental value (it was bought many years ago in Hawaii after visiting the Korean War Memorial)in memory of my spouse's father who was killed in the Korean Conflict. Last, although it is a non-smoking facility you could smell cigarette smoke coming in through the vent. And on Sunday morning as we were leaving for church, It looked as though there was great party overnight in the parking lot..This place is a mess,WHERE LOTS OF TRANSIENT PEOPLE LIVE.

No parties are allowed supposedly but yet the young girls were hanging in the hallways being disrespectful I complained they allowed the guest to stay. I felt unsafe

I had booked the room with a king bed and Jaquazzi tub . Upon check in I was informed the tub was broke. And the jets didn’t work . I was not informed until check in , which if they would if called I would if found somewhere else for my stay . This was very unfortunate because this trip as a special occiasion and the reason I booked this room was for the tub ! Also the floors and room smelled of mildew . And the bathroom had dead bugs on the floor . If the immensities are not Available it should not be advertised as such ! And if customer books threw Expedia they should be able to cancel and reschedule because I would of rebooked threw Expedia ! I am highly disappointed !!!!

The lobby appeared to have a shield or bullet proof reception area. The employees allowed people off the street to use the restrooms. There was a lot of people walking around all night. I arrived about 4am and I did not feel safe. The elevator was broken and I had to walk bags up 4 flights of stairs. The room itself was clean. The reception area had trash that remain the entire 2 day stay. The hallway had dirty sheets on the floor as if housekeeping left them behind. I would not stay here again. Not my type of establishment. I did not try the breakfast because the reception area was dirty and not supervised.

What an awful place. Owners should be embarrassed. Dirty, run-down, hot in public spaces, elevator didnt work from 1st floor. I left after just a couple of hours. The plexiglass around the front desk ought to tell you something. Waste of time and money. Felt like a halfway house. People seem to "live" in the lobby. A rather scary place, really. I went to a hotel just a 1/2 mile away, a million times better. How is this place still open?

Biggest dump that i have ever stayed at. Dirty and it stunk. Breakfast was brutal. Waffle machines were not working. I dont think they have in a while. Basically only toast. Elevators barely work. Staff not friendly.

The Fire Marshall was there upon my arrival someone had set their sheets on fire. That should have been my clue to turn around. There were people cussing and arguing in the lobby and nobody was urging them to leave or quiet them down. The breakfast did not have pancakes or pancake mix, it hardly had anything available. I would not recommend this place to anybody

When checking in the lobby was dirty. Trash all over the floor. Someone walked out of and left there shoes mid floor in the lobby. The room was dirtier than the lobby. The room was non smoking but it was obvious by the smell that folks smoked on the room. Due to the smoke lingering and the lobby not having anymore available rooms my grandson and I who have asthma literally coughed all night. The toilet was not clean there was stains on the carpet, walls, pillows and comforter. The bathroom door and the door to the room was filthy. The wood around the microwave and fridge was coming apart. I was in room 312 and someone was playing and fighting in the hallway. The next morning we were awaken to firm alarm going off. We began going down the stairs to exit the building when going down the stairs there was people headed back upstairs so there was so much confusion only to find out the alarm was because someone pulled the fire alarm. Once firefighters gave the okay to reenter building we went to get breakfast. While trying to eat there was an extremely loud argument between two guest and a dog. The dog exceeded the weight limit per pet policy. The two guest were about to fight and the police was called to calm the situation. So unman in a nutshell the worse experience ever.

The property itself not bad for stay. But the type of people wandering and sitting outside in the parking lot is not encouraging. Smoking all manners of things as if they live there. Just not safe for young children.

Very friendly front desk personnel. Very accommodating and empathize with our situation. Treated us with respect and dignity. Went above and beyond to tend to our desperate situation. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean place

The place was not good service was not good pool was dirty the workers don't no nothing kids out of control. Service was terrible

Pipes were leaking in wall and fire sprinkler was leaking water, pool gate was broken into and not repaired

The hotel was absolutely AWFUL! There were prostitutes in the hotel, vagrants standing around outside. drugs and cigarettes being used outside and this was at 10:00 at night! They were not leaving and the guy at the front desk told us they were homeless people who were there every night. The 1st room we went into smelled of mold and mildew and the room was damp. We asked for a different room but it was not much better and my girlfriend was petrified to stay there with the caliber of people outside so we cancelled our reservation and had to look for another room at 11PM after driving all day and being exhausted.

Property was clean, safe, staff was friendly and pool was clean.

Will not stay again

The hotel was rundown and dirty. The pool was filthy and it looked like nobody ever cleans it. The whole property smelled like weed because of all of the people smoking it. If I were alone on this trip I would have slept in my own car instead of this place.

You should not be advertising this place in Expedia. The lobby smelled like marijuana and every room smelled like people were smoking it. We checked in and then left 5 minutes later. They refused to reimburse us but wow left Expedia to do something.

Bathroom: I) Roaches 2) Filthy clogged exhaust vent 3) Disconnected plastic sink drain stopper caked with slime sitting next to faucet. 4)Loose electrical outlet with dangling half plugged in night light. Bedroom: 1)Noisy a/c unit emitting stale moldy odor. 2) Blackout curtains do not hang low enough to prevent bright 24 hour outside lighting when fully closed. 3) Old sagging mattress with useless ineffective pillows. 4) No luggage rack available. 5) The wardrobe handle fell off as soon as I touched it as the screws were missing. 5) Inside the wardrobe was an oversized ironing board standing diagonally taking up so much space there was only enough room to hang a single short length article of clothing. Additional issue: If you keep your room keycard in your wallet or purse anywhere near a credit card you will be locked out of your room upon return. It happened to both me and my spouse.

The property is in a very sad state of disrepair, unfathomable filth, and constant haze of cigarette and marijuana odor. The ceiling is peeling plaster onto the floor, stains on the walls (splatter), and the carpet is unrecognizable. The linens had extensive staining and odors. The condition of the room and property is less than acceptable and from a commercial permitting perspective very difficult to believe it passes inspection criteria.

While my actual room cleanliness wasn’t too bad, the hallways and elevator were dirty. Carpets were filthy and stained, walls and doors in desperate need of paint.

It was a good stay , just need to invest in bed bug killer ... every now and then you my see one or two .

Hotel is old and very run down. They've updated the rooms (to a certain extent) and the bed was comfy and clean. But elevators barely worked and were pretty scary, bathroom had mold, no ice machine, TV was basic cable, door to room was a complete fire hazard (had to push with all your might to open and slam several times to get it to close enough to lock it). And general area was not nice (I believe there is a night club on the bottom floor of hotel but did not venture out past dark to see). Will not be staying there again

Chose a non smoking room and was given a room that smelled like cigarettes. Carpet in room floor was totally stained and disgusting. The bathroom tub was dirty and disgusting. Later at night we seen mice in the room and I asked to get another room. The staff was good about getting me a cleaner room and made it right but would never stay again

It is a scary place to stay.

Property has bad communication rooms smell funny not clean outside

This hotel was disgusting. Our room was so dirty. The sheets and towels had visable dark makeup all over them and the comforter was covered in black spots. The fridge and shower had mold on it. The carpets had large stains all over. The entire hotel had a smell to it. The pool area was overgrown with weeds and trash and the pool water had a thick film on the top and was full of leaves, trash and bugs. We were in town for a wedding so thankfully we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The Towson area was the saving grace because it had fabulous restaurants and shops and we really enjoyed the downtown area.

At midnight on a Thursday the front doors were wide open with people milling around. The front desk clerk never spoke one word to me. The place smelled of cigarettes and weed. The wall in the bathroom had a hole in it, there was mold on the ceiling. Trash under the bed and the pillows were throw pillows. I should have been refunded for my whole stay but was charged for the seven hours we stayed.

This is always a good place that is why when I travel I always stay here
