We stayed one night before a visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel was full, but very quiet

Great value. Linens and towels better than typical hotel. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions were very high quality. Nice room service available. The pool was large, in a very nice setting. It was not 25m but I could do short laps.

Everything was good but the bar was pricy. The water pressure was horrible. I complained about the bed. The box spring had broken boards and the mattress was past it's time. They did nothing and I got no sleep for two nights

If you are in Downtown Canton on a weekend you cannot do better than the Double Tree. Walkable to and from many cultural attractions, including The Palace Movie Theatre. Also walkable to The 410 Lounge, an upscale cocktail and martini lounge with a very knowlegeable staff of mixologists behind the bar.

The shower had little water pressure The pool liner is destroyed and in poor condition. Seems as though the liner is lifted up away from the pool and water has gone under it. This can cause a serious mold issue if it hasn’t already begun. Needs to be looked into.

There was no hot water for a shower at 7 pm or 6 am. Not acceptable for $200 a night. When mentioned to staff at check out, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. Also there is no parking except on the street. Other than that, clean and comfortable if you like cold showers

Nice room, nice pool area and liked the walk way from the parking garage to the hotel. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint was the fridge was super tiny and our AC dripped horribly. I literally used every towel under it because we had a small pond collecting. Told thw front desk when we checked out

It’s nice here. Parking for hotel is limited but I like that you’re allowed to park wherever there’s a meter from 4pm-8am. They have a paid garage connected as well. I didn’t like that there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. So if you want to order/ hv something delivered because you are too tired to go out, it defeats the purpose because you will have to go downstairs to get it from front desk because you can’t use the elevator unless you have a room key.

No hot water!!! For hours we were told it would be on in “20-30 minutes” beginning around 930am. This continued until we had to check out at noon, without being able to shower. Sadly, while the staff we very nice, we were not offered compensation in any way. The room was very clean. Walls are somewhat thin. Toilet paper holder broken. Felt safe and secure while at location. Plenty of street parking. The hotel bartender was not very friendly and extremely inattentive. We only had one drink and it took about 35 minutes to even be noticed. There were maybe 8 people at the whole bar. Restaurant staff the next morning were phenomenal and the food was very good!!

Loved my stay and staff was fantastic. I disliked the blue doors to the rooms, showed scratches and reminded me of my college dorm rooms, but once in the room it was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend .
