Arrived on 11/1 requested downstairs room for handicap and also non smoking room. Got a room upstairs and no elevator, the room stunk like it’s been smoked in for several years without cleaning. Sink was backed up so my husband went to front desk to let them know and the lady told him to hold on and she would be right back. Husband thinking after 15 minutes of wait she would come back with maintenance, wrong she came back and handed him a plunger and told him to bring it back soon in case anyone else needed it ( obviously a known problem). Sitting watching t.v. And 2 roaches chasing each other to the bathroom. Warm out that day so we turned the air on in the room to find it was so clogged it wasn’t throwing anything out but dust. NEVER AGAIN. No eooms left in the area within 30 miles as the Ravens played home this weekend. They also had faults advertising stating that there was a full breakfast when arriving they said they stopped that years ago after Covid. Why did they not take it down after a few years and their website. One way to bring people in. Definitely false advertising on their part. Hard to believe that the franchise days in allows this hotel to operate under their name because not all these days Inn are this horrible.

My room was finally ready around 3:20pm so upon entering room #209 I was met with a very pungent cigarette oder,the AC was broken and the room was very dirty.I immediately went back to the office and requested a refund since there were no more rooms available.I proceeded to drive all the way to Absecon NJ in spite of being very tired.I had intended to bed down for the night at the Towson Days Inn which wasn't to be.l want a refund.

Absolutely hideous. The moment I opened the door, the room smelled thick of smoke and an ashtray and dust. I couldn’t bare to think of walking in and staying. I left after canceling.

Good and fair

The condition of the room was terrible that I could not stay there and the council, my reservation for me and now I’m trying to find out. How can I get my money refunded by y’all?

Overall the room was decent. I booked the room for the jacuzzi tub. I had a sore leg and wanted to relax unfortunately only one jet on the tub worked. Also the plug that was supposed to hold the water in did not work. I probably will not stay at this location in the future. On the upside, i did request an extra blanket and was able to get one even though originally i was being told not to get my hopes up because there may not be any.

If you like rats, roaches and human feces in your bed, this place is for you!! We saw five rats on the second floor, and you know what they say. If see one there’s a hundred you don’t. This place should be condemned. The front desk manager looked like she showered a month ago, very unkept. She also loves to curse at customers when they tell her the hotel is absolutely unsuitable for anyone to stay in. I cannot express enough that you are better off sleeping on the sidewalk, before staying at this place. The city of Baltimore seriously needs to condemn this rat hole.
